Bought a brand new 2023 Trail Boss in June. Right away I noticed that the hood cowl was warping so I took it in to Foundation. They said that they would replace the cowl but that they had to order it I. And that they would call when it arrived. Forward two months ahead and there was no phone call so I reached out and wouldn't you know it the part had been there for some time. Took the truck in to have the cowl replaced waited around for two hours seen my truck outside so I went to take a look. It didn't appear that anything had been done so I inquired. I was told that the new part had been damaged and that they would have to reorder another hood cowl. Forward another two months ahead and I was due for a routine service so I called to set an appointment at the same time asking if the new hood cowl had arrived. Was reassured of the fact that the new part had arrived undamaged and that I could have the service done and the cowl replaced at the same time. Again waited around for a couple of hours and was told that my truck was ready for pick-up. Went out to take a look and notices right away that while the hood cowl had been replaced the same issues with warpage existed and then I noticed the damage ( as is evidenced in the pictures below) that was done to the hood when replacing the cowl. They put a new cowl on however in the process they destroyed the hood and rather then inform me of the damage they tried to sneak it past. The service manager said that they would replace the hood however when one pays the prices that these people charge the client should not have to be inconvenienced by such recklessness and furthermore now my vehicle will have a blackmark on it's carfax not because of anything that I did but because the very people who are tasked with maintaining my vehicle in fact caused the damage themselves.NEED I SAY MORE?!?!?!?Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I purchased a new Suburban Duramax from this dealership in July. I took it in for its first service at the beginning of November, during which service my car was damaged on three panels on the passenger side. (Two dents on each door and a scratch spanning from under the passenger front door all the way back to the rear wheel well.)Upon noticing the damage upon driving directly home, I contacted their service department to inform them of the damage with hopes of quickly resolving the issue with the dealership. I was asked to provide photos of the damage, which I did the same day, and informed that they take pre-service pictures on every vehicle. Great. This should have been a quick resolution then.This service associate [Roberto Garcia] followed up with me (when I initiated contact) two or three times, indicated that they were reviewing video footage to determine what happened, and then stopped responding after two or three correspondences. I then spoke with a manager [Jason], who promised to follow up, but did not nor did he respond to my voicemails. After two individuals failing to respond, in mid-December, I was in contact with a service department manager [David] who promised to follow up and call me back the following week. He did not. When I contacted him again, he indicated that there are only two individuals who can review video footage and he would follow up with me and get back to me the following week. He, again, did not. I left a voicemail on Tuesday, which as of today (Thursday 1/11/24) has not been returned.It has been over two months since this dealership damaged the brand new vehicle I purchased from them. They have not provided photos taken upon arrival, they have not offered any explanation or conclusion of the alleged ongoing investigation they claim to be conducting. Most telling, they do not follow up. Everything about this situation is unacceptable. It appears that I will have to escalate this through a third party to get proper accountability for the damage.

If you can avoid this place please do. Unfortunately I have an extended warranty slash forever with the vehicle that I purchased here so I have to have it serviced here. Whenever I schedule a oil change it's a two or more hour wait. I have had multiple problems with my coolant system. Which they cannot properly diagnose or repair. Had to take the vehicle somewhere else to have it fixed. After misdiagnosis. The service advisor does not listen to me when I give them a description of what the car is doing.On top of that I was charged for a diagnosis fee for $225 after a warranty repair was done and my warranty clearly states that if part of their diagnosis and repair is covered under warranty then warranty pays for diagnoses fee. This was then confirmed to me today by the warranty people that they paid that diagnosis fee yet I was also charged when I picked up my car. Roberto will not answer my texts or my request for refund, funny enough he quit answering my calls after I text him and told him what I found out about this. You can never get anybody on the phone, I have had to drive up there multiple times to speak to people. Every time I have left there after they performed a repair my car was still in the same state of disrepair that it was when I took it . They once charged me $100 to tighten a screw on a radiator hose.. radiator hose that was not leaking. Horrible service and incompetent people!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation in the morning with an appointment. I waited 1.5 hours. I enjoy them, but I didn't like waiting that long for something so simple. Should only take about 30 minutes IMO.

