I turned to sharply to avoid another vehicle coming through a gate, and hit a gate box. It tore up the side of my SUV pretty badly, which was embarrassing; it was my first accident in 20+ years. I wasn't sure where to take my car for repairs but I knew I wanted it done right and pretty quickly. I started searching for auto body shops with good reviews in Arvada and found Lowell Auto Body. The reviews were great, so I gave them a try and they did not disappoint! Terry was friendly, fair, and professional. They did great work on my Subaru Forester and got me back on the road in a week. They replaced two doors and repainted the side of the car beautifully. No one would ever know my car had been damaged. I highly recommend this body shop, so in turn, I wanted to do my own great review of this terrific "hometown" body shop!Service: Painting

Had 2 different pieces of body work done on my 2017 Subaru - Terry was very pleasant to work with and remained transparent about the work and pricing throughout the process. I was charged EXACTLY what I was quoted and ended up getting my car back a day earlier than expected. They did such a good job, you can't even tell there was ever damage or that any parts were replaced.

Amazing! I just moved to the area and was nervous to find a shop I could trust - I was very lucky to find Terry and Lowell Auto Body. My vehicle was in a collision and needed repairs asap. No other shops in Denver would even make the room on their lots to take my car except for Terry. Getting in an accident is a stressful process and I'm so grateful that Lowell Auto Body was good to me. Thank you!

This was an amazing auto body shop. They were quick to get my car in for a quote, quoted it very reasonable, and then did the work in a very reasonable time. Took my car in and 2 days later it was done. With fantastic work. The paint match was spot on and the new work looks beautiful.

Great service and awesome work! If you need auto body work. Just be nice to this guy and I'm sure he'll take good care of you. If I had to guess, he really loves his job.

Brought my car here to have some body work done recently. The driver side door needed to be replaced and it took them 2 months. I know gm was on strike and they had to wait for parts, but the body work was done on my car for 2 weeks before I got it back. In those 2 weeks, they were waiting for more parts, but in that time they could have easily brought it to a dealership and gotten the recalibration done because Lowell auto body doesn t have the technology to do that . When I got my car back I could see bumps (4) in the paint on the driver and rear driver side door, which is unacceptable considering the length of time they had my car. Terry told me casually oh it must just be dirt and fixed the paint, but then I realized that the new mirror hadn t been calibrated so my blind spot monitor wasn't functioning and and directional display (N,S,E,W) wasn t working either. I had to take my car to a dealership to have them fix that, where they also told me that there is an open circuit that either wasn t repaired at the body shop, or a wire was cut and never fixed. Terry claimed I could just give the dealership my insurance information and they could bill insurance for the cost of the additional repairs, but that isn t true. I m now stuck with an another day without my car, and paying for the additional repairs myself and am waiting for reimbursement because Lowell auto body failed to have it done and bill the insurance. Overall, I paid for a rental car the whole time my car was being fixed and even when I got my car back, the job wasnt complete, leaving me to deal with it myself. This repair cost about 10k.

This is a wonderful business. Terry is very honest and a great communicator. My car looked great. I especially loved the detail work that was done to the whole car. It never looked so clean. Thanks.

Terry, the owner, is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. His prices are very reasonable. But the most important thing is he is honest. That is something rare in any kind of auto repair.

Great place. Had some body work done through insurance, quoted 9 days car was done in 4. No problems, good paint and color match.

Got an estimate from them even when they knew they wouldn't be doing the work. Had a great experience even though I wasn't in the best of moods after having my car hit.
