Our experience with Caliber Collision was so bad that, at one point, we started taking steps with our insurance company to change repair shops. As such, despite the seemingly positive reviews here, we would suggest finding somewhere else to take your vehicle.Overall, the repairs were significantly delayed by several issues, some of which were certainly outside of Caliber s control, while others seemed to be directly caused by Caliber. Either way, Caliber s communication throughout the entire process was unimaginably poor, leading to significant frustration and a lot of time on the phone trying to figure out what was happening with our vehicle. There are more details below, but I think the real kicker is that the Caliber staff (namely, Esteban) blamed literally everyone else for the inadequate communication.When we finally received the vehicle back nearly a full three months after we dropped the car off (for relatively minor fender and bumper repairs), we had to return it because of a new issue caused by Caliber s incomplete work. They also left a large box full of old parts inside the vehicle, and it seems that attention to detail is another issue that they struggle with.For at least the first month Caliber had the vehicle, we would only receive one update every two weeks, despite being promised updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. After the first month (the repairs were only estimated to take 2-4 weeks), and when we had to start paying out of pocket for our rental car and needed weekly updates to authorize charges for the rental car it was a struggle to get one update a week. At least three times Esteban told us that the vehicle should be ready either today or tomorrow, and then it would be complete radio silence for several days (or a week) until we called to figure out what was going on. Another time, after calling to call to get a status update because we hadn t heard anything, Esteban randomly called the following day to provide a completely different update (he had no idea he even spoke to me the prior afternoon). After escalating the communication issues, Troy was friendly and apologetic for Esteban s failed communication, but even Troy didn t always follow through. For example, Troy indicated that things were being expedited due to the number of delays and would offer to give us a call when a part arrived. But the expected arrival date for the part would pass, and I d have to call back the next week just to find out that, not only had the part arrived, but it was installed and another, different part had already been ordered.The thing that was almost more disappointing than Caliber s incomprehensibly bad communication, is that they refused to take any responsibility for the lack of updates and their inability to just give a quick call as they promised. For instance, the insurance company was blamed for a two-month delay in sending a wheel for refurbishment. Similarly, the insurance company and/or an outside vendor was apparently to blame for Caliber s inaccurate and inadequate communications throughout the repair process. What s more, the rental car company was even blamed for Caliber s poor communications. So, instead of just acknowledging the issues and finding ways to do better, shifting the blame seems to be the way Caliber does things.

Troy Duran went above and beyond what was expected, he was very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. His team also did a wonderful job on my repairs and I was very impressed. My vehicle looked as good as it did brand new. I will be a returning customer. Thank you Troy and team for taking care of me!

I want to give a huge shout out to Troy and this location. I went to a different location only for them to not complete the work. I had to argue with insurance, and they finally sent me to this location. From the moment I got on the phone with Troy he was professional Accountable and had a solution. I never felt any sort of disrespect or felt uncomfortable in anyway. They took full accountability for the other shop errors, provided a rental car at no cost and completed the work in a timely manner!!I would recommend this location and only this location to anybody that s wanting to get their car body work repaired. Thank you for turning such a bad experience into a wonderful experience!!!

Customer service was great. Eric was informative and kept me up to date about the progress of the repair with my vehicle. Once I received my truck I had questions about the use of AM parts instead of OEM parts and Troy did a great job of resolving my concerns.I would definitely recommend Calibur because Troy went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the work they performed. Great service under unfortunate circumstances- no one wants to have to use a body shop but if you have to then I recommend this one. Professional, kept in touch the whole time and delivered as promised. The team was wonderful and worked very well with my insurance company.

Great service. Excellent communication. Clear about when car would be coming out of each stage of the repair process. The car was returned to me cleaner than it's been in awhile too! If you have the misfortune of someone banging into your car while it's parked, I highly recommend Caliber bc while it's a pain to be w/o a car, these guys made it the best it could be.

Caliber Collision does excellent repair work, and keeps the vehicle owner well informed on status and progress, of the repair work on the vehicle! In my case, the repair on my vehicle was done promptly, and sooner than expected!