My wife and I are returning customers, about a year ago we bought a 2021 Silverado 2500, we ended up deciding to buy a large fith wheel camper trailer for full time RVing and needed to upgrade our 2500 to the 3500 dually Jay Busch is super easy and fun to work with. We did have a mechanical issue with the 3500 from the factory a day after purchasing it. Joe the sales manager went above and beyond to try and resolve and compensate our troubles. Communication could have been a little better throughout the process but at the end of the day we are happy and will be back to get my wife her next vehicle. Thanks foundation team!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE.I brought my car in for a simple battery/alternator issue. I asked them to determine which part needed replaced and to give me a quote to replace it. They came back with a quote of $979 just for the battery and cables. They didn't even check the alternator. The cables, which you can get for around $25 anywhere, were marked up to $221 a piece. Absolute robbery.On top of that they tried to charge me over $200 for a full inspection which I clearly never asked for.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE.

I have used Medved Service for our Cadillac twice and had poor experiences both times.In the first case, I was told that an oil change would take 2-3 hours. About 5 hours later, I was told that it was complete and I was offered a car wash (I'm not sure if this was a result of the delay or just normal service.) Figured I might as well take it and thought it would be no longer than 15 minutes. Roughly an hour later, my vehicle was still no where to be seen, and I couldn't find anyone to sort out what was going on. I was then informed that it was still in line for the car wash as they only had one tech working. Finally got my vehicle as is and left immediately.During that oil change, they inspected the vehicle and found that it needed brake work and new shocks. I called in with that estimate to schedule service about a month later. I arrived for my appointment at which point I was then told that the shocks were on indefinite back order and they would not be able to complete the work that day nor at any predictable point in the future.So between these two issues, you've wasted about 8 hours of my time. I choose to take my newer vehicles to a dealership instead of my local shop because I expect more professional service and features to save my time. No loaner/rental vehicles available, no vehicle pick up available, couldn't schedule my second appointment online. My mom took her car in to get worked on for an entire day yesterday, the person that was in charge of my moms service said he'd call us by the end of the day to go pick it up. My mom works at night so it was okay with her to leave it there since she wouldn't need it till then. We got no call or text to let us know that it'd be there over night or an update on it. We called a couple times and no answer.My mom was car-less, if her job was strict she could've lost her job. This upsets me so much because not even a courtesy call was made. Dean told me they were the best place in Denver to take my Hummer H1. Asked for an oil change, replace a leaky seal in my tire, and swap out the ignition cylinder. They asked repeatedly for me to do a $3600 12,000 mile that had just been done for 2k. Was told three weeks should be more than enough. FIVE MONTHS later they may have replaced the oil but it was low on the gauge. I still have the same oil filters. Somehow 4 seals and 2 disconnects had gone bad at the same time on my tire and they made sure to charge me the 3x mark up for all the parts I did not need. I did not have new disconnects when I checked. The final knife in the back was they said it was impossible to get a new ignition cylinder. (A part readily available) charged $152 to tell me a lie... Stay away from this place. After a month my tires are now doing the same thing. For a total of $1200 Doug has not been able to help or explain how things have gone so horribly wrong.

Last couple of oil changes and tire rotations it has not gone good. On the first they over inflated the tires by 10 psi which I didn't find out until 6000 miles later. The last one they said they rotated the tires but they didn't. They also spilled oil on the engine. Furthermore, I had to make a trip to the dealership to schedule the appointment because over 2 days I made 4 calls and all went to voicemail. When I checked in my vehicle for the oil change I told the service writer about the phone not being answer and he responded non chalant, "I not surprised, I'm the only one here".Service: Oil change

WILL NEVER GO BACKI made an appointment to get an oil change on m y new F250 purchased at Medved. When I checked in they said a tire rotation was part of the service so I agreed. I was the 1st vehicle there at 8am they said it would take an hour. After 1 1/2hrs I started watching my truck on the rack. No one was working on it. I asked at the service desk what was taking so long. They said it was almost done. I then watched the mechanic tighten the oil filter with channel locks???? 2 1/2 hours later I had my vehicle back and I'm not sure the tires were ever rotated. TERRIBLE service!

