We stopped by to see if they could help us change the battery in my Tacoma key fob. They helped us out on the spot and didn t charge us. I will definitely come back for work on my truck in the future. Bonus points for the adorable dogs!!!

Awesome customer service! Went in for an oil change. They rotated my tires without asking. They thought that was part of my service. I asked em about it, and they took the extra charge off. I did try to pay for the service even though I didn't ask for it! I will definitely be coming back. I felt like a customer and not an inconvenience.

Adler is great! Always prompt and reliable. Chad and Kate are awesome, as are their dogs. Great family owned business that actually cares about their customers. It took a while to get an appointment that fit in my schedule but Adler Automotive was well worth the wait. I have a 2014 Lexus GS 350 F Sport that I purchased used. Chad got me in and out for an oil change and was super flexible with my schedule. He performed a full and thorough inspection and didn t find any issues with the car whatsoever so that piece of mind is priceless. Not only was Chad effective and efficient, he charged much less than what the dealership would have ripped me off for. If you have a Lexus or a Toyota, do whatever you can to make sure you get it to Adler Automotive and don t settle for the service that the dealership provides!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Great shop! Took my 17 Tacoma in for the 120K service, less expensive than the dealership plus personal service that make you feel good about having them do the needed work. I occasionally have a hard time trusting what dealership mechanics tell me because you never actually get the information from the source - because you actually talk to the owner and mechanic (Chad) there s a sense of comfort that the work will be done right and as promised. I ll defiantly keep bringing my Toyota here for service, wish I could take them all my cars .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I've been going to these guys for a couple of years for my 20 year old toyota truck and my Lexus daily. They do quality work at reasonable prices and always use genuine toyota parts to keep your vehicle running longer. I bounced between 4 different mechanics in the area before I found Adler, I'm super happy I found someone who specializes in Toyotas and uses genuine parts at a lower cost than the dealerships.

Highly recommend Adler automotive to other Toyota owners. Chad & Kate gave us a quote on service that beat all other shops, communicated timely and professionally at all parts of the process, and had our work done in record time. This is a small business so you will need to book several days or weeks ahead of when you need work completed, but it was well worth the wait! Great family-run business!Service: Engine repair

Absolutely recommend Adler's to anyone with a Lexus like myself. They are always honest, upfront, and realistic about your car needs. I went in earlier this Summer for an oil change/tire rotation, and they informed me there were a few other things that my car needed done. They got me in as soon as they could since I have Summers off, and their prices are unbeatable. Truly wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else, such a trustworthy couple that I am so glad is in my part of town!

Kate and Chad are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to answer all your questions. I had the timing belt replaced on my 03 Tacoma. Service was quick and impeccable. Will definitely continue to bring both my Tacoma and 4runner in for service here.

Chad and Kate are absolutely wonderful people. They are always a pleasure to deal with. Chad has an extensive knowledge of everything Toyota and has great mechanical skills. He is always very fast and efficient and their pricing reflects this. They never charge you for things you don t need and they are always upfront and honest with you when it comes to your vehicle. Chad and Kate did a great job with my car that was having engine trouble. Their pricing is great and they use Toyota parts. They are both great communicators and very responsive. Would not take our cars anywhere else, been taking our Highlander and RX400h to Adler for a few years now. We have done oil changes to general maintenance and repairs. I have been coming here for a few years with my 2000 4Runner and will not go anywhere else. Kate and Chad are honest and fair and always do the job right. Chad always uses OEM parts and gets the work done fast. They are both extremely knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what needs to be done. They are also great about giving me an estimate before hand so I can plan ahead when they are finished. I love this place and recommend them to everyone! It s also great to support a small business and I think it is wonderful that Kate brings her two dogs to work with her!

Recently had an alternator go out on our 4Runner and Adler Automotive was super quick and responsive in getting our car in and fixed. We started using Adler over the last couple years for normal service and knew without question I would take it there for any repair. Thank you for the extremely quick turnaround and the great communication.

Spent a hundred to save thousands. Literal mom and pop outfit. Upon entering I was greeted by Kate and two friendly dogs. Couldn't get there as soon as I wanted because the dealership doesn't open until 9 and I was aiming for as much before that as I could. Thought Id be there for HOURS...like after 3 when I got there just a bit after 9. Thankfully they were able to get me in really quick. Chatted with the Kate about Toyota's and the coolest things we have seen come through either of our places of employment. Not long after Chad started working on the inspection he calls me over to take a look and well it was bad. Lots of leaks, more rust than a peak laying on the ground could reveal, and a cracked muffler plus a couple of other things. Hard pass he told me. Good people with great advice. 5/5 for service, 6/5 because of the doggos.

Fantastic work done at a reasonable price. I came in not knowing the issues with my Tundra. They fixed all my cooling issues and got an old truck running like new. I appreciate the fact that they called me to show me the damage on the vehicle and discussed options to change certain parts or save money. In the end, I took their advise and changed everything and the truck is better then ever.

Chad and Katie are incredibly talented with Toyotas. Their service is clear and communicative, and I feel relieved that my car was looked over by Adler Auto. My 4Runner needed a myriad of repairs, and I am very grateful at how Chad explained each repair's priority and broke down their costs for me.While turn-around is quick (got my car back within the week), I suggest you book your appointment a couple weeks in advance as they are a popular mechanic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time going here, because I'm trying to avoid the dealership. Very trustworthy and only tells you what needs to be done. The prices even beat another shop I almost went to before them. It's a 30 min drive for me, but very worth the drive. This will be my new mechanic shop. You guys rock!

After feeling like I didn t want to take a chance with the Toyota dealership service departments, due to their low reviews, I found this place which was highly rated. I was not disappointed and will come again! They were very friendly and upfront about costs, which made me feel very comfortable. The waiting area was also very bright and clean, which made it easier to bring my 2 year old with me. Kate took out some crayons and paper for her to draw, and they even had a keurig coffee station. I didn t have any coffee, but it was definitely not like the burned coffee sitting for who knows how long like other places. I will be bringing my car there for my next oil change and for my brakes to get changed.

Really happy I brought my 4runner here. In a pinch I needed to get my car worked on and had it towed to their shop so I could get it back on the road. Chad and Kate are great to work with, they're very knowledgeable, provide fair pricing, and they had a super quick turn around.
