The best experience ever. Very quick. Professional and got my problem solved quickly. Mazda did not catch a few items when they finished a wreck on my car. Sergio was my service advisor and knows his stuff. I will return again.

I originally had repairs scheduled with another garage, but after those plans fell through, Caliber Collision was able to fit me in. They were reasonably priced, responsive, timely, and good quality. I would recommend Sergio and his team again if I ever need.

The team did a great job! They kept me up to date on the progress and even were able to let me know shortly before my vehicle was ready to help schedule getting it back. The circumstances surrounding my vehicle needing repairs weren't the greatest- but the team did everything in their power to make it go quickly & smoothly.

Doors, hood, front bumper not aligned. Took forever to return my car. Three months of waiting...the paint job appears to be the only thing done well. Three months should have resulted in an excellent repair. Very disappointed and disgusted

Caliber did a great job and my interaction with Sarah (main contact) and Linda (Front office boss lady) were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend using them if you have any body shop needs.

They did a great job repairing my 2019 Subaru. I was kept informed of the status throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Westminster.

I chose this Caliber based on the overall reviews of this location over the other Caliber locations that would have been closer. I went to Caliber based on the USAA referral. The work was minor bumper damage from a rear end collision. The bumper and a few other parts needed to be replaced, and bumper painted. The interactions I had with the team at Caliber were good and they were very helpful in setting up the repair and coordinating with Enterprise for the rental car.My issues are with the workmanship. I received the car when it was raining, so couldn t really check out the workmanship until the rain cleared up. Upon inspection, it was clear that the paint on the bumper did not match the rest of the car. I called Caliber and scheduled time to return and have them look at it. They did respond well by scheduling the car as soon as I could to redo the work and set up the rental car.Unfortunately, when I picked up the car the second time I had another issue. The paint matched well this time but there was a wire harness hanging down from the backend, and the automatic tailgate function no longer worked. I didn t discover this until the next day when I was inspecting the work. Again in talking to the shop, this time with the GM, and he was good about trying to setup a resolution to the problem. Unfortunately, this should never have happened. I understand the first time, kind of, as mistakes can happen. The second time, additional care should have been taken to make sure the car was done correctly. I now question the quality of the redone job and how long it will last. Were other corners cut to rush out the redone job? I ended up fixing the hanging cable myself.I was also a bit offended when the GM minimized the initial issue saying that the paint color matched, but in the right light looked a little different and that is just not the case. The attached image shows it was completely wrong and should never have passed any level of quality control.Edit: although they respond to every Google review with what looks like concern and an email to contact them, they do not actually do anything with that. Is it all for show only? Updating to one star now with the complete lack of follow up from anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great job by Caliber Collision! Our Honda Odyssey had rock chips & rust spots on the hood. I told my wife she needed a new car, but she loves this vehicle. I didn't want to invest too much in a cosmetic repair on a 2007 Honda Odyssey, but when Paul came back with our estimate, I gave the green light. The hood looks like new again! And they even polished the faded headlamp covers! All for about the cost of 1 months payment on a new car. I was so impressed I had Paul give me an estimate on my other vehicle, on the spot. I highly recommend Caliber Collision at 100th in Westminster!

I was rear ended and had minor damage but the bumper had to be replaced and some additional paint had to be repaired on my truck. Caliber Collision made this process very easy. Sarah was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the repairs. My truck looks better than it did before the accident. They even cleaned the inside of my truck for me, which was unexpected and not necessary. I have two small kids and the back seat shows it! Not after they were done with it though. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with my passanger door aligment and was not sure if it was a serious problem, Sergio Rodriguez was able to do a quick fix and I was on my way. I am greatful to have been helped by Sergio and highly recoment Caliber Collision

Linda is AMAZING! She is pleasant and very helpful. She is able to answer any question that you have. Our car was repaired and it looks brand-new! Workmanship was terrific and customer service was great.

Arvada, CO, which recently has had an abundance of rain fall, this spring. Much to my surprise I discovered a "water problem" affecting the interior of my Dodge Citadel sounded like a filled bathtub. Culprit: a "small" opening in the moon roof which had not completely closed. I literally had loud sloshing noises with any motion of my car. Not knowing how to problem solve, I sought out help from 3 other auto businesses nearby without resolve. I stopped by the Caliber Collision shop near my home & was quickly reassured that this could be fixed. Manager, Andrew & Technician Nate quickly began assessing this oddity. I was immediately impressed with Nate's rapid "cut to the chase" approach, which landed the name "Lake Westminster" be applied to my auto. I was also very impressed with the ease that this team performed together. My auto was returned to me, dry, clean & functioning as brand new. I am so glad that I found Caliber Collision in Westminster, CO. Thank you, Nate, for taking such great care of me & my car! You are the GREATEST!Sincerely Gayle Springer

Very friendly staff. I had a ding repaired and I was kept informed all through the repair process. I was told the repair would take about a week and it took 6 days exactly. Fast service and excellent repairs. After the accident, they made sure that the necessary repairs were completed and matched the color completely! When I picked the car up, they expertly detailed the car in better condition inside and out. The Caliber off of 100th and Wads did repairs on my vehicle recently after a fender bender. The work was excellent! The car looks like new now! And they returned it to me sparkly clean!! The communications with Linda and Sara were always great and informative! Thanks for your hard work and for communicating with the car rental company for me, also! Poor, innacurate communication of progress and timing. Expensive in comparison to other estimates I received. I went with them thinking the "big shop" would be more trusteorthy and faster. I was wrong.

A big thank you to Andrew and his team. I had a piece of missing trim and some old clips that needed to be replaced. Andrew was able to replace the clips and add the missing trim that I had with me. Sarah and the rest of the team here went above and beyond my expectations! I normally feel a lot of stress around anything car related but Caliber made this experience anything but stressful from the moment they stepped in. I brought my car in for an initial inspection for a USAA third-party claim and unexpectedly ended up leaving it there when the engine light came on. They immediately adjusted the plan for repairs, got me set up with Enterprise for a rental car, and gave me a ride home, since there were no rental cars immediately available. Within 24 hours Sarah gave me a call to let me know what the engine problem was and let me know that it would probably be a month before they got one of the necessary parts in. Less than a week later she called to let me know they got the part in earlier than expected and my car was ready to go! The repair looks great and I have had no issues with the engine thus far. Sarah and the woman who works at the front desk (I m sorry I didn t get your name!) were so kind and helpful. Appreciate their diligence as part s for my truck are hard to find. Truck is irreplaceable for pulling trailers, boats, horses, etc. and they knew it s crew cab necessity for my family.
