This was our first experience with Caliber Collision and they left a very positive impression. Everyone at this location was very professional and it was easy to see that they take pride in their work. We were paired with Kevin, who had great communication and always kept us up to date on what was going on during the process and any other important information. The pick-up and drop-off with Enterprise was seamless as you don't even need to leave Caliber

Great experience. The staff member we worked with was Brodie. Our vehicle was involved in A hit and run, so having to take my Wife's vehicle here turned out to be refreshing considering the circumstances. From the Ladies in reception to working with Brodie the process was quick, thorough and welcoming. Our vehicle was actually finished two days earlier then the estimate we were given. We are very pleased and thankful with our complete experience with the staff at Caliber Collision.

I came here to have my Chevy Trailblazer fixed after a collision in December of 2022 and the entire staff was amazing. Special shout-out to Kevin. With my vehicle being a 2003, he worked hard to find a new wheel for it and was able to despite Chevrolet no longer making the item. He was great at communicating everything that was going on with the vehicle. I called in once to check if they received an email and Kevin answered recognized me immediately and told me about the email and the status of the wheel and overall progress on the car without me even needing to ask. Great work knowing the needs of your customers! I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I ll choose this location. It was recommended to me out of all other locations and I am glad that I chose it. They weren t the closest to me, about 20 mi out, other Caliber locations were closer, but the service I received was worth the distance. Caliber Collision in WheatRidge were awesome! I had a car accident and had to have my car fixed through my insurance. They were able to take my car and were upfront about timing and repairs. They updated me through the entire process. I received my car when the repairs were done by the estimated date, but I had to go back because I was hearing a rattling noise coming from my tire, the point of impact. Dan, the General Manager, called me back immediately and had me come in the next morning to check on the noise. He took my car back to check the noise and found the problem in 20 minutes. I was able to take my car home that day with no further noises or problems. I appreciate all they have done for me at Caliber Collision!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

The staff I interacted with customer service and Kevin who fixed my vehicle, were very friendly, experienced, respectful and professional. Kevin was consistent with keeping me updated with the progress. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision, you won't regret it.

Very poor communication regarding the updates and status of my vehicle. If I wanted an update I had to reach out. Was promised and given 4 different dates for return and it continued to be pushed out. 7/10, then 7/14, then 7/17, and finally ready on 7/18. Again, if I wanted to know about the status of pick up I had to reach out. My insurance agent made it known she would not be referring to this specific location.Service: Body & Trim

The team did an incredible job on a recent repair to my bumper. Not only is the work "good as new", they are very professional and timely (given the current business environment and industry challenges). They went above and beyond my expectations by securing and tidying up another damaged area on my truck free of charge and without asking (not a repair but ensuring it looks okay and won't get damaged further until I can get that part fixed). Lisa, Kevin and the rest of the team at Caliber on Independence were so incredible. From start to finish. They got me in immediately, when most shops were months out. They went out of there way to make the process as convenient and easy for me as possible and most importantly, they did a great job. I had a wonderful experience working with Dan and his crew. They got my car completely refinished after a different caliber near by did a horrible job. They had it done in no time, and the entire process was a breeze. I ll definitely be coming back to this location if I ever need body work again.

Caliber Collision repaired my Subaru's damaged fender and door and painted it to an exact match. The communications from Lisa, Anna and Brodie were extremely helpful every step of the way. They were completely understanding of every question I had and made me feel very comfortable trusting them to repair my car. I would certainly use them again if needed (although who WANTS to need bodywork? LOL)Service: Painting

It has been 7 months since caliber told me that the trim and door handle light would be in from BMW. I ve called several times following up since then, all with promises the service manager, Brody, would call me to update me. Still nothing. Terrible communication. The trim in my car is still cracked and the wind noise is terrible. My insurance has already paid for these parts and replacement of these parts- and still it has not been done. Great customer service. They did the repair quickly and it looks great. They surprised me with how quickly the work was done and were right on time with their time estimates. I would give it five stars however there is one area of thick paint, and a little ridge on the bumper edge from the molding process that wasn't there on my original bumper. Not really enough not ask them to do it again and not have my car for a week but a little frustrating with an other wise fantastic job.

They botched my car unfortunately the paint is all scratched up that they just painted. The new parts they put on aren t even flush with the body of the car. They didn t even do some of the work that was on the paperwork. I had a rental for 28 days so when I got my car back and saw my car in the finished condition and that it needed all that redone, insurance will no longer pay for a rental as my time limit is up on a rental. I had to take my finished car and be rescheduled in weeks later. Usually Caliber Collision is good but either someone new worked on my car or they are going down hill Service: Body & Trim

Amazing work from these people. Received their quote quickly, got our car in for repair and they did an amazing job fixing a large dent in the bumper - they finished our car early. When we received it, it was washed and even the inside was cleaned. Ryan was super helpful and the gal at the front desk was very friendly. We will definitely be going back to them if ever needed. They were very efficient and professional; great communication throughout and the work they did (a full replacement of one of my sideview mirrors) was dealership - quality. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process only took maybe 3-4 business days, from estimate to ordering the parts to completing the repair. Also the receptionist, Lisa, is super friendly and a great, clear communicator.

One morning, I discovered the catalytic converter was sawed off and stolen from my car. I contacted my insurance company, and they said my car would be towed to the shop of my choice for evaluation and repairs. After reading reviews of so many pleased customers, I chose Caliber Collision. And per the reviews, I was not disappointed! Charlie, Ryan and Kim were lifesavers for me. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Every communication with them was friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were truly important to them, and was treated as an individual, instead of "just another customer". Caliber also worked directly with my insurance company, which made things a lot less stressful for me. All I had to do was pay my insurance deductible, and I was on my way! I've used Caliber several times and I never have any issues with any part of the experience. The people couldn't be nicer and are on top of their duties at all times. They sent text messages all along the way regarding the process and expected completion date and my car has been ready ahead of schedule all the times I've taken it there.

The team was great from top to bottom. I worked with Kevin and he was very informative and transparent. They had a target date to be completed and actually ended up beating that day. Had my rear bumper and door scrapes fixed here and the customer service is impeccable! They worked with my insurance company directly and made the whole process seamless. The repair work is beautiful and looks like new! They even checked in with me frequently to update me on where they were in the repair process and finished faster than initially quoted. I'm super impressed and would absolutely reccomend them.

They were courteous and friendly. The check in process was very smooth, the team handled every detail. They ensured we understood the process and even finished the car early.The exterior looks like new and the interior was detailed and sanitized before it was returned to us.The tech also made sure to let us know that the battery was acting up and offered a couple of explanations.This is a top notch team and it was overall a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my Husbands truck after a car accident. The staff was always very good, friendly and informative. We got his truck the day before the due date and the truck looked very good.
