Quality service and quality people! I am new to the area and when my car s alternator began having issues, I was completely unsure of where to go. After reading their many positive reviews, I decided to bring my car here, hoping they would provide honest pricing and good service. That they did! We encountered some issues along the way, but all in all, I am happy with their service and would bring my car back again. Thank you Tim and everyone who helped me at InTechgrity!

I ve been coming here ever since I moved to Colorado and wouldn t go anywhere else. It s hard for me to find a place that does great work and is trust worthy, this place is it. Brandtley has been very helpful every time during my visits and breaks down any issues my car is having in a way where I can understand. He is knowledgeable and always provides the best customer service any time I come here. Also after all these years they are the only place I found that s a little more budget friendly compared to other places who have quoted me more. 10/10 would recommend anyone to this location!

Went in for an Oil Change and impressed with Bill and his team. Changed oil, and rotated tires, providing a list of potential issues. Nothing new about that, but what I appreciated and valued was their honesty - no upselling; no "you need to change this part immediately or your car will fall apart!" - very refreshing. Thank you, Bill and crew. Really thorough.

We met the Intechgrity guys are the ProGreen expo in February and have since used them for four involved repairs for our fleet. I can't say enough about how valuable Brandon has been for us. He's responsive, great with his communication and most importantly a bona fide expert. In addition to the work he does on-site he has also been able to repair discontinued parts, source custom machining services and is always quick to get us on the schedule. These guys are running a great business.

I have been using Intechgirty a little over two years for my fleet of 65 vehicles. I have never once had a problem with them, and Brantly is very helpful, knowledgeable and quick when it comes to getting repairs done as well as getting fleet vehicles in right when I need them. I will definitely be using them in the future

Service here is amazing!!! Everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. My car completely crapped out on me and wouldn t even start. These guys are fantastic! They've helped us out with 3 of our vehicles over the last 4 years. Recently they worked on my husband car. They got his car in and fixed quickly. Today I take my child to school & end up puncturing the tire causing it to go flat in a matter of minutes. They helped me out and after explaining to me how it has become unsafe to even consider a repair they very kindly got me and my toddler on our way after putting the spare on. We will be repeat customers. They are professional, courteous and fast. Thank you to everyone there for the great experience everytime.

These are without a doubt the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. They take care of our whole fleet of work trucks. They are very fast and do great work very competitively priced. I cannot say how pleased my whole company is with the service provided!!

I received a Groupon for an oil change service for Christmas for IntTechgrity Automotive Excellence. The appointment process was online and was very easy to set an appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions as a first time customer.They did a great job! My car was clean with no grease or oil on my steering wheel after the job was complete. They did not charge me for topping off my coolant or for the extra quart of oil and special oil filter my VW GLI required. Their facility was clean and professional in appearance.I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.Service: Oil change

One week after an oil change here, the plate under the car fell off while my wife was driving. Had to get it bent back into shape and reattached by a tire shop that was luckily nearby. They clearly didn't replace the plate properly. Seems like a pretty major oversight that I had to pay for...Edited to add: to their credit, the manager called very quickly after this review posted to resolve the issue. Refunded the cost of the repair and offered a free future service. At least the customer service is top notch!

Have taken my car here for a couple years - these folks are THE best! Professional, pleasant, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and very affordable. I highly recommend them if you're looking for mechanics that won't rip you off.

Have been using them for a couple years. Had 3 vehicles serviced yesterday all done expeditiously. Allowed me to just come switch out cars as 1 finished. Always great attitudes, give repair options don't upsell. They offer plenty of help, advice and laugh at my stupid jokes . These guys were all so nice. They explained everything super simply without ridicule, did not try to over charge me, and the guy actually covered the $0.76 that I owed for me since I didn t have any cash/instead of running my card for so little. SO nice, this will be my go to shop moving forward. Thank you guys!

I went in for an oil change and got amazing service! They filled my tires with air since my tire pressure light on my dashboard was on AND they were done in a timely manner! The customer service was amazing and they answered any questions I had. It was very easy to set up an appointment and I will 100% be going back! Easily the best automotive shop I've been to thus far.Service: Oil change

Customer service, quality and short service time were all excellent! Mitch went above and beyond making sure I could get my vehicle serviced (oil change, tire rotation and video inspection) and was very understanding when I made a scheduling snafu. Definitely do make an appointment in advance!

