A few years ago we bought a truck from you guys. (It was our first time working with Foundation) Uriah was our salesman. That guy is AWESOME!!! Which is the biggest reason we went back to do business with Foundation a second time. He is polite, honest and both experiences, Uriah went above and beyond to ensure we were happy! I refer friends and family to foundation and I tell them "ask for Uriah" Foundation has a huge asset to their company, because they have him part of it, and that's a fact! I do want to also mention the great experience that we've had both times with the finance department. They are organized, keep it simple and quick!Because of the fantastic experiences we've had. Foundation Chevrolet (wheat ridge) will always have our business going forward and we will continue to refer our friends and family there as well. Keep up the great work! Oh.. and ask for Uriah!! You ll be in great hands!

I worked with Wes. I actually was looking at trucks online for about a month and Wes was the only person that listened to what I wanted and made an effort to find it. He was thoughtful and kind in his approach, calling and emailing me with updates. He was easy to talk to and when I arrived he was very welcoming and had great energy. We worked through the hard part of negotiations and he made it the easiest new car buying experience I've ever had. He was straightforward and honest and he got me to the price I was looking for without a ton of back and forth. I actually came in to buy a different color truck and I was set on that. However, he proposed the color in stock and I actually really liked it. He was more than helpful and his personality was a perfect fit for my interaction. If I ever buy another car, I will use him every time and recommend him to my friends. As far as the finance part, it was the easiest and fastest I've experienced. Overall, it was a great experience!

So impressed The team from sales professional Alex Mertes to general sales manager Sam Mittan to Eric in finance were just all top shelf.They made the whole process so fluid which we appreciated so much. We are new customers and they treated us like family. It was a nice change.

Uriah and the Foundation team was easy to work with and the best part was that no one was pushy when it came to helping me make a decision on my vehicle or when it came to finance options. Don t trust the service department. I did, and they screwed me over. First, they did not install front and rear breaks and rotors at the price they quote at the shop and in their emails, which is why I went there in the first place. That made me grumble, but I went with them anyway because I really needed the work done. I could let that slide. But, they installed my front pads incorrectly (verified by another shop that actually does quality work), which led to several months of squeaking breaks and damage to the new rotors they installed. They had the audacity to say that my driving in the mountains caused the break pads to not function properly (meanwhile, I haven t gone into the mountains once since getting the new breaks), which damaged the new rotors and they quoted me at over $600 to replace those. I guess the 24-month unlimited mileage warranty is just a suggestion? Oh, and let s not forget, they installed the pads improperly! But they would throw me a bone and take off the labor costs to install the new rotors, which I shouldn t even need anyway with only 4 months and about 5,000 miles on these new ones. What garbage. There are plenty of reputable shops that service Chevys, do quality work, and stand by their work. Take your car to one of those over this slimy place and save yourself some headaches.

I have confidence my car will be taken care of correctly. Foundation mechanics know what needs to be done, even if I don t. And I really like that they wash my car before they return it to me. Nice touch!

Just to start of I am an industrial mechanic. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle at 11:30 am they said it would be about 1hr to 1hr30min. No problem. 4hrs later I had to go ask if my vehicle was ready they told me it was waiting on approval. Approval I asked? No one came to talk to me or anything. Come to find out service advisor was trying to sell me things that I had just replaced about a month ago. There is no point in setting up an appointment it doesn't make it quicker and they try to sell you services that are not needed. Never again...

I had a wonderful buying experience with Dominic! A car was an unexpected necessity and I was emotional and stressed out. I did not need a pushy, intense salesperson and I was lucky to find Dominic.He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease through the process of buying my first car. My first experience with Foundation Chevrolet was in the summer of 2023 for an auto repair. I was very impressed with how professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable the Service Department was, specifically Jason.The Dealership maintained contact with me via email over the next several months as I had indicated that I was interested in a purchase sometime in the future. I started communicating directly with Dominic Ienna whose sales approach fit my personality perfectly. I indicated I was coming in to get new batteries for my key fobs and we agreed to meet at that time. Based I what I had discussed with Dominic, he showed me the vehicles that would be a good fit. His salesmanship, knowledge and most importantly, his ability to listen and recognize what approach worked best for me resulted in my purchasing a 2024 Equinox. It has been a pleasure doing business with this dealership. The General Manager can be proud of his team!

I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer 11/25/23 and let me start by saying that going into any car dealer can be intense and you almost feel like you have to prepare yourself for it. This was not that. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the day I inquired about a vehicle I was contacted right away by Austen G. asking me if I had any questions he could answer for me so that was great right off the bat. I scheduled an appointment that same day (11/25) just to go see the vehicle not thinking we were going to make any decisions that day. We looked at the car and saw what we liked but were never pressured into making a decision so that made it so much easier to think about it and negotiate some numbers. I feel that other places would kind of be put off by the indecisiveness and rush the appointment but that was not the case here. On the contrary, it was wonderful to have a sales consultant like Austen be willing to run back and forth with numbers and really work with us on the price instead of against us. I can t say enough good things about Austen and everyone involved in our car buying experience. He was a pleasure to deal with no doubt!

