I'm sure you are a great company, but whoever this driver is; is not very responsible. Cut off cars, switched many lanes just to get like 2 cars ahead of me. And what made me write this review is cut me off without any signaling twice. At least signal a second before you gonna just cut someone so they have a whatever second they have to react. Understand people got to get to places but as a business; especially automotive, be responsible please.

Our experience with Denver quality automotive was excellent. We were lucky enough to deal with Tom Schmucke directly. We had the timing belt replaced on our 2001 Honda. We were kept up-to-date on the status of our vehicle. The waiting room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. And they followed up with the concerns and issues we had. Definitely will be back and happy to have found an auto repair business we can trust.

There is a reason it's called Quality. Quality service, quality staff, quality pricing. I came to be a client of Denver Quality Automotive a couple years ago when I had them do a used car inspection on the Nissan I was considering buying and have been extremely happy with them every since. I want to give a big shout out to John. When I needed emergency service today, he was able to get me in and out in record time and even stay under budget. Also, Ladies rest assured these are a trusted team of professionals who will take excellent care of your vehicle.

I was looking for a reputable auto shop for some major repairs on my Tundra and these guys knocked it out of the park! Best auto shop in Colorado! Incredibly welcoming, knowledgable and attentive staff. I feel comfortable going here not knowing a ton about cars myself. Tom (owner) is very nice.

Biggest scam ripping off people. I had my oil change. Afterward i was told i need a system flush cost would be $270. Also was told i needed to break pad along with new rotors when my breaks are not bad. I got 2nd opinion got a system flush for $129!! I was told by the another shop that i did not need brakes and no rotors replace. Cost of brakes fDenver Quality Auto wanted to charge me is $584 will never go to quality auto!

Don t waste your time and money. Was really hoping to support local as I live right around the corner, but this place is an incompetent mess. Took my car in for a 9am appointment and was told they d have the diagnostic done and a quote in an hour. I told them we knew the check engine codes were related to emissions based on a previous test. They texted at 9:30 and said the tech was running a few minutes behind and the diagnostic would go a little over the hour. When I hadn t heard anything by 10:45 I walked over to the shop. They were working on a quote and ultimately suggested new spark plugs and fluids. When I told them those services had just been done at the 100,000 mile servicing, they backtracked and said oh no no it s actually the catalytic converter that needs to be replaced and quoted me $1700. This from a guy at the desk who hadn't even looked at my car. Just saw that I wasn t going to pay for unnecessary services and decided to try to rope me into something else and squeeze at least a little more money out of me.Meanwhile, another customer was waiting because he d paid for a full synthetic oil change and had discovered from his receipt that they d used different oil instead. So they were draining and starting again.In short, no one here seems to have any idea what they re doing. And maybe that s the point. They just quote you something and see what they can get away with. Everything takes longer than quoted and you have to keep your fingers crossed that they re even doing the work they quote. Feels like I spent my morning being part of an elaborate scam. Really unfortunate but I hope no one spends their hard earned money here.

Couldn t speak higher of the team and our experience with Denver quality automotive. Our car wouldn t start we had called nearly 10+ other shops. No one else could get us in! Not only did the Denver quality automotive team get us in quickly there was outstanding communication throughout the entire process. This was not an easy fix by any means! As they identified the problem there was a clear line of sight on cost and turnaround timeline. Tom, the owner is very great to work with, and we received terrific support from the Whole team. coming back for new tires before winter hits. 11/10 team and experience at affordable rates.

Denver s Quality Automotive is fantastic. This is the third time they ve helped with my car and I ve been super pleased with their services each time. They take the time to explain each issue, the cost, and the level of importance of each issue with full transparency. They are incredibly responsive and work hard to fix any issues ASAP. I will definitely be returning for any future car troubles!

A friend recommended Denver Quality Automotive to me, and I received highly professional mechanical service. My 16-year-old Toyota Matrix needed new battery cables, and because I hadn't had the car worked on in 18 months since moving to Denver from Atlanta, I had them do a thorough check to make sure the car was in top condition. It needed a good bit of work, including new door handles and buffed out headlights. I ended up having $2400 worth of service done -- and I approved everything in advance -- but the car is running great and I was assured it would serve me well for many more years.