I had a coolant leak on my 2015 Ford Escape. Took it in and it was fixed very quickly and pretty cheap. I think James was the tech who helped me, he was very professional and helpful. I can't express how much I love this place! Last year I brought my car in for an oil change. I only asked for the oil change and didn't mention my noisy exhaust pan, or whatever it's called, because the last shop I was at told me it would be over $300 to fix it and get rid of the rattling noise. My oil change was done quickly and everything was great. I get to driving and realize I'm missing a rattling noise...they fixed it and didn't even mention it or charge!! Super impressed with their service and how professional and kind the guys are that work there. I have a new car now and took it in for the oil change. I knew I need new tires but wanted to make sure I was safe to travel up to Minnesota otherwise. I didn't mention anything about the tires, I wanted to see what they came back with. Turns out...all I need is tires. They are so straight forward and honest and that is very important especially for a woman. A lot of other places try to take advantage of people, especially women but not this place!! They even take videos so you can see underneath and email them to you for your records. Keep up the great service guys! This is officially my place for vehicle maintenance and repairs!

So, you can go anywhere to get your oil changed and tires rotated, but why would you when you can go here and have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET.Every single member of this shop is fantastic. Tim listened to everything I said about having a lighting issue with my rear view mirror to only figure out that I was talking about my vanity mirror the whole time. If he didn't truly listen, he wouldn't have known I was calling it the wrong thing.They researched everything to see if they could rectify the problem. My dealer where I brought the car from didn't listen and just dismissed it. They are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love those guys!

5 stars! 10 out of 10!Tim was able to save me $700 my first visit, professional and done job in timely manner. Excellent customer service and upheld their warranty the second visit. I will take my car there for anything I need next!

Got a Groupon for this place when I walked in for my appt, I told him I had a Groupon for an oil chaned. the guy at the front desk was only going to do conventional oil when I told him I needed full synthetic all of the sudden there are extra fees and taxes whis didn't specify as far as I could remember. With that Groupon I got a free tire rotation and they rotated my tires incorrectly they took my rear driver and put it in my front driver and I only know this because it's slightly bigger than my front. I didn't notice until the next day but I worked 12 hrs when I was finally able to get it back into them they told me I would have to pay $30 for the rotation. I told them that it was their fault that it needed to be done, that they rotated them incorrectly and they could care less. They just kept saying it's not my fault that's what corporate says to do. Needless to say I will never be back !!!!

My go to car shop. Getting scheduled is quick and easy, I m in and out in no time and the workers are amazing! The manager makes this place so much better on top of everything, very personable. One of the only shops that aren t looking to take your money but truly look out for you.

I have been looking for a shop for 3 years and finally found these guys! Often, as a woman, people assume I don t know much about cars and try to take advantage of me. These guys are honest, very well priced, will always try to get you the best deal on parts, and will always tell you upfront what s going on and triple check to make sure that the repair is actually the repair you need. I have been going to these guys for about 6 months now, and I am very impressed by their level of integrity. Ladies, if you re looking for a shop that will never take advantage of you and try to take all your money, GO HERE!! I came in early morning and they squeezed me in (despite being extremely busy) and did a diagnostic to figure out the problem with my car. They did not charge me for their time and told me exactly what I would need to relay to the dealership. This was the only place who bothered to squeeze me in (every other place said 2-3 weeks) while my car was pretty much unable to function. They were honest, detailed and so helpful. This is far and away the best customer service I have experienced at an auto shop. Thank you guys so much for your help!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Jeep Grand Cherokee started making weird clicking sounds after an alert about 4WD needing servicing. I called a few mechanics who I just got a bad vibe from - seemed uninterested in helping or said just to show up but it s first come first served. InTechgrity was able to get me in the next day with an actual appt time so I didn t have to miss work waiting around.They called me back right on time when they estimated when it would be diagnosed. They found a part in town that was half the cost of what the dealership charges and had it rushed over. When they installed the part there was a further issue - the entire transfer case needed to be replaced. They called and went over all this and explained they aren t charging for the part they ordered since there was a much larger issue. We were contemplating trading the car in anyway and I mentioned this. The mechanics went the extra mile and even gave me their input and opinions on what cars they felt were reliable and what they see often within the shop - they re knowledge was very helpful. They discounted the oil change I needed as well and fixed a few random things free of charge (replaced a cap that stops the minor oil leak we had).This place went above and beyond and they were super friendly and honest! We ll definitely be coming back for our future auto servicing needsService: Oil change

Awesome people! These guys saved me a couple hundred dollars in fixing a burned wiring harness on my headlights and they did so in just a couple of hours! Definitely going back for an oil change and any other repairs. Highly recommend!

I love this place! Brian and Logan were so informative when I brought my husband's truck in. I'm not a car person (at all) and they brought me back in the bay to show me exactly what was wrong and what I should get fixed. They were very honest and told me what could wait/what couldn't wait. And they made sure to get me the best prices. They were very accommodating while I waited and very sweet! I so appreciate them and recommend everyone use them for their car needs!
