I'll give you 3 only because you got the oil change actually finished, however, I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm and when I showed up they put 2 people in front of me for tires and then tell me I'll have to wait about an hour and 15 minutes. That wasn't right. I scheduled sonI don't have to wait like that and you screw me over and put 2 people in front of me. Not cool.

I went there to get an oil change it was a Thursday around 1030 and I was the only car there at the moment. I gave him my number cause they supposed to text you when they done. So my son and I went shopping while we waited 1 hour later I went back to see if I was done and he said they will text when it's done. So another hour went buy no text. I sat back there cause the man was so busy walking back in forth outside and in I figured he would see me and let me know. Another hour went buy without a text and he finally said what car is yours I told him and he said oh its been done for a few hours. I Never Got The Text and he kept telling me to wait for the text. I waited 3 hours but it's all good my car is much happier now and my son got to play around walmart all day!

The service is terrible. I tried to write a review but it keeps cancelling it. I arrived at the center behind. There was woman and man smoking. The women aggressively approach me, asking what I was doing there. She literally attached me because I was in the garage (which was empty) she stated that I shouldn't be there!!! While smoking and visibly disturbed by my presence. Her and the man continue talking. Then she asked about my name like a police man questioning a criminal, request me to repeat several times. I state that I am picking up tires. I waited until those two finish smoking. Then they said to follow them. They look me in the corridor between the service garage and their reception. The man and woman keep talking passionately to each other, ignoring me. Then a woman arrive inside of the store and they started talking to her. The older women was talking while the man was nodding his head. Doing nothing. I was there already 15 min picking up curbside order- which nobody wants to give me. Finally they let me in. Give me the tires and I had to carry them myself alone. I wanted a receipt which wasn't provided to me. Very nasty people there. Terrible not friendly, aggressive and I would say I feel not safe and uneasy. Just owful. Do not go there alone! Odd and scary.

Went for an oil change, they had just opened, 1 guy ahead of me , they told me it was a 4-5 hour wait. Really? You just opened. He said they were short handed. Really but 5 hours?? No thank you.Thank you Jiffy lube for taking care of your customers.

I took my car in for an oil change. When I picked up the car, the technician commented that there was a spark and a loose wire underneath the car. I took my car home to then call different auto shops. I went to the auto shop and the employee there informed me that the cap to the oil filter was never put back on. Oil spilled everywhere and they informed me that there is NOT a loose wire. I drove home and drove to the auto center with oil spilling everywhere. This could have damaged my vehicle. This was dangerous. I will never bring my car to this auto center.Service: Oil change

This place is pathetic had a tire appointment at 8 all the doors where locked had to walk around waited 30 min for a manager to show up to tell me that everyone called in. Store manager Dennis showed up no apology no nothing just excuses on why I could not get tires put on. Will never purchase tires for this dump again. Looks like everyone who goes here has the same issue. Took my ties elsewhere to be put on. Wouldn t trust them at this point.

Thank you for getting my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. I appreciate that they (can t remember her name) answered the phone, checked the schedule and said if I got there in 15 minutes my wait wouldn t be long. They weren t lying. I received a text notifying me when they started my car and when they finished and it was under an hour. The entire team in the automotive center was great. I appreciate how prompt they were and how friendly they were and just need to say thank you so much!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I arrived without an appointment, and was able to get in and out in no time. Gina at the counter was so sweet, tracking down inventory and making sure I had what I needed. A in the back was an absolute sweetheart as well, finding a leak in one of my tires I wasn t planning on replacing and letting me know I could get it patched. These two made the experience absolutely wonderful, with incredible, over the top customer service, and great attitudes only two days before Christmas. I would literally take my business to any where they are. I m so thankful for them, they made the daunting task of taking my van in the shop absolutely wonderful.

They have a laborer there who is an older controlling witchy Woman. She even controls her boss the manager. They couldn't rotate my tires even though I have a lifetime rotation agreement with them. The tail is wagging the dog, stay away! She is now the manager(2023) and the shop is no longer busy.....witchy woman!

The manager is always nice and helpful. Most recently she helped me locate the proper battery for me when I was having a lot of trouble with the pick up side of the store. She also brought out a rubber mallet to use on my terminal that was stuck, since my car was dead and I had limited tools that I brought with me.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The skinny lady with glasses was very rude and unprofessional almost witch like. Wouldn t recommend this place at all. It took 3 hours for my oil change because two workers one male with long hair and the women with glasses value smoking over business. They were out front smoking their cigarette. I kindly asked how long before they can help me before the lady started barking at me when im done im done before I can even get help. This place is definitely in need of new management if she is truly the manager like she said she is.

Purchased Battery (in stock) that was quickly installed, and received a discount. I was a walk in on a snowy day when the mechanics only had to finish 1 car before it was my turn. The quick turnaround was kind of a fluke, but saved time none the less. Customer service was great. The woman running the show deserves a big raise. She was multitasking and doing the jobs of 3 people!

