Always a great experience coming here. I've always had great service here. They've got a 2 bay garage, not a big parking lot, but I've never had to wait over 45min here for an oil change. They greet you while you pull in, check you in real quick, and have you sit in the waiting area, which offers dum-dum pops and coffee. They do great work here.

I ve been going to Grease Monkey for years for regular general maintenance. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Their mechanics are professional and their work can be trusted. They provide written factual details of recommended maintenance and have never tried to upsell. This gives me tremendous confidence as to their authenticity. Highly recommend.

The girl tech (didn't get her name) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and took the time to help figure out the best choice of oil for my particular vehicle, regardless of the price...really made me feel like I was a frequent customer that received special treatment, and that was my first time ever being there!I was told it would take 45mins up to an hour, but then she said she would get me in to another bay to help speed things up - ended up being just 30mins! She even cleaned out my engine air filter by hand after showing me how it was dirty and probably should be at least cleaned, foregoing the option to just replace it with a new one that went for $25 when it wasn't necessary...I tell ya, I really felt like I was a family member or close friend with the service I received!Just goes to show what being nice and respectful and patient (and other fruits of the Spirit) can get you, especially when you're receiving it back. It's too bad people aren't really like that anymore...go here for your next oil change, and you'll receive it!I know I will from now on.

Grease Monkey at 78th & Sherdan Blvdhas taken great care of our vehicles over the years. We got a quarter of a million miles out of a 1999 Ford Ranger and followed that up with 238,000 out of a V-10 Excursion. Presently chugging along with over 275,000 miles on an '08 Expedition. This would not have been possible without Grease Monkey's continued high quality maintenance. They have taken good care of my wife's Lexus, as well. Thank you to the crew at Grease Monkey!

This location is always helpful, quick, and have helped me figure out issues before they became a real problem, they helped me find out about a transmission coolant leak and even topped off the trans- fluid allowing me to get it repaired before it became a bigger problem.Really great service if you are in this neighborhood A++

I always receive great service from friendly employees when I take my jeep in for service. They gave me a killer discount on Veterans Day and top my oil off between changes for free. Highly recommend!!

Just an fyi. Came here as usual to get an oil change. Always do a good job and have such great attitudes. This time, I got home and decided to check my oil as they have never had a quality check in place to show the customer what they did. Geese. I mean, barely a quart or two at most showed on the stick. So do yourself a favor and double-check it. Read the other reviews of people who had the same issues of low or no oil at all. They do not have a quality check in place as a standard operating procedure, which they need to solve these issues.Sad you pay a premium price for the service and then have to check all the work and, of course, pay to have the work they were supposed to complete actually done right.Edit. I did talk with a Regional Manager super great that they want to help with these issues. So I applaud their willingness to make changes. Thank you.

I came in with an significant oil leak and they assessed what was loose and tightened for me. They didn't charge me for an oil change because I've been refilling the oils daily for the last few weeks and spent a ton on that! I'll be coming back for my oil changes in the future for sure! They were all kind, professional and generous!

Great place! Fast and professional staff. They Double-checked if they had filters for Audi before starting. Have coffee and dum dum suckers to give you and your kids (if equipped lol) all the caffeine and sugar rushes while you wait, which isn't long!

This is one of the beat Grease Monkey locations I've ever been too. They have never been too busy to help and I have been there several times at different times of the day. They are also very thorough and helped me spot a coolant leak before it got out of hand and damaged my engine. I highly recommend this location. They are on point and very friendly.

I have a small RV, only 20 ft long so about the size of your normal pickup truck. It fit in their garage fine. I went inside to choose the oil type and the guy informed me they were going to charge $50 extra on top of the oil service for insurance purposes because it s a bigger vehicle. I immediately had them back my vehicle out and I went to the jiffy lube about a mile away.

Went here on January 28th paid almost 100 dollars for an oil change and they didn t even do the oil change and just charged me for it! They told me they topped everything off and aired up my tires- all were still low and I let it go because it was just air in the tires so as long as everything else was done I didn t care my light came on to get and oil change and I was like mmmm not yet I ve barely driven since then! Checked it and it is almost empty (no leaks) and almost black which tells me it was never changed! Do NOT use this place! Such a scam!Service: Oil change

