The week of Thanksgiving, my driveshaft went out and I was stranded on the side of the road. Everyone at Seyfer was very kind to me in this stressful time and they did a great job repairing my truck. It hasn't run this well in a long time. Highly recommend!

I always appreciate the friendly service, the opportunity to find out what needs servicing and how much that will cost, and a clear explanation of the work that was done along with information about what parts may need to be changed or serviced in the near future. I trust them to fix only what is necessary and to do the job well.

Full story of my experience....I contracted Seyfer to replace my catalytic converter after it was stolen on my 1993 Toyota pickup. Justin N. worked with me and insurance to make the fix happen, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, beyond that initial discussion...the work had extremely poor quality, and I experienced rudeness along the wayI received the Toyota the first time without the replacement down pipe that was agreed to in the estimate. They stated that the one they needed was out of stock. Instead, they used one for a different engine, cut it apart, and welded it to the original down pipe. That weld had a major leak in it directly below the cab. I returned...they stated they would fix it, but I asked for the original replacement down pipe for a complete fix. That's when Justin became rude with me by responding with "what do we need to do to appease you?" I stated I only wanted what the original work order stated...nothing more. He eventually agreed. I heard him order the correct down pipe on the phone (which wasn't out of stock) while they re-welded the leak. It still leaked when I got home.I brought my truck back 1.5 weeks later to get the proper fix. I checked the work before walking into their door. They had to re-modify the pipe between the cat and muffler by adding an additional weld while also forgetting to re-weld to the exhaust hanger. The new weld also looked like it was done by someone who has never welded before. I can understand mistakes happen, maybe new employees that are learning, etc...but this shop never checked their work before passing it on as complete.At this point, I asked for a refund on only the labor (two hundred out of a sixteen hundred fix). After a few phone calls to reach Justin after my last visit to the shop, he provided a ~one hundred ten dollar credit for future work. No discount on the work already performed after telling me that it wasn't safety related error and about their low margins. I am still just surprised at the whole experience, and it's extremely unfortunate.In the end...they always gave it another go to fix the work, and didn't tell me to screw off. For that, I am marginally appreciative. It was a battle the entire way, and it now looks like my exhaust has been pieced together instead of being a complete and professional looking fix.Attached photos are of different phases of correction...not in any particular order.Service: Exhaust

Went into this business and had a Great job done ! Nikki is the front desk person and was very communicative about the costs and keeping me informed about how things were moving along . The mechanics were awesome . They actually took their time and did a Great job and went above and beyond to get the job done right and i really appreciate the team ! Absolutely great service. The determination to figure out what was going on with my car was extraordinary. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair or better you will not feel like you didn t get your problem fixed for a great price. Communication is outstanding and Nikki is a tremendous advocate for your car and keeps you informed. 5 stars no question.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

I cannot express my appreciation enough for the team at Seyfer Automotive!Nikki was my service advisor, and she is extremely knowledgeable. She was able to work with her team to quickly diagnose the issues with my vehicle, and then provide fair and transparent pricing for the repairs. They went above and beyond by also giving us honest advice regarding the repairs, rather than just providing a bill with no context. You can tell they really value their customers and are there to provide great service to anyone in need. Great experience with this shop. Justin did a follow-up text to check if things were good. Nikki was helpful, informative and kept me updated on the progress. The work was completed when they said. I took my 2010 Rav4 to Seyfer because I knew the brake pads were getting low and it was making a new clunking sound over bumps in the road. I forgot to mention when I dropped it off that the car is VERY noisy and creaky. Seyfer did a full inspection and couldn't find the source of the noise, my biggest concern was safety and making sure the suspension was intact. Instead of pushing me into expensive repairs, they were honest and said the suspension looked good. They also told me my brake pads were at about 25% and I could go another 3-5,000 miles if I really wanted to (I chose to have them replaced). Knowing that a repair shop will give you honest advice without pressuring you into repairs you don't need is priceless, I plan to return to Seyfer with future maintenance needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Car was stolen while at this shop. The owner refused to help recover the stolen car. This shop used to be run by a great owner. Terrible business and sketchy people working here now.

I can't recommend this shop enough. They are as professional, quality based, and ethical as it gets. I live 40 minutes away from them and chose to try to take my truck to a closer shop and won't be making that mistake again. I brought my truck from another shop with multiple small issues on top of another shop screwing up on a timing chain, valve cover, and timing solenoid job. I was stressed and sure it all was a nightmare for them but they really cared about doing the job right, saved me money on multiple occasions showing they care more about taking care of you then pumping up numbers, and always answered the phone when I called repeatedly out of stress (i was being a nuisance) with professionalism. I can't recommend them enough and will never go elsewhere!

The work was also completed in a very timely manner actually earlier than projected. I have gone to Seyfer Automotive a few times for issues with my car and I always know I can trust their work. The customer service is great. They always communicate clearly about what is needed and cost. They also complete the work in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place to provide quality service I would recommend Seyfer Automotive.

I am blown away by the customer service I have received from everyone at Seyfer. I was recommended them a little while ago and have had the unfortunate opportunity to get my Jeep looked at by them on two separate occasions. They handled my Jeep with care, took their time and solved all my issues. I refuse to go anywhere else! They treat me with respect and don t treat me like a dumb girl which happens more often than it should. Their customer service, as I previously stated, goes above and beyond. The service was amazing! They got the job done and the car's electronics worked even better then when I first bought the vehicle. They even provided an Uber for me so I could pick-up my vehicle. I was treated well and would recommend Seyfer Automotive to my friends and family, or anyone I wanted to help get great work done for their car. The mechanic every dad would want his daughter to go to. Had my car towed to this mechanic because they were on the AAA approved list. They were completely professional and courteous in dealing with me. I had called a couple other places first and they all told me they wouldn't be able to look at my car for at least 1 week. Seyfer looked at my car, fixed it, and had it back to me within 24 hours. And they called me with regular updates throughout the process. I was so happy with every aspect of my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic. I will definitely be using this place in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

AAA directed me here when I got a flat tire. Informed once I got there they could not replace the tire. HOWEVER, the wonderful gentleman at the desk took the time to find the spare tire I didnt know I had, change out the flat, and direct us to a nearby Les Schwab all at no cost and right as I was about to panic. Could not recommend their service enough.

I live an hour away and have been using Seyfer Automotive for going on 4 years now. They service my entire company fleet and our 4 personal vehicles. It truly is hard to find the perfect combination of customer service and quality repairs in a shop. I trust Seyfer explicitly to give me honest feedback on needed service and repairs. If you want top notch, you have to pay for it, I strongly advise against going cheap on your Automotive repairs and maintenance. The entire staff here is phenomenal and truly care about their clients.

This is my go-to place for auto repairs! This shop is reliable and trustworthy. They really know their stuff and always do an excellent job! I stopped bringing my vehicle to them when I lived further away, and that was a mistake. I will always use Seyfer as my auto mechanic going forward. I've spoken to several people at the shop, but I only remember Justin's name, and he is great! Always upbeat and nice, very professional.
