The repair went great. I was very pleased with the updates that Carlos gave me during the repair. Everyone at Caliber seemed very kind; however, I only interacted with Trina and Carlos. Trina was always very helpful and kind. Carlos was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate his help with an out-of-pocket repair that was also done with the original insurance claim repair. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Went in with a simple repair I was concerned it was going be be a stressful situation, but Ken the GM was amazing and Mark a technician there was so helpful and understanding. Front office staff was amazing and even had popcorn, cookies, water, and coffee. I definitely had an amazing experience! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs repairs don e on there vehicle.

Brought my vehicle in for a repair. I only needed a clip installed instead of a brand new bumper. Caliber replace with and didn t not charge me. Definitely a great place to work with. Everyone was so nice.

After a great experience with Caliber Collision's repair to hail damage on my other car a few years back, when I was recently rear ended, I knew just where to go. I recently moved and there is a Caliber Collision within walking distance from my home. Carlos was super communicative and the repair and paint job look fabulous. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

The crew at this location has been fantastic to deal with from the minute I dropped off my vehicle. I have had two vehicles serviced at this location in 2023 and each time I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. I dealt with numerous individuals and each was as respectful and courteous as the last. I was kept up to date every couple of days and was notified if there would be a delay as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who is in need of repair work. Thank you all for all you do.

Darren Higgs and everyone I dealt with at Caliber was great. They did a great job on my car repairs and had it done a whole week before they thought they would. Super helpful, kept me informed every step of the process and my car looks and runs like new!!

Not too happy I need to return back to collision center because they never checked that my washer fluid was installed and working. They didn't secure the washer fluid container either. Now I need to go back and it's wasting my time. I even picked up my car a few days after they said it was ready. There must not be a quality check process before calling the customer to say its ready for pick up.

A great business that greets you when you are a nervous wreck. They give you peace of mind. Updates are given along the process. You arrive for a drop off and a rental auto is there waiting for you. When you pick up . You go home in a repaired, cleaned auto with great warranty.

I had a fender bender and Caliber got me in SAME DAY. The work was completed by Darren Higgs and Ken within a week. They even cleaned my car! I am blown away by the level of service, care, and pure human decency this business shows. I didn't know places like this existed anymore. Absolutely flabbergasted at the tier of humility and customer service. Will def come back if I ever need to.

Darren and his team were amazing! I came in for what some would say is a minor rear end repair after someone hit my car in my apartment complex. They made the whole repair process very smooth and even got the repairs done earlier than what I expected! My car looked good as new. Overall, highly recommend this team of professionals.

I chose this caliber collision location after my car was sideswiped and after dealing with the insurance company caliber collision was a blessing. I worked with Sarah, who was very professional and informative about everything. Sarah kept me updated as to what was going on with my car throughout the repairs. The whole process was very seamless. I got my car back when Sarah said I would. No issues. Looks Great! Linda, at the front desk oh so helpful!She guided me to the right information I had to provide from my insurance company. These ladies were always very informative and friendly. This is the second time in three years that I ve use this caliber collision location. Each time I have experienced very professional service and inspection for the repairs. They are so very kind and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.

They took care of everything my car the rental car pick up and drop off fast and was done before estimated with high quality work and experience from the time I entered the building till i drove away with my car repaired and under warranty for the entire time I own the vehicle. My car was swiped in a parking lot which resulted in significant damage to my car including large dents and paint scraped off.Caliber fixed my car to perfection and made dealing with insurance a breeze. Everyone I worked with was so friendly (Carlos, Paul, Trina). Carlos provided frequent updates on every step of the process which I really appreciated.I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know.

I brought in my sons car after he wrecked it. Tom at Caliber Collision was great to work with. He had awesome customer service. I felt he understood and cared about my needs with my sons car. This is the worst auto body repair shop in Colorado. Here is why, if you look at the photo, they reinstalled my rear bumper damaging a different side of the bumper, and tried to hide it with WHITEOUT. My car first came in with minor paint damage on the left bumper. We did 2 thorough inspections around the car (1st time during the estimate and 2nd time when I dropped off the car. After many weeks later, I come back and see chipped paint on the opposite side of the bumper (the photo). The guy first said oh looks like we installed it too tight and it chipped. Don't worry, come tomorrow and we will fix that, I come in the next morning and puts on white-out on it. I was not happy and told them they needed to redo it but they didn't want to accept responsibility. Then they changed their excuse and said it was originally there before they brought it in. I was losing much patience but we finally agreed that they would take it back and fix the problem. However, one issue was that they continued to delay fixing my car for almost 2 months which I kindly waited for because I understand they are busy. When I finally get my car back, they fixed the chipped paint they caused. HOWEVER, just as I thought everything was finally fine, I drive back home and opened the trunk and find a bunch of screws of push button bumper quick release, and took another look at my rear bumper. I see that they didn't put the push button screws back in and my left side of the bumper easily pulled out. So to wrap this up, after 6 months of a hell dealing with this particular Caliber Collision, I will never do business again and let many of my family and friends know to not do business here. Something I suggest to everyone, make sure you take many photos of your car and carefully inspect the area that someone is fixing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Employees have bad attitudes. They take forever to complete repairs and then try to blame you for damages done while the vehicle was in their possession.

My experience at Caliber was outstanding! Tom was my adjustor and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He kept the communication with me every week and was very professional. He managed my expectations and was quick to answer all my questions. I was completely impressed by Tom and the front office personnel as well. My 2013 F-150 had an incident in a parking lot where a vehicle beside mine, pointing in the opposite direction, backed up suddenly and their vehicle s mirror hooked onto my open Left Rear Door. The door was sprung a little past the physical stop, causing the door to be mis-aligned and THUNK when closing.Ken looked at my vehicle, could see the alignment problem, and proceeded to involve Mark. With tool In-Hand, they returned to the parking lot, made some tweaks & some more tweaks: tweaked also with a rolled up leather glove, now the door works great, minutes later. Alignment is right on and the Striker is in adjustment, as before the incident.Great parking lot fix and all parties are happy!Thanks for the great service!!

I brought my car with a couple of scratches. Some seemed bottomless, and I was ready for the necessary painting. But the service advisor - Darren, decided to try a polish first.