Long story short: I won't be back here for any other services after they've repeatedly been careless.A few years ago, they didn't put the engine cover back on the bottom correctly, so it slipped down and chipped on some pavement while driving. Lost some of the screws and clips because of it. I was able to sort of bend it back into place and secure it with zip ties and replacement screws.After the next oil change, I drove off the lot and immediately stopped to ensure the engine cover was back in place... nope. Hanging down just like before, would've been chipped again within minutes. Drove right back into the shop and had them put it back.Got an oil change this week from them, then they told me the engine cover couldn't be attached at all, despite me fixing it several times at home. Okay, whatever, I'll just put it back on at home. No big deal.That next week, I noticed oil leaks in my driveway. I threw the car on jack stands to rotate the tires and check it out; they didn't even hand tighten the drain plug for the oil. How do you miss that??Lots of nice people here, but clearly don't pay attention to what they're doing.Service: Oil change

Really appreciate their thoroughness, transparency, friendliness, patience, helpfulness, etc. etc. While going in for an oil change and to get the power steering fluid checked out, they let me know what needed updating without pushing me to purchase something I wasn't able to that day, so I'll definitely be back. Oil is changed, power steering fluid is topped off, and I know what needs to get done next, all for a super reasonable price. I think it was Jeff who helped me out, so thanks Jeff! Can't recommend them enough!

I came here to get an oil change and tire rotation, first asked if they were capable of doing the tire rotation. They weren t sure and said they would pull it in first to check. My car was in the bay for almost 2 hours while they shuffled cars around the parking lot. Then they did my oil change and told me they couldn t rotate my tires after I told them I would go somewhere else for all of the services if they couldn t rotate them.Service: Oil change

See the UPDATE below:I have had my car serviced here for nearly seven years. Always professional, always congenial, and always pretty fast. Eager to help and they're thorough. Highly recommend this location.UPDATE: I pulled in to have my car's AC recharged and an oil change. They did come back to me and asked about my transmission, and, since I'd had this vehicle for about 14 months, I decided to trust them with the additional services. They did this two more times.When all done, the guy said it was "ready", and did his recap of services. This is typical.But he didn't say anything about the AC recharge. So I mentioned it, expecting him to say it was completed and give the specs. Nope...Instead he tells me his guy qualified to do the recharges was off that day.WHAT?Why wasn't I told this at any of the three separate visits into the waiting room to ask me questions about their friggin' upsells? They charged me over 400.00 for the services. I told them the PRIMARY reason I brought it in was for the AC recharge and it should have been mentioned immediately. Instead, I got a rather weak apology and an offer to take 10% off my bill. I accepted the offer, however, after several years of loyal patronage, this lack of respect just LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!

I have been going to this Grease Monkey for years and always got great service. My last visit was different. They forgot to fill up my washer fluid and they did not bleed my brakes correctly. When I went back to complain the manager Eli Gonzalez quickly apologized, admitted the mistakes, and got my car right in. He made everything right! He also gave me a gift card. I realize people are not perfect and things do go wrong, but to me admitting to them and then fixing them in a timely manner is what makes a good person and company! I will continue to use this Grease Monkey! Thanks Eli!!

This is the first time I m ever writing a review for anything, ever.I had my oil changed at this location last week. I typically go to my dealership because I trust them the most.That is no longer the case.The entire staff here were incredibly kind, polite and professional. They didn t push me to spend money on unnecessary things (my dealership tells me every.single.time I get my oil changed that I need a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new tires, etc.). I felt like the staff at this grease monkey were honest about their suggestions but not...shady about it. You all know what I mean.Anyway, I was in and out of there very quickly. Everything was very clean, all staff were wearing masks. Also, i had several questions about my car/car maintenance that they had no obligation to spend the time to answer, but they did so, thoroughly. They explained something to me in depth that allowed to me question a $900 car repair that my dealership was wanting to do...which my dealership then said actually wasn t necessary once I had more knowledge about the problem (knowledge that I gained from Mario at this grease monkey).Maybe some of you don t care about this kind of thing, but I m the kind of person who feels like, when I go to a restaurant, my experience there is largely impacted by the server and how they treat us. It can ruin a meal when your server is an a**. So...same applies here. It sounds weird to say it, but honestly, my day was positively impacted by my experience getting my oil changed. Even after writing that, I know it sounds silly, but again, that s why I m writing my first review ever. I ll never get my oil changed anywhere else again.

My experience at this Grease Monkey far exceeded my expectations! The whole crew was extremely kind, fast, and professional. As a woman, I generally dread coming into these places because I can expect to be pressured into buying things my car doesn t need. I ve had awful experiences with oil change shops in the past. The staff here wasn t pushy at all! In fact, they even found an issue with my air filter and replaced it for free under warrantee. The staff here felt genuinely honest. Thank you!

Not pushy!! As a woman, I really appreciate seeing women work there also. I was not pressured into more work then I originally planned for. I looked around and realized they were not trying to up sell me. Got all my work done in an hour, every tech was friendly and helpful.