Awesome experience- despite needing to wait 3 months to get my car back. They kept me updated without having to reach out. Very communicative!! My car was hit badly by a hit-and-run and the guys at Caliber Collision gave me my car back better than it had ever run. Worth the wait. Felt like a brand new car. So thankful! Also, the staff that I had met are great energy.

Troy Duran and the rest of the crew at Caliber Collision did a great job repairing the front grille and camera on my F150. They are very knowledgable about all kinds of vehicles and systems and were able to diagnose the repair with great detail before starting and complete the work with very little stress. The camera system and cruise control are fairly complicated and they did their homework, investigated details of my aftermarket bumper, and scheduled an additonal appointment to fine tune the cruise control. Absolutely fantastic experience at this Caliber location. My truck got sideswiped and spent several weeks at the shop. They kept me informed and went up to bat for me when the other drivers insurance was being stingy. Thanks a lot. Abra staff were excellent! From beginning to end, everyone was professional and polite. This is the 2nd time I've used Abra, both times I have been more than happy, I got my vehicle back in better condition than expected. The girls in the office are awesome, I was updated several times throughout the process, the girls called me every day to give me updates(give them a 10% raise!), I also reviewed automatic texts updating me as well. Overall, Abra will continue to get my business.I will update with after pictures.

I had a great experience With Caliber Collision when my truck was rear ended. I spoke with both the GM and multiple employees and they were all very polite and informative. I was able to get my truck repaired back to original condition within a couple of weeks. Very happy with the end result. An initial scheduling snafu, compounded by supply-chain issues beyond Caliber's control, were well explained to me by Troy during the longer-than-expected process. Took 2+ months for the estimate and then repair process. Felt like I was not prioritized as a customer, or given adequate time for my estimate after waiting a month. Felt pressured to pick up car before it was completed and told my rental would not be paid for - it took a 2 minute phone call to extend the rental on my own. I understand that all shops are having issues with getting people in- but you can find a place that will at lease give you the time of day when you have patiently waited your turn.

I brought my car in for a body repair appointment. The guy helping me took pictures and then told me he had to send it to insurance and told me it's driveable and I should hear back from my insurance. I drove it for two additional days before the insurance company called and told me the car is totaled. According to them, Caliber said the car was undrivable. Why would you send me out into the world on an undrivable car while also telling me it's driveable? That is so unsafe. I'm unhappy that they told me I could drive the car and then told my insurance it was not driveable. Pick a lane. If it's undrivable, tell me so I don't drive it and risk other motorists.

Tom and his team are amazing ! I was super stressed about how long my car would be out, but he kept me in the loop the entire time. After more damages were found, he made sure to call to let me know he had sent in a new estimate to the insurance I was going through. He made sure to call me again with the new eta after the estimate was approved. Not only that, but I was also receiving confirmation text updates. Their open communication is exceptional. They worked with my schedule and honestly just put such an ease on getting my car fixed. You can tell they really value their customers. I absolutely love Caliber. I definitely recommend them !!

Make sure you get everything in writingEspecially if dealing with Kyle Brosnahan. Despite me mentioning it 3 times, Kyle neglected to address or fix the alignment issue I had after a collision. I was told; "I forgot about that." when I asked Kyle why the alignment wasn't addressed or fixed. I've been using caliber for years and am usually very satisfied with them. I never had issues with Brandon who used to work there. Like I said, get everything in writing and do not leave their parking lot until you, the paying customer, is 100% satisfied.I am waiting for Kyle and/or caliber to respond to my complaint and get my vehicle back in so they can fix the alignment. Usually they give 4-5 star treatment, not this time though. Get everything in writing. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.Service: Body & Trim

I had an awesome experience with Caliber and especially their manager Troy. They were professional, respectful and their level of service both on and off the car exceeded my expectations. I not only got my car done back early but it was cheaper than originally quoted. I will be going here the next time i have any auto issues.
