Unfortunately this car dealership sells lemons. I should have been more wary of the reviews that were on here, because it ended up being true for me. I ended up spending almost $7,000 on a older vehicle from the '90s, which I thought wasn't a bad price. But less than a month within having it, I thought my fuel pump was going out so I took it to my main mechanic, and now that it's had a look over my whole front end has to be rebuilt. When you buy the car you get an emissions test and a Carfax. A lot of history, and then they talk up the car like it's going to be perfect and ready to go. I was really grateful for the emissions cuz it's one less thing that I have to do in my busy life, they had to replace a door on the car which I waited a week on, and then when I came to pick it up they hadn't done anything inside. The inside was dirty, which is pretty unfessional but I told him it was fine because I was told it was going to be ready that day and I really did need a vehicle. I originally mentioned the fact that one of the speakers didn't work when I bought it/testrived it. So they gave me a discount. Within a week of taking it home the other speaker went out, and then two weeks later the two rear speakers went out as well. I really did want to like these guys and I don't have anything personally against them but I would definitely not buy a car here.**Updated during the first snow since I bought it in late Aug (just over 2 months and a week ago) to add that it has no heat..

I happen to stumble across this hidden gem while searching for an honest and humble dealership to trade in my Toyota. The entire staff (the owners wife included) made the process easy peasy and the customer experience I received was flawless! Loving the Lexus! Thanks

Got a good deal on a 4Runner. Dave was great and a straight shooter. But once the car was sold I started dealing with Jeff. Jeff will convince you everything s okay. He promised to fix the emissions issue. Typically the owner of the vehicle would take it in and get its emissions tested but after shutting off all the check engine lights, emissions lights, abs lights, etc.. they just gave the car back to me (this happened 3 times by the way) on the third visit he hands me my keys back and a printed copy of a one passed emissions test. (I never asked for him to do that I asked to fix the issue they tried covering up three times now) anyways I m taking this to my guys and leaving this review. Might get a good deal but don t shake Jeff s hand. He gives me the ick.Added the photo of all the lights that have continued to stay on without any fixes other than a gas cap replacement done.

Bought a 05 ford escape from here a little over a week ago and the process was very easy and trusting! Great place if you are looking for a car to own in a good price range that doesnt feel shady. Very experienced and knowledgeable salesmen who will have your best intrests at heart-and not just try to make a quick sell. Happy i took my business here!

This place is such a rip off. I paid 5300 cash and we left the shop after singing all papers at about 7pm. Oh yeah let me not forget that THEY took my car down and got it emissioned. Acted like they did me a favor. We took it straight home bout 4 miles. Then my husband went to work the next morning at 6am and before he got to work the check engine light came on. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. We totally trusted them, take my advice stay away.

The team at Premier was fantastic! We needed a replacement car asap and I have worked with Premier prevously as an automotive professional. The vehicle that we purchased was in great shape, Dave was transparent on all aspects of the sale and vehicle, paperwork was all completed within 30 minutes and we were on the road.

Just an amazing experience at Premier Auto. Dave was super nice and got us into a car that fit us perfectly! The paperwork was simple. I felt no pressure to get into a car I didn t want, not like another car dealership I dealt with earlier. I would definitely recommend Premier Auto to family and friends and I wouldn t hesitate to look for another vehicle here in the future.

In today's auto market it is hard to find a good and honest dealer. It is also very difficult to find a good, cheap, reliable vehicle. I really appreciate working with this team. They are knowledgeable about cars and work hard to make things right. I tell all my friends looking for cars in the $10 or 15k price range to go here.

Got a great deal at premier auto on a luxury sedan a week ago for a reasonable price. Jeff was awesome and provided the information that we needed for the vehicle. Overall, Jeff was very outstanding and honest.

I do not recommend coming here! I needed a car really bad & he was nice & stuff but It was a $8,000 suv & he said that I needed a $50 deposit which I gave him & I waited almost 2 days & I went back & he said yeah your gonna need at least $3,500 down payment & he just kept pushing everything back & it's almost been 3 weeks! Haven't heard a word! Well at least he kept my $50! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Horrible scammer type people!!! They sold us a car that has emissions problems and electrical problems and every time we brought it back in to get it fixed through their warranty mechanics they not only didn't even try to fix the problems they caused more problems. When we went to them to figure it out they basically told they don want to deal with us anymore. Watch out they will sell you a lemon and get away with it, make sure to get your cars double checked with a trusted mechanic. Very disgusting with how people act and treat others these day.

in november 2019 i came to premier auto in search of a car for myself. i was only 19 and this was my first time buying my car. i didn t have help or support from my parents so i kind of didn t know 100% what i was doing and was just experiencing this process for the first time. the guys at premier auto made it so easy to find me a car and they were so nice and helpful considering i was young and buying my first car. they weren t pushy and had my best interests at heart. i test drove my car on my first visit and within a couple days the 2010 honda civic was mine! they even recommended me to a credit union and i got a great interest rate and an affordable monthly payment!!! i had my car for a year and a month, and i never had any type of problems with my car. it was perfect and the guys here were so kind and helpful.unfortunately, i got rear ended yesterday and my car is not driveable. i m so sad because i loved my car so much, and i got my car all on my own :(. but if it turns out the car is totaled, i ll definitely be looking for my next car here!