I noticed some noise coming from my engine. I have recently moved to Wheat Ridge from out of state and had no idea where to go and no one to ask. I started doing online research and found Denver's Quality Automotive. Their reviews were overwhelmingly positive (although there were a few negative reviews which, honestly, all sounded pretty darned whiney, so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! The problem with my car didn't turn out to be as much of a problem as I had feared and I walked away knowing exactly what shape my car is is, plus I feel like I got welcomed into the neighborhood. This is my go-to mechanics shop! I like the people, the work is stellar, and the price is reasonable. Great find!

They saved my butt. My truck was overheating so I pulled over and noticed a clamp busted on my lower hose. they we're the closest to me and i figured it was worth a shot. The folks we're amazing! I asked if I could buy a clamp and try to fix it myself as they we're closing up and trying to finish the day and I need my truck for work. They took a quick look at it and decided to replace the clamp and then topped it off for me with no charge! I will definitely bring my truck there for the things I cannot fix! There is still goodness out there. Thank you a thousand times!

Staff is so kind and responsive! Had my brake pads and needed to get new rotors. As a girl I am always wary of getting taken advantage of by mechanics that assume they can pull one over but the staff explained everything that I would need done clearly and even brought out a picture to explain further when I asked questions!! Pricing was reasonable and it was a fast turn around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I did not have an appt, they told me to come in, and they d fit me into the schedule. They constantly communicated with me, fixed my fallen heat shield and charged me a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Amazing!! Highly recommend!! Was able to book an appt for a pre-purchase inspection for a car off fb marketplace and they were able to get me in the next day! I was able to negotiate the price down with the owner from their inspection findings and bought the car :)

I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon. I am going trailing next week in Moab Utah and wanted to make sure everything was solid mechanically. It was not, I needed new brakes, sway bar, alignment and a transmission service. It had a death wobble when I hit a pothole or man cover. The owner Tom is great to deal with, his 2 Service Writers, John and Devon me treated wonderfully. It was an all day job and they offered to either Uber me or drive me anywhere I needed to go. So, I went golfing! :-)For the amount of work they had to complete, I considered the price extremely fair. Many companies talk good customer service, Quality Auto Care actually practices it.One last note; The drivability of my Jeep improved substantially, no more death wobble or sudden sways, left to right.I am a loyal customer now.

I ve always been impressed by these guys. They re thorough, responsive, and will tell you everything you could have replaced/fixed but also whether they actually recommend it now or if you can wait before it s actually a concern. The first time I went here, a couple of years ago, they actually referred me to a different body shop because while they could have done the work to replace my bumper, they would have charged me more than the body shop.This is a low bar, but I also feel like I m treated fairly and like I m competent, which is more than I can say of most mechanics as a woman.

I brought my car (2005 Honda Pilot) in for an alignment, tire rotation and if possible, repair of a nail in the tire. The truck is in good condition and exhibited no signs of issues aside from I noticed my rear tires had worn unevenly which was why I brought it in for an alignment. I do the majority of my own work on my cars from full engine swaps, clutches etc...I'm not a certified mechanic but I know my way around a car.I got a call from a "technician" barely an hour later telling me there was bad news and they couldn't do the work because of a slew of issue. Figuring this was BS from what I got on the phone I told him to write up an estimate and I would pick it up that evening. When I got there I was told that all four shocks were completely blown, the steering rack needed replaced as well as full tie rod assemblies and that all four tires needed to be replaced. The estimate I got was for a whooping $3302.09 NOT including tires...wow. Also was told the tire with a nail in it was unrepairable as it was too close to the sidewall.Got the car home and immediately jacked it up. There were no indications that they ever even tried to adjust or check anything. The tie rods show no play when moving the wheel laterally and the boots on them are in good shape. Full disclosure: there is a small seep of fluid on the passenger side of the steering rack, something that will need addressed in the nearer future but as it sits would not affect a mechanics ability to do a simple alignment. As a precaution I replaced the rear struts with KYB excels and go figure, the rears I removed were definitely worn but still had plenty of compression in them. These also took me all of 30 minutes to do both sides in my garage and cost me $65 and they wanted to charge me close to $400 for this. I then did the fronts and same story up there..worn but in useable condition. Far from what these expert mechanics told me.The rear tires will need replaced as the camber damage on them is bad enough that I'm not comfortable driving them into the winter but I was able to plug the tire for the meantime and it hasn't leaked air in the last month.I did find it odd that of all things they noted as damaged and needing replaced, the "tech" didn't make note of the visibly worn out sway bar links that have torn boots on both sides. They also checked the boxes that my brakes are in good shape when the fronts are down the squealers and need pads and rotors show significant wear.This why people lose trust in repair shops. Integrity and honesty go a long way in keeping customers happy.

