Driver of van #201 at 5pm on March 12 should not be on the road. Driving extremely slow on a hwy and braking for no reason. Very unsafe. Maybe on phone, possibly drunk.

Just saw one of the BG guys at Castle Rock O'Reilly today about noon. First saw them at a Votech school in Missouri 2009 with demonstrations. Finally replaced my screw driver from college haha. Thanks man made my day! If you see this review. "Told you I had it and its worn." ;)

This Review has nothing to do with the great products of BG Automotive. From what I read and hear they are the best automotive additives in the market. The two star has to do with this distributor. Who I called to get information on what products to use in our 4 vehicles. The lady, Cindy, who answered the phone was extremely rude and curt with me to where I just ended the call. I had to call BG Corporate who was extremely helpful. I will also now be ordering from Amazon.

Just called this place to ask a simple question. Lady named Cindy answered. I first asked Cindy,Me: Hi Cindy, how are you doing today? .Cindy: how may I help you? (Maybe my cell signal cut out...)Me: Hi Cindy, how are you? Cindy: sir, how may I help you....? (This time a rude tone)Me: ...never mind, if you re going to be rude (she hangs up) about it!All I wanted to know was whether those little plastic wafer-looking coins in the bottom of their product cans have any value worth saving! I used to be a mechanic in a past life (15+ years ago) and a fellow coworker said they re good to save for future exchange for BG swag! Still true?Time to look for a new job, Cindy. Perhaps NOT in customer service; your skills there are severely lacking. You re the first interaction a customer has with your company. The very least you can do is say, I m doing fine. Thanks for asking.

There s tons of products out there you can put in your vehicle but few that have such a high quality standard year after year. I ve supported the BG products for close to 38 years and it s never let me down. Also, the distributorship of kenz and Leslie it s top-notch

Thought our engine was knocking, used BG before oil change after with oil additive and fuel system cleaner, runs like brand new and no engine noise

Was selling there product for over 15years and if you leave you will be stuck with there machines and they will not help you fix them!! leave you hanging high and dry! Overpriced paid premium price for years!! Not anymore.