I got exactly what I had wanted and all the information I needed. I really enjoyed buying my car here and my questions were answered more honestly and fully than other used car lots I'd been to. Great service and great rates. My loan was approved the next day and the same day I drove my car away.

All I can say is shady service and don't expect them to stand behind there "power train warranty" cause it's a joke. Jeff our salesman is a real talker to he makes you think your going to be taken care of the whole Time up until you put the money down then it's "well it's only a $6000.00 dollar used car when you buy used car that cheap you can't expect the engine and transmission to last that long"! Should have never let them sweet talk me into letting my daughter buy her first car there.

I got two vehicles from these guys. Should have learned the first time.My first car was sold to me with "organic" brake pads that could have caused a huge accident on the highway being that I would commute daily to and from Boulder.My second car, without having it a year, same brakes issue, and a transition that slips super bad.Great prices! But only if you can afford a mechanic, or have a family friend who is one.

So tell me how a car dealer sells a car that the headlights only work set on bright?Bought a van 2001 Honda Odyssey. I know, that was just the first of many mistakes. But was led to believe that this was a good reliable vehicle. Boy was I wrong!! The transmission is already slipping and it has only been 58 days since it was purchased!!!! So I am stuck with a vehicle that is a piece of shit and will not pass emissioms in my state! This place sells cars on consignment. I will not recomed this place to anyone ever!! Stay far away from these guys. They will take your money and run!

I bought a truck from them roughly 7 years ago for 15 grand, very long story short they said the milage on the truck was accurate and it had a clean title and carfax. After paying them I asked them for the title they said I would need to wait for them to get it from the bank. I thought that had sounded normal so I waited three days later or so i went back in and got the title. First thing I noticed was the milage was not accurate and there was a milage discrepancy and it was a branded title. I instantly asked for my money back where the owner himself denied me and told me I had already been driving the vehicle for a few days and they were in no way obligated to return my money. I never was able to get those crooks to return my money. I had problems with that vehicle the entire time I owned it issue after issue. I took not only the loss when buying the truck but another huge loss when selling it. I bought my wife's old car from there prior to my truck and maybe they were not aware of it or now I wonder, but her SUV had frame damage. Premier auto is definitely a horrible place. I will never ever buy another vehicle from them. Buyers beware!!

These guys are the best!! My son needed a new vehicle and they got him into a great SUV, with great financing beating the rate he was going to get at his own bank. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely will buy from them in the future.

He did well. This guys has owned his place since like 91 or something. We played hardball and so did he. However, he took our trade in for the price that we wanted. We got the SUV for the price we wanted. The car had an issue the next day (Battery) and he replaced for us free of charge. The funny thing is that he did not think we had good credit, we went with his preferred credit union and we got really good rates!

I have bought two vehicles from them and I like their service and professionalism. I would recommend them to any one looking for a used vehicle. Their Auto Mechanic does a good job at looking over all the fluids and noticeably wearable items on a vehicle.

Amazing! My dad and I were able to find a perfect starter car for myself and it's doing great! They came in after hours when we were available just to help us out they really take good care of their customers! Would highly recommend for all!

Shady, scandalous, scumbags. Guys will tell you anything to get you to buy a car. Be WARNED, these fellas are liars and good at it, the good reviews you see are from their friends. Their so called safety inspection is a joke. The people who work on their cars,not part of BBB and will rig the car so it runs. Look out for clocks not being set as they tend to reset check engine lights, make damn sure you check shocks, struts, tires and brakes. Shocks and struts need replaced after 50,000 miles and if you aren't careful you will spend well over what the car is worth on repairs. Again and I mean it from the bottom of my heart... Be very careful these guys are not your friends, they are bad, bad people

easy shopping experence for a good solid used car. the price was a fair valve without any pressure . they made it easy and confortable which is want I wanted . so find what you want , go ahead and research the car look at prices and the condition of the car . Premier Auto will get you in the drivers seat.

Very nice people helped me pick the car I loved the most, ended up having some issues with the transmission right before warranty was up and they said they were going to take care of it even if it passed a little over the warranty. Good people very nice place.

Terrible place came in with 7000 cash owner kept calling the type of cars I like trash then when he was tired of me looking for a Chevy he told me to shooo like a dog sorry but not sport not everyone likes over priced Toyotas

Be prepared to be treated like family. I went in on a whim and was super pleased. Dave is doing everything he can to get me financed. Even if he doesn't succeed I'll just come back with a bigger down payment.
