10/10 do not recommend. Run don t walk away from this place. The first appointment he ordered the wrong glass, even though he got the information off of my Vin number. I was understanding and rescheduled. The second appointment went smoothly until I inspected the work before picking up my car, and noticed the windshield gasket sagging on the passenger side. When I informed him of my concern he exasperated that the entire windshield would have to be removed to fix it and I should wait a few days to see if it would pop back into form. I was immediately skeptical. Then I noticed a gouge in my paint on the corner of my windshield, which was originally not there and would eventually develop rust and he said I would need to get a quote from a body shop and he would reimburse me for the charges. So I get my windshield repaired and then have to take extra time out of my schedule to get a body shop to quote and then fix his mistake and hope to get reimbursed by him after the work is done? Run don t walk away, this is not your glass guy.

The whole team was very well educated and friendly. They installed an aftermarket side window for our Sprinter Van and it was completed in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship!

We set an appointment for 2 pickups. Everything was very smooth and easy. Great people very friendly and will definitely use them again for all our windshield needs. I highly recommend them and appreciate the opportunity to meet and work with them.

I had three small nicks in my windshield and was leaving for a long trip the next day. The gentlemen agreed to fix them the same day for me. The customer service is above and beyond. If you are looking for them, the glass doctor is on the backside of the building!! Most definitely will recommend and go back myself

I have used the Glass Doctor in Wheat Ridge twice in the past 3 months. They repaired two small rock chips in my windshield and recently replaced the windshield on my sons Lexus IS250. Phil was friendly and very knowledgeable. In both case the price was fair and the quality A+. I recommend this shop. - Randy G.

Very kind people and love to support local businesses. I was provided boxes to protect the glass when picked up. But highly recommend notifying clients to bring some sort of protection ahead of time.

We ordered a custom doggy door for our balcony glass door. The team at Glass Doctor of Wheat Ridge was professional and courteous during the entire project. Had a great experience working with Glass Doctor of WR! They were able to help out recalibrating all the bells and whistles on newer vehicles (lane assist, rain sensing, etc.). Hope I don't need to go back any time soon but know where I'm going if I have another windshield issue.

Took my car in for a rear door glass after a car break in. They vacuumed out all the debris and mount the new glass. Professional work, very friendly staff, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Awesome same day service!I woke to my back windshield shattered, searched for places before they opened online, Glass Doctor were the only ones to call me back once opened. Was able to pick up my vehicle in less than roughly 6 hours after drop off.

I was absolutely blown away by this business. They were able to get me in quick for an appointment to replace my windshield (about one week). I show up for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist right away. They ordered the wrong windshield because of MY MISTAKE, I gave them the wrong information. They searched around the area and found the correct windshield that I needed. Sent one of their guys out to go get it and bring it back to the shop. They still managed to do everything in two hours and they even gave me a complimentary can of their glass cleaner. Phillip and Shawny really went above and beyond. This level of customer service is rare these days. Will recommend them to everybody I know!

Pam, Phil and Miguel were wonderful to work with. They were professional, exceptionally efficient, and got my new windshield in in about 2.5 hours. They provided me with a desk to use while a waited, water, and great snippets of conversation with Pam. They kept me updated at every step of the process. The location is/was perfect for my needs. This went through insurance, so I just had to cover my deductible. The entire process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend them!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I really wanted to like this business. Nice people. They installed a new windshield in my SUV. When I drove it home, I noticed a very loud wind noise that was not there with the old cracked windshield. I took it back to them, and they did some remedial work. I drove home again, and the sound was still there. Plus a crack formed in the new windshield. I took it back, they ordered another windshield, and made an another appointment for installation. At this point, bummer, but okay, you are standing behind your product.Fast forward to the next appointment. They installed the new windshield and everything seemed okay. I thought I still noticed increased wind noise at highway speeds, but thought perhaps I was imagining it. Then I took the car to the same carwash I use regularly. Never before did I get water in the car, but it was happening now with the new windshield.I called Glass Doctor and made another appointment. The owner told me that they poured water on it and couldn't find a problem. His exact words were, "I can't fix what I can't find". I told him, hey, I'm not lying about the water or the noise. He clearly didn't want to replace another faulty windshield. He offered to put some more epoxy on.At this point, it became clear to me that these guys are incompetent or their product supply is bad. Either way, I have wasted too much time and will be looking for a different glass provider.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a great experience with Glass Doctor of Wheat Ridge. I had broken my shower glass door and was hoping to just get the replacement glass and not have to buy a whole new shower enclosure. I reached out to 8 companies and either they didnt respond or wouldnt replace just the glass. Glass Doctor was one of the first to respond and they could replace the exact same glass that I already had. After placing the order it took no more than a week to get a call and the glass was ready to be installed. Migel did a fantastic job installing the glass and cleaned up nicely. I got an appointment for an on-site estimate the same day I called. The service representative was on time and very presentable. He explained everything to me and even showed me where what I thought was a crack in the window was just a flaw in the glass, so that particular window did not need to be replaced. He had everything he needed to replace three small windows at the time of the estimate which made things very convenient for me. The finished windows look wonderful and very professionally done. I had a recently broken window and a crack in a window that I had not addressed.I got pricing from two different companies and Glass Dr. was the best by about 15%. I measured one window and asked to have them start the fabrication process right away. Their installer could not come out to measure for about 5 days. I have a background in construction and felt confident that I could do this, knowing that if I made an error, the window would have to be remade at my expense.Everything turned out great. I found them to be professional, friendly, timely and reasonably priced. What else could you want?Service: General window replacement

Glass Doctor of Wheat Ridge was phenomenal. They picked up the phone each time I called, they were honest about my timeline regarding replacing back glass on my car, gave me an extremely (more than) fair price and cleaned everything to an awesome level. Will recommend to anyone in the Denver metro for all applicable glass needs/services.