Ryan, my service advisor, was very pleasant to work with. I normally hate going to service departments at dealerships, but he made it a good experience. I will definitely be going back. Also, the service department was fast. I don't not have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for an oil change. Thank you!

Our family has been personal friends with Sam, the General Sales Manager, for many decades. This is our 4th vehicle that he's helped us with since 2016. Sam has always taken very good care of us during each and every visit. We checked the online inventory first to narrow down the search, then my son picked the ones he was most interested in to test drive and found several great choices. Bernice helped us from there with the test drives. She was super helpful and friendly while my son quickly decided on two Cadillacs with the luxury trim packages. After crunching the numbers, he picked the one that he liked best. Ryan was very efficient and friendly helping us go over the financing details while the car was being prepped and topped off with a full tank of gas. We are so appreciative of the personal care we received at each stage and eventual purchase. Hats off to all of you for the best customer service!!

I purchased a car in October after the guy who sold me the car did not reach out to me about the car. He was just worried about getting another sell from somebody I knew as well as having to come back and ask for a courteous continuance on the plates, and they gave me a hard time for it and every time I am not helped within the hour it s always one plus worst service ever. I even checked in with the financial worker and they take their time to help if it s not a sale

This was the first time getting my new truck serviced. I took it in for routine service and they found a recall for the fuel injection computer issue. They took care of both items in a very timely manner. No second visit. That is very important to me. Did a great job.

This is I believe my fifth car in the past few years that I have purchased. Though I've had a few different salesmen. All have been great. Van was my most recent salesman, he is super courteous and polite. I really appreciated working with him. He connected well with my son as we were purchasing his first car. This is my second purchase at Foundation. My first purchase was a Kia Niro, which I just traded in for my second purchase, which was a Chevy Colorado. Both experiences have been very good. Not only the purchasing, but I also had my Kia serviced there, as I will the Chevy Colorado. The staff is always polite, and for the Chevy Colorado purchase they got me out the door in record time. I would definitely recommend Foundation Kia/Chevy for your next vehicle purchase. I would also like to mention that Jeromey Curran, who was my sales representative, did a great Job. Very efficient, and never tried to push me into anything I didn t want.

Simple drop off and pick up for oil change. I booked an appointment online a few days before the service. My service manager was waiting for me when I arrived and ordered a ride service for me to get back home. Overall, the experience was very efficient and organized.

This place sucks! At least the service department does even though the greeter people are very nice it took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and then they came and told me I needed $7000 worth of work on my super-clean, pristine engine that does not leak and has no engine warning lights of any kind. I don t trust them or their assessment of my vehicle. I think they re trying to scam people for unnecessary and excessive work and plus it took FOREVER even though I had an appointment! Seriously they should be reported to the better Business Bureau don t go here unless you want to waste your time and money.!

Always professional employees. Always good service. I bought a brand new truck here and always take it in for routine maintenance and service. The only complaint I have is that you can never get through to the service department via phone. It has been a consistent issue for 2 years. I always have to drive there in person to make appointments. It's a little inconvenient. Other than that everyone is very friendly and does a great job

Used their service department for the first time today, oil change and tire rotation. Compared to every other dealership this experience was great - was able to drop my vehicle off on time, Juan was super nice and on his game, and they were done in the time quoted. This service dept versus another Chevy dealership up the road was 100% better. Thanks Juan and team!

My sales person had the vehicle prepped and cleaned ready for my arrival to test drive. Very likable and helpful. He even assisted me in my test drive. The manager also came in with some research that we went over on the vehicle and we did comparisons on other like vehicles in the end. Everyone worked well together to help facilitate my purchase.. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Everyone did their job well and in the end I ended up with a vehicle. I absolutely love I highly recommend them! Shout out to Tiny and Joe in Wheatridge, Colorado! You guys rock !

They answered all my questions and once I explained what i was looking for or was there for they went to work taking care of me. The sales personal and technicians I worked with were very respectful and knowledgable about my questions or issues.

Purchased a new/used vehicle about a month ago from here. Unfortunately, the car had it's computer malfunction and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas Tree! Of course I dropped it off for service right away. On my drive to the shop, I called to see if they could even see the vehicle. Anthony answered my call and was able to take care of the problem on Monday, as I dropped the vehicle off on Friday afternoon. Upon picking up the vehicle, all my questions were answered and the whole staff was extremely friendly. Not that anyone likes having to get their car fixed, but it stings a little less when the staff is treating you well.
