I hit something and knew I had a flat tire and looked for the closest place I could get my vehicle into and I was right by Wal-mart and decided to see if they would be available. They were able to get me in right away and let me know all of my options. First, they tried to patch the tire, but that wasn't possible, so they worked with me on an affordable option to replace the tire. I was also able to get my windshield wipers replaced, all for a little over $100. The employees there were so nice and very understanding to my situation as I was trying to make it into work that morning. I felt like I was taken care of and will definitely go back there to get tires and other automotive maintenance in the future.

I took my 2019 Mazda 3 for an oil change I was told it would take 2 hours. That s fine. But then they called me saying they don t have the proper tools to get my oil change done? That doesn t even make sense. I wouldn t come back here again.

Althought it wasnt the best, i would come here all the time for tire related issues because it was affordable. However, after my last expereince, never again! My tire was flat, but i had just got new tires and had the warrentee. So i went in to have it replaced. Waited 2.5 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong woth it. Not sure how that was possible as the tire was completely flat. So they pumped it up with air and had me drive home. Sure enough by the time i got home im driving on my rim. So i bring it back in, they check it again, and say its so bad i need a whole new tire... how the heck was that missed. I dont think they even evaluated it in the first place. And when i had questions throughout the whole process, nobody knew anything, no knowledge of ANYTHING. Never again.

Jeffrey helped me get a warranty replacement fast and easy. He said they require appointments for tire and oil changes, but they still helped me get my tire replaced quickly. Well worth the drive.

I understand they had someone call off and they were very nice. But I had a appointment for 11 and didn't get out of there until 2:40 it was just a little much for me

Jeffrey was on it. Fast, simple, and a great price.Didn't expect Walmart's Auto Center to work so fast, but slather me in butter, spank me, and call me a roast chicken - they exceeded expectations.We were fortunate that an appointment had cancelled so we got in within 30 minutes and 4 tire replacements took maybe 45 minutes.For a last minute need to get new tires, this was very smooth and really did exceed my expectations.Amen.

One for one for my oil change got in line they said it'd be roughly 2 hours it took one hour great job went back for my oil change again a half hours time quick

They have a knowledgeable manager, but are severely understaffed for the workload. Had an appointment for 9am for 4 tires mount and balance. The process took 3 hours. The inconvenience is balanced by the cost savings to a degree.

Jeffery was very knowledgeable and kind. I called them around 12:30pm asking if I needed to make an appointment for new tires. Jeffery helped me understand what kind I needed. he got me in same day and at 230pm I had 4 new tires for under 500 dollars. Would use them again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Got my oil changed by them recently and by some mistake they forgot to screw on the oil cap. When I found this out a couple days later due to the smell of burning oil I called them and they were immediately ready to remedy the situation. The crew cleaned up the oil that had gotten all over the engine and battery and replaced the lost oil. The team was very professional about the situation from the initial phone call up through to giving me back my keys. I can't fault someone for an error they recognize and fix with zero complaints about the situation.I know it's weird to write a five star review about a mistake they made, but the way they handled themselves in fixing that mistake spoke volumes for the quality of workers there. I showed up at 5:24 PM and proceeded to waste 20 minutes to find out that they close early sometimes whenever they feel like it. Says online that they are open until 7 PM and outside of their shop. Very unprofessional I would go somewhere else to get work done.

I went there for oil change and battery replacement and they got it done really quick in 10 mins. I'm very pleased . I will come back in the future. Entire operation was very organized, courteous, and all staff were really helpful. Technicians really knew their stuff. Assistant manager Jeffrey was great. Had an oil change done, and it was completed very quickly! Awesome prices. (Perfect time to go is right before they go to lunch).

Great price and common services offered but that whole auto care / sporting good section is waay under staffed for folks coming in. Last 3 visits to this sections have cost me at least 15 each before anyone could talk to me and the one person seemed to be pulled in a few direction. Felt bad for them. Also got phone number wrong so never knew when my auto stuff was complete for days later.

John was excellent. He got me the upgraded filter (mobil1) and also gave me the Mobil1 Synthetic that I wanted for my car. He also finish the car in less than the 30 minutes he said it will take. Thank you! Sometimes I forget that Walmart offers these services and then some and also has the best prices around. So for most of us is a good thing!Service: Oil change

I have been going to this Walmart for years. Some shopping but most of for the oil changes. The service Manger in automotive is not very nice at all. I understand being under staffed. But that does not explain the way he talks to customers. Because of him I will not be going back there.

