The trunk to my hyundai sonata was stuck closed after visiting 2 other garages and being told that they couldn t do anything for me, I thought I d visit the dealership. Mike from service and Jordan in the garage jumped right on it and saved the day. I just needed to get my things out of the trunk but they decided to replace the part, too! This could have been a much more stressful situation and they reassured me and fixed my problem. HIGHLY recommend this location. Everyone is friendly and skilled. Thank you again - I will be coming here for all my future car needs.

I had a bad experience with the Service department. After checking on dashboard indicators, I got a call expressing they needed to replace tires/sensors. Great, parts were ordered. Once they came in, I got another call saying a different issue was found. My wiring had been chewed up by rodents, and I should call insurance for a claim. I started a claim, and a few hours later got a call from Hyndai saying they mixed up my name, and my car only needed the original fix. It would be ready that evening. I said id come in the next day, and when i did I found that my car wasnt ready. Dreadful communication threw a wrench into BIG plans. The only thing making this a 2 star review is the manager who got me a loaner. If you can avoid this location, do so.

Best experience I ve ever had buying a car. By far. The staff is amazing and down to earth, and the lifetime warranty is basically the greatest thing in the world. Jenny helped me out and she s the BEST! Thank You!

Extremely long time out to get an appointment for service. Must be understaffed or poorly managed. Might need to call a few other dealerships to get your car serviced faster than a month. wish they had a scheduling app to see availability.

I made an order for security key locks. After few days I received phone call they have it. My fianc� went to pick it up today. She got information there s no order under my name or phone number.. time wasting amateurs