What happened guys? I've been going to this location for tires and oil change, and I never had a problem with them until today.I was in for three things. Oil change, a new headlight, and a repair for my tire.They said it would take like two hour wait due to other cars being in front of me, which is fine. Got around 10:30, and just walked around the area while waiting for my car to get fix up. When they called me they said they couldn't do an oil change because the dipstick is broken. Personally, I didn't think a broken dipstick was an excuse since it only checks the oil level. They could of just empty it and calculate how much they can put in, but no big deal.One of my tires got a flat by a big metal piece last Tuesday, and I need to get a repair. They said they'll do a road hazard repair while I'm waiting. When I got another call from the auto center, they said the tire wasn't fixable and I need to buy a new tire. It's fine, I was expecting the worst anyway, but I wished they would at least checked twice on the tire before misleading me.I'm not sure what happened while i was setting up the tire payment, but I wouldn't be surprised that the employee that was working in the shop had skipped me to work on another car. Which I had to wait another hour to get a new tire.So they installed a new headlight for my car, gave an excuse for not doing an oil change and put my car to the side and forced me to wait another hour to get new tire? What? The employee who installed the new tire didn't look like she didn't care. After she was finished, she had the audacity to put my new tire on the side of the entry way and not installing on my car. Not even mounting it on my car? How lazy are we going to be? Anyone could have stolen the tire and probably sell it to someone else.I have to say that this was a disappointing visit and I'm not coming back. You blew it!

I pulled in to the lube bay to get my car in for an oil change, watched an employee stand there on her phone and no one came to ask me if I needed help. Parked and went inside to get help and they told me it d be a 3.5 hour wait yet there were no cars being serviced in the lube bay. I won t return.

Recently changed my both rear tires. Fast and affordable price. But they forget to put TPMS sensor in my one tire. And they still charge money for 2 TPMS.

Great cheap place for synthetic oil change. They don t try to over sell you, staff is friendly and coffee machine while you wait. They are usually pretty quick too!

I bought tires here and there is a rude lady at the service e desk I heard her being rude to the customer in front of me and she asked what I was doing there I said I'm here for my appointment to get my tires on she immediately said you don't have an appointment and I did this is the second time I went out of my way to go to there business.and got rejected. The lady working and her manurism is so rude to people I told them to keep the tires ill go somewhere else.Services: Tires, Vehicle safety inspection

Really kind, compassionate and attentive people. Tim and Kathleen took wonderful care of me. They bent over backwards to make sure that everything was taken care of properly. Great if your buying new tires which I did from them with road hazard few months ago. I tried to get rotation and flat fixed said I had to make an appointment and next opening was a week out. 4 of them standing in garage no cars in sight.

Had a screw in my tire and little tread, they got me in quickly as there was a appointment cancellation. They got me out even quicker. The young man and manager were so easy going thank you. I was in and out w/1 set of tires with in an hour. GREAT JOB good team

Poor customer service!! I waited 3 hours to have my tire patched from a nail and an oil change. Everything seemed fine until I got in my car the next day only to see that my tire pressure light was on and the same tire was low again. They DID NOT remove the nail and when I called the store the girl on the phone told me my tech didn t see anything wrong with it . This place is extremely unorganized and the people working the desk are the furthest thing from helpful. I will not be back!

The Automotive Motive manager and one tech named Damion were the only Employees who showed up!!! The were Excellent!!! Short staffed, Kind,Considerate and SHORT STAFFED. Everyone needs to take this into consideration when coming to ANY business from now on!! THINK, remember your church upbringing in times like these and USE what you have learned NOW!! While I was here I Heard a lady come in with a negative attitude wanting the only 2 employees to stop everything including my tire rotation and go check her battery, SERIOUSLY!! THEN I was paying and the rudeness of people on the phone was UN-American!! YES UN-American!!! Stop it people. We all are going through tough times and kindness and explaining when you hear a little shortness, or feel like you are being rushed, THINK HEY MAYBE THERE SHORT HANDED. If we all start living what our churches are trying to teach us we ALL WILL BE HAPPIER PEOPLE, kinder and good role models. GOD BLESS YOU ALL at Walmart. we got serviced really quickly but they told us that it would take 2 hours and it took about 2 hours and 30 minutes we watch the young lady work on the car through the window it seemed as if she was into sure about what she was doing so we questioned her the whole entire time she was at the car. my right rear tire which I wasn't replacing it has a leak and I thought maybe she would check all the tires and make a question in regards to it and maybe say hey you got a back tire leaking I looked it over and filled it up you might want to think about replacing that tire or tell me anything other about the tire hey it's got a seal leak it's got a nail in it anything but nothing... So I was a little disappointed in their customer service skills and their timing skills

I needed an oil change so i went on Tuesday 8/25 and the auto care was closed but the web didn't state that. I went on wednesday 8/26 and it was so crowded. I finally went back on Friday 8/28 arrived at 10:30am got checked in at 10:37am and told wait time 1hr. 15 minutes . there was 2 cars ahead of me.and they would call me.At 12:20pm i went to go get my vehicle and it hasn't even been started was given excuse after excuse.Still had to wait finally got my vehicle at 110pm.