The rules established by corporate have ruined this service center. Auto technicians are unable to stay past 8 pm which causes them to stop taking new orders at 6 pm. This is ridiculous. If a restaurant did something like this the guests would be in an uproar. The employees are nice, but they are inaccurate when it comes to quoting the amount of time something will take. I went in last night at 7 pm because I had a leaking tire and needed it patched. I was told they were unable to help me due to the time even though it was an hour before they closed. So I returned this morning. I arrived at 7:30 am and was originally told it would take an hour. Five minutes later when the employee returned with the paperwork she said it would take an hour and 15 minutes. Flash forward to 9:00 I go to check in and they said it would take another 30 minutes. I finally got my car back at 9:40 am. 2 hrs and 10 min after I dropped it off. The employees were nice but that does not help with the sub par service.

Please take any of your tire care, battery care, or oil change needs to this Walmart Auto Center. The team that works at this location is absolutely amazing. They are experts at what they do, while offering the best customer service I've had with auto services. I never wait too long and they always go above and beyond to make sure my car is tuned up. The warranties off the purchases have come in handy. Any issues I've ever had were always taken care of with no stress. Javier, Jayse, and Chris(CJ) are a few of the guys that helped me out here and they are just awesome! I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I ordered my tires online. Was able to buy 4 all seasons for under $270.00. It took about 5 days to receive them at my nearest Wal-Mart. The charge for putting new tires was $40.00. The wait was about 4 hrs. So I left them with my car, and went to dinner. They text me when they were done. Finished in about 3 hrs. The tires are great! Will do the same thing with my next vehicle. The clerk was so great. She also rang me up. This was a great automotive store. No problems. A+++

Came in to get a tire replaced. After I left I was told it would take 1 hour to get my car back. I never received a call. Came in right before closing because what the heck? They said oh! sorry! When i wake up the next morning, the tire I went in to be replaced was FLAT!!! THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE!!! and it has been nearly impossible to get into contact with them. Low prices don t matter if you don t do the damn job.

Says open to 8pm. I called ahead at 630pm and got a very rude worker. He said bring it in but we might not do anything. Then fought with them for 25 minutes to warranty a tire out. I purchase them there but wasn't in their computer. Brought out my paperwork and finally got the tire done. Very little care or compassion for the customer. Will not return there again ever.

Lorine was SUPER helpful getting my winter tires installed despite my high maintenance requests of keeping my tire bags in the hatch, and placing the least worn of the winter tires on the front of my vehicle. Pricing was a tad high @ 10/tire plus $12/tire to balance for total of $22/tire. Overall very pleased with the service I received.

I was told one hour fifteen minutes to one hour thirty minutes for an oil change. Two hours and thirty minutes later they finally tell me it's done. They left my car fob in the car unlocked. I look at the receipt and my car was done an hour after they took it. So i was sitting there for an hour and a half for no reason! I've never had such poor service in the past at this location. I asked at around one hour forty minutes and was told my car had not been worked on yet it was finished.

Had a flat in November after I bought tires from here in May. Figured since I had been there before and got the lifetime balance etc I would go back and replace it. When I went after my flat they said they had to order me a tire and it would be in the store in 4 days. They said they had all my information of what tire to order and didn't need anything else from me. Called 5 days later and was told there was no tire on order, so I went in and they said they never got my information. Okay, I'll have then order another one. I personally had to stand behind the counter and help them figure out what tire to order. Was told it could be up to two weeks until the tire was in, was given a confirmation order number and went home. Two weeks goes by and was told that that order actually got cancelled or was never placed or whatever. Ordered it again and then had to call 5 days later and was told that my tire was finally ready. Go in there within the hour of being told tire was ready and once again only one person working the counter and was told it would be almost a 3 hour wait even though it's been a month now and I have been driving on a spare tire. Customer service is almost non existent.

I could have read War and Peace While waiting for my oil change and there was only one car ahead of me. The counter to pay is in a confusing place by sporting goods and it was ran by a grumpy old man named Ron. I liked Ron though and because the oil change was 22 bucks and not 50 like grease monkey, I will gladly go back.

I got my tires on line through Walmart.com. I couldn't set an appointment, so I just did a walk in. I expected a wait. But you could tell the tech got paid by the hour. I got there at 10, by 11 my truck was in the bay, by 2:30 my tires were changed. 4 tires in almost an hour per tire on an old range rover is bit ridiculous. It's not that he was working on other vehicles either, he was just working at the pace of a child cleaning his room.

I went just before 6:30 pm, they close at 8pm. I wanted 2 tires installed. They said it was too late i would need to come back in the morning. I asked to get a flat repair then, i had a small nail in center of tire tread, they said they didn't have time to do that either. I looked in back, 1 car in the 4 bays. I guess they kick off early.
