Love this place! It s hard to find a good place you can trust. This place is very trustworthy. I got an oil change the first time and while my car does need some tlc it was not forced or pressured to do more at that exact moment. They made a list and we made a plan for repairs to be completed.Unfortunately a short time later a thief broke into my car and just made a huge mess. I had to get the car towed in. They often gave me updates. They saved what parts the thief didn t destroy and saved me some cash! So much appreciated!I look forward to doing more business here. I could comfortably recommend this place to my friends and family and know they will be in good hands! Keep up the good work guys! See y all soon but not too soon I hope!

Scott , manager at Eagle Automotive was really helpful when I had to get new tires for my truck. He gave me lots of options and gave me his honest option about each tire brand he suggested. They were super quick with the turn around too drop my truck off Thursday afternoon and got it back the next day even tho they had to order the tires in since they didn t have them in stock

The team at EAS in Wheat Ridge took fantastic care of me and my car. I bought the oil change pack and I am so happy that I did. They are honest with their inspections and recommendations. Their prices are fair and they usually have a coupon available on their website. Being able to schedule online is a bonus!Joel was especially helpful at my last appointment, helped me to get all of the maintenance my car needed with a smile and speed.

Joel was a great help! My truck was in the shop for a week and he got parts delivered for me in a timely fashion. The mechanics do great work. They even sent an Uber to my apartment so my girlfriend could get a ride to the shop and pick up my vehicle while I was out of town. 5 stars!

Quick oil change but the experience was upsell, sell and sell. I d prefer a call to say oil change complete, your car is ready and chat about needed work upon pickup or to be given a printed estimate. Instead it was as call with a verbal list of non-emergency repairs and a scare tactic of immediate work needed. If that were really the case, why was an estimate and recommendation not given at pick up?Good location for me, but I don t want to go to a place that s trying to make money. I want a place that cares for the customer and their vehicle.Worth a $59 oil change coupon, but not the rest of the experience.

Wonderful experience at EAS. I went for a synthetic oil change. The gentlemen who assisted me at the counter was friendly and they offered me a punch card for 4 oil changes which saves me money in the end. I will gladly be returning for my next few oil changes.

Great service with great price for a full synthetic oil change! A very thorough inspection was performed, with pictures and an itemized estimate of recommended maintenance/repairs. They even offered a free Lyft ride to and from my house while they had my car! Joel was extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

EAS is the best. I had 4 lights on in the dashboard and drove immediately to EAS. My biggest concern was the light saying to check the AT temp. Joel went outside, checked the oil and said it was okay. Then he made an appointment for the next day. They ran diagnostics and changed the oil at my request. They arranged for Lyft to my house and back in the evening. Always courteous and respectful. Grateful to have an honest auto repair shop.

Needed some routine maintenance on my SUV. Decided to go here based on all the great Google reviews. I was not disappointed. Joel was great, kept me informed of everything, pricing was pretty standard. Overall, it was a great experience and will continue to go here

If I could give 10 stars I would happily give them to Joel and crew! They are so amazing- traveling across country in an 88 4runner and ran into some problems with not starting. They were so helpful and had high attention to detail. They understood the time pressure and they took great care and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend and so grateful to the Joel and everyone at EAS!

Eagle automotive on Kipling Street in wheat Ridge. Professional efficient friendly knowledgeable and thorough. Reasonably priced quality work. It is difficult to find reliable automotive service these days eagle automotive supplies all these qualities I was very satisfied every step of the way in the repair of my automobile and I will continue to use them in the future.

The team here was great. Joel especially went out of his way to provide great customer service and communication. He took the time to explain options and recommendations, answered my questions, and just in general provided friendly conversation.EAS provides photos of the vehicle when they do an inspection, and while they have public wifi in the lobby to use, they will also provide you with an Uber if you need to get some place while they have your vehicle.

The gentleman at EAS took excellent care of me and my jeep. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. Joel took all of my calls and kept me informed every step of the way. When the wrong parts were delivered they made a special trip to go pick up the correct part. They even came in early to finish the last thing so I could get to work on time. I highly recommend EAS on Kipling, they'll take good care of you.

We dropped off our ford expedition with a coolant hose that ruptured while on the highway. EAS got our car in right away and had it back to us the next day. Joel was great to work with and kept in contact with us in a very timely manner!

