I won t go anywhere else! I ve been to Big O Tires, Grease Monkey, Christian Brothers, and have always had to return the next day because kids or uncertified mechanics working on my vehicles. Jim and Jeff (Owner) have always been great to me, their pricing is fair, and they re prompt in completing their work. We ve taken Ram s, Chevy s and Audi s here so they can work on just about anything.

Jeff, the manager, is very pleasant to work with. He and his employees are honest and they don't try to up sell you with things you don't need. We've been going there for as long as I can remember and won't go anywhere else. Give them a try!

They were so nice and had my car done the same day. The problem was a bit of a mystery but they took the time to figure out the source of the problem and fixed it and explained what they did in detail.

Keith is a stand up guy. He inspected an old tacoma for me before I bought it and was very thorough and enjoyable to be around. I would trust him to do anything regarding my car.

If I could give them a negative review, I would. I brought my vehicle here a year ago to get a muffler fixed, and they supposedly fixed it. They told me I needed new tires, wheel barrings, a belt, a joint, and brakes. I came back had all the work done because I thought they had initially done a great job and were honest and kind. However, after that, my car began to periodically shake and vibrate my steering wheel. I came back 2 more times trying to get it fixed, and both times, they talked me into spending more money on new parts that never fixed the problem. After the 2nd time, I took my car into another shop because I live an hour away and didnt feel safe driving it down 285. The shop there was genuinely surprised I had had my brakes done only 8 months earlier because they were already down to the rotors. They had to redo the work this shop did. When I called and asked for reimbursement from wheat ridge, Joel would not let me speak to the owner and kept talking and yelling over me to the point where I had to scream into my phone to be heard. They never reimbursed me. Out of anger and frustration I paid for my brakes to be redone and drove my car back down to wheat ridge to have them fix the vibrations. At this point, I couldn't drive my car over 40mph without it shaking violently. I dropped it off, and they kept it for 2 days and had me pay another 400 for a new part and insisted it was fixed. Its only 2 months later, and my car is shaking again. I was going to bring it back and have them fix it again but decided I didn't want them touching or handling my car, and thank goodness I didnt. I've had to take it back into the other shop and have all my lug nuts and bolts replaced because they had been over torqued, were splitting and braking off while I was driving. I'm having the wheel barring replaced, and my muffler is already making noise, it's only lasted a year. I've spent over 6k now on my vehicle, and I've had to replace half the work wheat Ridge has done on my vehicle at another shop. I will never use this shop again and don't recommend them to anyone. They just scam you into spending more money and cause more problems.

I had my F-250 front end completely rebuilt by wheat Ridge muffler and brake. It took a little bit longer than we expected, however it was worth the wait. Jeff's prices are far more competitive than any other shop and town. I have to say I went in with a budget in mind expecting a small issue.The team here let me know it was much worse, and my brake lights were out!Yes, it cost me more than expected, but how much worse would it have been if they hadn't caught it. I must say they have a customer for life and I won't take my car anywhere else. So, for that, I am thankful for everything.For everyone else, if you need work done, I suggest coming here as they are fair and have a great price.

129$ alignment turned into 1,200. I didn t have the money to do the work, but they didnt charge me to do the inspection, so that s good. I only had a few Interactions with the staff but they seemed friendly.

Don't use these guys if you need repairs for insurance based claims. My catalytic converter was stolen last February and I sent the estimate to Jeff via email. He said the estimate was low and I made sure that he was sent supplemental documents from the insurance company to get more money. I also said I would pay out of pocket to help on costs to make it worth his time. He told the insurance company that he ordered the part, but today he said he didn't and doesn't want to be involved. He completely disregarded me and was ok with me getting stuck with a rental car bill for his lack of responsibility and communication. Total lack of professionalism here.

I have never been to a mechanic who didn't inform me of the cost of the work before doing it, until now. $400 later. Jeff told me that he would bring my car in, take a look, come up with a list and then I could decide how to proceed. That didn't happen. I went there because I trust their work, but I am not happy with their business practices. I feel totally taken advantage of, and I'm a mechanic's daughter. I know better.

Went to Big O for a tire patch and they quoted me $500 for new rear breaks and told me i needed new rotors. went here and they were able to replace my brake pads and i didn t need new rotors- saved me $200 for the fix. they were also all very friendly and honest. lady customers get to take a flower from the flower pot at reception when picking up their car i will be coming back for any extra repairs i need.Services: Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Auto brake replacement

Jeff is extremely professional and saved me a lot of money by ensuring that my brakes were not due for replacement and my alignment was fine after another ship tried selling me pads and rotors. Wheat Ridge Muffler and Brake is fantastic! I've used them for 4 years with our entire fleet of vehicles, and they have always done a fantastic job. Jeff, the owner, is incredibly nice, communicative, and informative. I've used dealerships around the metro area and have never been as satisfied with the work or level of communication as I am with Wheat Ridge Muffler and Brake.
