The shop that used to service my vehicle no longer works on cars over 20 years old - never heard of that before. Lake Arbor A&T had very good reviews so I took a chance on having them do a brake job and oil change. They couldn't have been more accommodating in not only servicing my older vehicle, but were able to fit me in within a day! Top notch results. Lake Arbor is now my go-to for servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop for great service, great people to work with.

I went for a diesel emissions test. They do walk in service for this. I had good luck as there was no one else in for this series at the time. They checked me in quickly, they have a nice quiet waiting room. After no time at all They had my vehicle done. Price was 70$ which is exactly on par for this service.Really great visit.

Lake Arbor Automotive stood out as it is highly rated across various other sites. I was not disappointed from my initial call to setup service on my 2018 Ford Flex with a lift gate issue. Patrick, my service advisor, was very helpful and in constant communication on the issue. The time and energy that went into a solution and communication on the status was top notch.

Patrick and his team worked hard to figure out the problem with my 2002 Lincoln LS. In doing so came across a safety issue that needed to be addressed. Now to their due diligence my vehicle is SAFE to drive and running strong!! Thanks Lake Arbor Automotive & Truck for having a great and knowledgeable staff!!Phil

I'm so grateful I found this place! After having a horrible experience with a previous mechanic I thought I could trust, Lake Arbor Auto proved there is still honest and knowledgeable mechanics. So friendly as well, they looked over my car and checked to see if certain issues were going on that the previous place tried to charge over 2k for. LAA gave me a honest answer, which proved the previous place was not correct in diagnosis . This was a huge relief and gave me peace of mind. Unfortunately they couldn't help me with my transmission issue, but referred me to what looks like another great place to diagnose that issue further. Charged a very reasonable price for a diagnosis, they have a returning customer for sure!!

Lake Arbor has done our annual diesel emissions test for over a dozen years. Always easy to deal with and nice waiting area. No appointment necessary and really fast service. The best place for your diesel car.

I needed a Diesel emission and was in and out in less than half an hour with no appointment. Over 30 years in service and I'm glad we finally found a awesome place that gives back to the community. Great customer service and welcoming atmosphere we will be returning soon.

If you want a top notch auto repair shop this is the place! Dana is a man of integrity who does quality work with employees that have been there as long as I have been going there (over 16 years). They are honest, stand behind their work, all at a fair price.

Barely made it to Lake Arbor with a mechanical breakdown. Talked to Gary who was very upfront about timing of when they could look at my vehicle. Heard back from Gary exactly when he said he would. And no one likes to give bad news, but he told me my transmission went out. He went above and beyond, calling around to get quotes from places they recommend since they don't do transmissions. Very helpful when I needed to get it towed to a different place. Emma was always pleasant to talk to on the phone. Great group of people over at Lake Arbor. Highly recommend.

The work that was done was done well, but the communication was poor. I took my truck in for an unknown vibration and an engine oil leak. Long story short, when it was returned to me (3 1/2 weeks later) it had gained another issue which I presume was caused by them because I didn t have that issue when I brought it in. On top of that BOTH of the original issues were still occurring and I was $4400 deep in repairs. I don t deny that the work they did needed to be done, but that s not the reason I brought it in in the first place. It was a frustrating and an expensive experience to say the least. My wallet will not handle another visit to this shop.Service: Transmission

So I was looking for a place to bring my truck for emissions. Called a bunch of shops and they all said we are booked up for at least a week. Called this place and they said just bring it in whenever! Also they were less expensive then some of the other places I called. The best part is they have the best waiting area of any dealer ship or repair shop I have been too! Very big comfy chairs to sit in!!!!!

They did great work on my Honda Odyssey, replacing the timing belt and front axle for several hundred dollars less than what other places were quoting me. They got me in pretty quickly, and they finished when they said they would. Friendly and helpful staff, too!

I have just used this place for an oil change but was very pleased with my service. Everyone was friendly. The gentleman who I spoke with did not try to sell me unneeded services or lie about the condition of anything to get extra work done. I appreciate the honesty and the work they did. I will be back for future maintenance.

Took car in because the "check engine" light came on. I had to wait a couple of days for the appointment but was very satisfied with the work done.