Ty and Chris were extremely helpful, I had a huge dilemma regarding my sunroof malfunctioning, not only were they both patient, professional and attentive, they were also extremely kind. Ty was insightful and Chris was super nice, they truly define world-class service and I vote they get MORE company stock shares because of their generous and tactful approach to customer service.

Never left a place feeling so taken advantage of before. Got a price over the phone of a used 2011 Chevy Silverado. When arrived in person I brought in person I brought all documentation to show proof of being a Military Veteran for a possible discount. I was given the discount however the price of the Truck that was quoted over the phone was now not accurate & the price went up $5,000.00. Shame on me, Should Have Left Right Then. I purchased all the extra warranties that I could because I new something wasn't right. After a rain storm washed away all the cover up cosmetic damage, reality hit. I was Taken For A Ride & Fully Done Wrong & Dirty. Also after driving the Truck for 2 day's the stability light & traction light came on & displays to service items. I have yet to be called back or contacted to have the Truck looked at. Yep $30,000.00 wash out. Be Careful. They are shady & will Do Anything To Get That Sale.

What a poorly run service department all around. I try not to use service departments because I m not all that interested in being up charged. But I bought my truck and the warranty at Medved, so when it wouldn t start in my driveway I decided I would give them a try. Well, that is the last time I will do that. First I spoke with Susan. I let her know my vehicle was dead in my driveway and that I wasn t sure what to do because this is currently my families only vehicle And I wasn t even sure what to do because I had never used my warranty before. Instead of offering to help, she quickly told me I needed to call the warranty company and have them take care of it. So, I did all of that. Then called Susan back, I let her know I had set up the tow and it would be dropped that same night in Wheatridge, at that point she rudely pointed out she didn t even work in Wheatridge and that I needed to call that location. Once again no offer to help, not even an offer to connect me to Wheatridge. Nope just call back and go through the whole thing again.So I did, once I got to the Wheatridge location I reached Brian. He could not have been in a bigger hurry to get me off the phone. He said I d have to wait a while if I wanted my car looked at there, or it needed to go to Castle Rock (50 miles away). He then told me I could just take my car to another mechanic if I wanted to get it done.I used to work as a service advisor for McDonald and we were taught to treat every customer great, I see the same thing is not encouraged at Medved. So needless to say, I am taking my vehicle somewhere else and we will not be buying our next vehicle from Medved.I really wish I could give this zero stars because this service department was absolutely worthless.

I bought a new Silverado from Medved 2 months ago and it has 5k miles on it. It has been making a clunking noise in the rear end since the day I drove it home. I have tried to take into the service department twice. The first time they could not get to it for 3 days so I took it elsewhere. Today something broke in the rear end and this time they can't look at it for a week. This is my work truck, I bought a new one because I can't afford for it to be down. Medved makes no effort at all to help one of their customers, just (sorry, we cant help you). I wish I would have purchased it from another dealer. Lesson learned. This was a great dealership in the past, I am not sure what happened to them but do not expect customer service after the purchase. I remember when they would bend over backwards to help their customers.

Honest people, fair pricing, and great customer service. These guys are fantastic. I was very hesitant to take my vehicle to a dealer, but I had to have some warranty work done. 5 years later, I won't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

They have had my truck for over a week after I made an appointment to drop it off 2 weeks ago. Can t even get a hold of them and can t get any answers as to what is going on if anything. Basically, they stole my vehicle. Don t drop your car off there! They can t handle it.

It's a shame people only post i'f they feel it was a negative experience.My last 3 vehicles were purchased and are always serviced here. I always do my homework and know what the costs should be. I've never had a problem getting good service and a good deal.

I had to take my car 2016 Chevrolet Spark in to be serviced I was having a few problems they also said there was another recall on my car which they fixed while I was there so I did not have to come back that was great they also will offer you a ride home if you live in the area I lived a little too far great service

Rude customer service tried to get help over the phone could not get anyone to respond. Went in to ask a question about getting my brakes fixed could barely get anyone to even look at me. Never going here again!