The EAS team really helped us after we bought a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The tires needed to be replaced and they recommended some tires that will have good traction during all Colorado's seasons. They a also found a leaking brake line and provided the inspection report so we could show the dealer it was damaged when we bought it. They even helped us get the car back when expected, even though some of the parts were hard to find. Now we have confidence heading to the winter mountains because of their thorough inspection. We purchased the special 4-pack rotate/oil-chang deal, and we will trust them for all our auto needs. True 5-star service!

I think the true test of a company's integrity is when catastrophe strikes. Any company can be great when it's a standard oil change or a battery replacement, but when my car stopped working it was so much more than that. After the review, they called me and walked me through, step by step, everything that my car needed and the urgency around it. We discussed what we could do today, what could wait until later, and what that timing would look like. They never made me feel rushed as I discussed details around each line item and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. They kept me updated on the progress and ensured I left with a very well functioning jeep!

Unpleasant Experience Questionable PracticesI never understood people wanting to rate an establishment Zero Stars.. until recently.My past visits to this auto shop left little to be desired. Not only did they want to charge excessively for basic diagnostics, but there was also an unfortunate coincidence. Shortly before completing the service I approved, a part of my car unexpectedly broke under their care, necessitating additional repairs.Despite paying a hefty amount, I found myself back at the shop within a month for further attention to my vehicle. The staff's behavior when customers decline services is disappointing, as they respond with disapproving looks and engage in negative conversations in the presence of clients.To make matters worse, a staff member went so far as to make a threatening comment like, "I will slap you in front of a customer, I don t care." Their lack of a sense of humor and overall unprofessionalism make this auto shop a place I would strongly discourage others from patronizing. I will not be returning here.

Joel and his team are awesome. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep on March 5th of this year. Within the first day I noticed a pinging in the engine when I took off from a red light or stop sign, Turning the wheel when backing out or into a parking spot there was a loud creeking noise, between 40 and 60 mph it felt like it wanted to die, smelt a burning smell, didn't want to pull hills very gd.After getting the jeep diagnosed, underneath they found that the part (frame or ?) that holds the engine, transmission and everything else up had the bolts to where you could turn them with your fingers, the fluids needed flushed and refilled, wrong size spark plugs and so on. I pay for an extended warranty but it doesn't cover maintenance cost. AUTO NATIONS MECHANICS SHOULD OF HAD ALL THIS STUFF FIXED BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE. VERY UNSAFE.NO WONDER THE SALESMAN OR THE GUYS THAT WRITE UP THE FINAL PAPER WORK WOULDN'T RETURN MY CALLS SHORTLY AFTER MY PURCHASE. I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING THAT VERY DAY AND NOW I WILL REWRITE MY REVIEW

EAS Tire and Auto are great. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly, they did great work, and when my car needed additional services, they were able to perform it the same day. They also do a great job providing information about your car and what services it may be due for. It's great to have a place like EAS Tire and Auto that you can trust to take care of you and your vehicle.

Great communication and service. They gave me a full report of what was needed in order of importance. They got me a ride to and from the shop so I didn't have to coordinate rides. I now have a new vehicle and they provide the service and oil changes. I always appreciate his they are able to prioritize what is needed and their oil change punch card is the best!

I live in Texas and I was referred to this location by the sister-store, RSG Offroad, for my son's car when we couldn't figure out why there was an oil leak. Joel said he would squeeze him in due to his difficult schedule and did that as soon as he got there. They quickly diagnosed that the previous oil change place failed to get the drain plug tight, but they also checked the other fluids to make sure everything else was okay.We were reassured and he was on his way. These guys have a great attitude and a get-it-done effort. Couldn't be happier!

I have been using EAS for all of my repairs and maintenance, outside of the ad-hoc oil change elsewhere when I find a coupon. They give fair pricing for my make and model and aren t pushy when more nice to have repairs are out of budget. They are clear on what needs to be done and risks associated. The work has been great, no issues and I ve put a few grand in various fixes into the vehicle. I drive a VW. Before I went to EAS the VW dealership had literally made up fixes that needed to be done, EAS gave me an honest assessment and then got to work. Great local shop that I trust, which is a challenge to find these days. If you drive a VW and are out of warranty, avoid the Denver area dealerships at all costs, they are charlatans. EAS got the work done right at 1/2 of the cost.
