If you need diesel help these are your guys! I was asking them to do some things for me via phone from out of state and they were amazing! Brett was very responsive, they were fair, through, and professional. If in the area (or if like me and not in the area) use these guys! They Rock!! Thank you so much Saracino

Stay away from these people they scammed me out of 2500 dollars took my truck in to fix a coolant leak issue they said they had fixed it but the truck kept leaking coolant as soon as I picked it up the coolant bottle was already empty then they said the system maybe burped took it to them the next day and showed them the truck coolant bottle is still empty . Then after weeks of trying to take it in to them they made a appointment with me to take it back to them .. took it in to them promised me they would look at it and fix the issue and I called later in the day and the guy said he doesnt know when he will be able to get to it them knowing I use this truck for business use and them promising they would look at it that day and see what is going wrong with it . But nope very rude guys gave them my money and once they had it they could care less . Stay away from this shop very disappointing how people could be like this.

Super nice and helpful. My husbands truck broke down, and it was our only vehicle. We were tight on miney after my recent diagnosis, and this shop went above and beyond. They had his truck fixed and ready within 2 days and worked with us. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing shop!!! Knowledgeable, professional and courteous!! These guys go above and beyond any shop especially the dealerships!! I cannot recommend them highly enough! They did an engine swap on my Ram hemi and the quality and service is beyond compare. Use thse guys!! I can't thank them enough!!

Very poor communication with the customer. Brought my truck in on a Sunday evening for them to do a diagnostic . Called them first thing on Monday morning to explain what symptoms the truck had and was told that it would be done by that afternoon and they would call with the results. No call from them so I called 5 minutes before closing time and they told me that they hadn t got to it. They said it would be first thing the following morning. No call by the afternoon so I called again and they said that they could not do the diagnostic because of a road closure and they would do it the following morning. I did finally get a call from them at 2:30 explaining what they had found. I asked if they could check one more item on Wednesday and they said sure and would call me back later that day. I didn t receive a call back on Thursday or Friday so I called and they said that they wouldn t be able to get to it until Monday. I told them no thanks and asked what I owed and it was much more than I was originally quoted.

Best Diesel place in Denver. Excellent excellent service. Been going here for a few years now, and never a problem with their work. They have treated me and my truck like a King! I won't go anywhere else. They love what they do .. and it shows.

The two guys here were absolutely so friendly and helpful. I told them we were out of town and having a fuel filter issue and they took time to see if it was a quick fix, and when it wasn t they got me in right away so we could get back on the road to beat the storm out of town. If I lived here they would be getting all my business.

Really enjoyed talking to the guy who worked on my van, but he was not thorough with replacing my fuel filter. They replaced it about a month ago and changed the oil, $350, not bad. But now i m looking at $1000 repair cost for the fuel filter and connecting components leaking terribly because of negligence on the part of the Saracino crew. Very disappointing and costly.

They did an engine diagnostic and said my turbo and actuator needed to be replaced. They Changed turbo and actuator but didn't fix the check engine light. Tried to charge me an extra $1500 to change a nox sensor. Was pretty disappointed after reading all the great reviews this place had.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I have a 7.3 and i will NOT take my truck anywhere but to the guy at Saracino's. They are the best at what they do. They are honest and prompt. Awesome shop. I highly recommend them

These guys have been AWESOME !! Taken great care of me ! Having a buisiness with 12 vehicles it is important to find competant mechanics who can fix things correct ! Not only do they do the right things but have been very prompt in getting work trucks back out & running. In amazing quick time. Thanks to John & his crew of top notch guys !

This is a great place to take your diesel for repairs & upgrades. John and company are top notch. Very honest & fair. Good shops are hard to find these days. Wont take our trucks anywhere else!!

They are really great about getting you in to look at your vehicle and letting you know what is wrong and how much it will cost. They also will never take advantage of you are very trustworthy and do great work.

Very good prompt and friendly service. They were able to fix a mechanical problem that another shop could not. I would recommend them to anybody that needs good service on a diesel.

I've been looking for a friendly, FAIR PRICED, 7.3 diesel Ford expert for years and I can now say I found a shop that fills the bill. John and staff are a pleasure to work with and there are few others in town that knows the Ford truck from top to bottom like John does.
