The owner of their staff took excellent care of me, very well knowledge gentlemen. They went way and be on my expectations to care of my problem In one day. I thought was going to take 3 to 4 days. The owner and their staff are very pleasant and friendly. I look forward to taking my bike back to them in the near future

I got lucky...all I wanted was estimate on new stock tire with install. I got a prompt estimate callback with a good $ estimate. Went and pulled nail out of tire. No leak. Got lucky.

Great people great service! When my bike broke down, I'm out of state, (not once, but twice, in the same week) these guys were recommended to me. I can't say enough good things about them. First time, the stator and voltage regulator went out, the second time, a bolt in the front forks sheared. They knew I needed to get back to work in Michigan. They got my bike done in record time, both times, did great work with very reasonable prices. I recommend these guys over anyone else. There is a bike wrecker service or in the Denver area as well who came to transport my bike when the bolt sheared (riding it was not an option), who was great too, I recommend him as well, Motorcycle Transport Specialties.

I had a rear tire blow out late in the evening and had my bike towed to Thunderbird first thing the next morning. We arrived right at 9 when they open with no appointment. They were able to squeeze me in and had me back in the road by 1:30 the same day! they also took care of a loose clutch cable in the process. The price was very reasonable and I could not be happier with their willingness to work with me on such short notice. I will definitely be using them for any future repairs, maintenance and modifications. Good people... cool shop!Service: Tires

I was quoted 220$ for a tire change today, that s if I bring in just the wheel off the bike and I bring the new tire as well. I d hate to imagine if they had to remove the wheel from the bike. Very very high prices. Let it ride quoted 55$, peak Honda (the dealership) said 35$, I ll be going there

Been taking my bike to TB for last 6 years, I've never had a complaint about the service hell at one point Marty even came to my house and picked it up. Always been more than satisfied with the service. But today, I was yelled at for bothering them because I've called them 2 times in the past 2 days to check on the status. I was told that if I didn't like it I could come and pick it up.

If your looking for someone to change parts Curtis and his team can do that but if you want a Mechanic and someone that understands how bike perform this is the place to go. Curtis is great at diagnosing problem and coming up with the most cost effective way to resolve. He has done everything from changing tires to installing a tuner to installing new brakes. It is such a relief that there is a great repair shop for my 02 Road King.

Always accommodating, they try to get me in asap even when I'm not in a hurry. They've done quality work and provided sound advice more than once. Highly recommend.

Bad reviews? I've taken my Harleys, and there have been a few, to Thunderbird for at least 15 years. Everything from basic service to OMG I don't know if we can $ave it. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Communication is key though. Marty and Curtis will take the time to listen and discuss my concerns to my satisfaction and explain exactly what they will do, all while the phone is ringing off the hook and dealing with foot traffic. You will need some patience. They are a busy shop for a good reason. Zack is a magician, his work has been outstanding and his attention to detail unrivaled. I point any and all who ask straight to Thunderbird.

They replaced some factory bolts on my bike (that were supposed to be hex-head) with poor-quality Allen bolts. The Allen bolts were made of soft metal, and had only a size 6 metric head opening, making them super easy to strip out. I'm guessing that's what they had lying around the shop... and now, because of their don't care attitude, I'm spending way to much time removing bolts that should have been easy. Very shabby and unprofessional. Never getting my business again. Another example of why it's really better to do repair work yourself.

I only gave it one start because it wouldn't allow 0! The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Nothing but lies and excuses for having my bike for a month when they told me 3-5 days! Parts put on my bill without checking with me first because they don't have time to call people for extra work needed. I never received an update on the progress of the work...I had to call them only to be lied to again and again. Then when I confronted them about it all they would say is sorry...we don't have time to call you to update you or let you know what's going on. Avoid bringing your bike there at all costs.

Horrible shop! Neither owner communicates with each other or the customer. They add parts to the bike without permission and they left the bike filthy. Had over $3000 worth of work done on my bike and it was given back to me dirty. WHO DOES THAT?? Once I paid, they just pointed at my bike back in storage and said "there you go". The shop originally told me they would have the bike only a handful of weeks and it ended up being 2 months. The only updates I received was if I called to ask what was going on. Never taking my bike there again!

I called Thunderbird Harley Davidson, told them my story, hadn't been able to ride my 2002 Honda VTX 1800, for many years, because of a divorce and getting full custody of my kids. Kinda hard to ride with babies. They got older and I was asked to go for a ride with some friends. But the only problem was I hadn't rode for several years and the shocks were leaking and front tire wasn't looking so hot. I told Curtis that it'd be hard to get my bike over to him. He said they could pick it up no problem. I live in Strasburg. Not exactly an easy drive across town. It was returned a few days later with a new front tire, tune up, and new front shocks. It looked brand new! They detailed it like I have never seen! The driver said to call Curtis on how much I owe, so, I called Curtis and he said, enjoy your bike, all the work and parts was done free of charge. What a helluva guy. I can't say enough about this man, what a stand up guy! I highly recommend these guys. I still ride the bike every chance I get. Very very appreciative! Thank you again Curtis. :)

First of all they tell me to give them 1 hour to put on a tire that was already off my dirtbike and tire was halfway on the rim already. When i showed back up to get it i still had to wait another 45min they charged me for a new tube and put the tire back on with rotation wrong way and didnt even put a new tube in it. THIS PLACE SUCKS. All 3 times ive been there for service they have screwed something up

I have an HD dealer 5 minutes from my house but will drive 30 minutes across town to have Marty and Co. work on my bike. Highly recommended only if you like fair prices and honest service.

Wow! unbelievable took my softail custom for tires got it back with 3 ounces of weights on my front wheel . I noticed that the valve stem mark that the factory puts on the tire to mark the lightest part of the tire also called valve stem position mark was almost opposite of valve stem so i took my bike back , while in the parking lot the guy who worked on my bike ask whats wrong did i put the tire on backwords . I told him about the mark on tire he said that don"t matter and that 3 ounces is within harley specs but i will do it anyway. The guy inside told me that the mark don"t have to be exactly on the valve stem. I told him it was:t even close and the attitude I got made it feel like it was my fault got the bike back with only one quarter ounce weight huh?. Well I took pictures and video!. And if you had tires put on at thundrebird motorcycles You had better look at your tires it could save your LIFE. Wow! unbelievable

Do not go there with an attitude. If you can leave the bike with them do so. Do not rush them, they will do a great job if you let them. Take care of your equipment. It is a Harley Davidson shop. Pay the man!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Al, Zack and team are the best there are, bar none!!! They don't try and rip you off or over sell you. They tell you exactly what's wrong, and fairly charge you exactly what it should be to fix it. Can't say enough good things about these guys!!!

When I lived in Colorado I asked who was the best. I was told Thunderbird and they proved it. They are more interested in doing it right than making money. The treated my FLHTC with tender loving care.