Some of the best customer service, and fun group of people. Though my attendance is due to an issue with my car, I always enjoy walking in there, because of the environment. I'm usually walking in with stress and in a rush, but they meet my humility. The employees have been the same employees for years, which tells me they are happy, and the company itself invests in them. By being a customer, we are supporting a company that supports their people.Pricing has always been reasonable. I LOVE that they walk you through every single thing, so I don't feel blinded. They even let me hassle them as if they were cheating me, probably because they know they aren't. The first time I went in, they highlighted a sheet of all the things I need to get done, based on priority, and that alone sold me.They will always call and be extremely transparent on price before they do work so you feel prepared financially. They have financing options and a shuttle that I've been curious about but have yet to look into.I send everyone there who asks for a recommendation, so let this steer you as well.

This is a bit long but worth the read. We took our Crosstrek in for a wheel alignment and I mentioned the car had a loud humming noise. Tom, took it upon himself to diagnose the noise and found we needed new rear hub assemblies. The cost was a bit high. It was decided we could replace one of the parts and wait until we returned to Texas to replace the other. Since the noise wasn't completely gone after replacing one hub assembly he replaced both which totally eliminated the humming. The repair was done in 1 day and Tom only charged for one. What the what? Who does that? Not only did we receive a "2 for 1" price, they vacuumed and cleaned the car, and when I reviewed the receipt after arriving home they had given us a "customer satisfaction allowance" off the cost. The Google reviews are accurate this is the way businesses should operate. I've already recommended Quality Automotive to 2 friends in the Denver area. Oh, and yesterday I received a call from Tom checking to make sure the noise was still gone. This was truly one of the best auto repair experiences we've every had. Kudos to Tom for running such a great and honest business.

I called in the morning to ask if they had any availability for an oil change. Denver s Quality Automotive managed to fit me in their schedule that morning even though they usually require more advanced notice. During their routine inspection, they found that my alignment was off and my tires needed to be replaced according to state standards because of the tread. I don t know how the last garage I went to did not pick up on this. Denver s Quality Automotive gave me a quick quote, explained why their prices were very fair as compared to competitors, and had everything done (even with their already packed schedule) in less than 24 hours. They even gave me a ride home after I found out all of this would take longer than expected! Amazing experience - definitely 5/5!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

They were AMAZING!! I had a car audio system installed at a well known area audio installation company and it turns out they didn t properly install it w the appropriate power supply. Needless to say, it killed my battery over time. I frantically called around and since Quality had such great reviews, I decided to trust them w my Maserati. I had it towed and they had it fixed by the next day!!! I am appreciative and will absolutely recommend them to everyone. Trusting a repair center w a high end luxury vehicle is kind of scary, but they were AMAZING.

Only mechanic I let touch our vehicles, and I've been doing so for well over a decade. They will figure out what's wrong and fix it, explain it to you clearly, and don't just throw parts at your car it doesn't need. Honest, reliable, fair. Love them. If you're taking your cars somewhere else, you're doing it wrong.

Stop looking at reviews and call Denver Quality now! They are the BEST. Honest, capable and reasonably priced. Can t say enough good things about this place. Midas royally messed up and installed the wrong tires (meaning I paid for something I didn t get) and Denver Quality Auto helped me to make it right. And they did this in a very short timeline so that we could still make our road trip.Seriously, they are the BEST!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto windshield replacement, Auto glass replacement, Auto maintenance

I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and since moving to CO and driving on it s rough roads have been experiencing death wobbles. I had previously taken my Jeep to be serviced at Larry H. Miller Jeep dealership location on 104th and had horrible customer experience - it took 3 wks for the Jeep to be serviced and they were unable to diagnose the vibrations I felt in my suspension and steering. I left feeling like they could care less of my safety in my vehicle and also that their technicians were inexperienced/overworked. I was recommended to try Denver Quality Automotive by a co-worker who previously owned a Jeep and had excellent service and genuine recommendations by their techs. From the moment I talked to John on the phone, he assured me he knew exactly what to do and that he d get my Jeep taken care of in two days or less. He went above and beyond to explain how my Jeep suspension works and assisted me with his recommendations - his knowledge and passion for Jeeps alone made me feel instant relief. When I drove my car after repairs, it felt like a new steering and suspension set up! Thank you John and Joe for you help to properly fix my Jeep. I finally feel safe to drive on the interstate and mountains again thanks to you!
