Having your windshield broken from rocks is no fun. But honestly, my interaction with Bright Auto Glass was so pleasant where I wouldn t hate if it happened again.Emailed them late on evening, quick response, bargain price, super fast appointment availability, drop off and pick up each took all of 2 minutes.Glass result is flawless and arguably better than OEM on my 2020 Lexus NXBlown away, now a customer for life.

Did a great job on my windshield and the guy I talked to was really nice. The only thing is when I got my car back I see this black sticky stuff on my seat and before I was able to ask what it was the guy who brought my car to me had just walked away wish I knew what this was so I knew how to clean it.Update: They called me and had me come in to clean my seat it was very nice of them I appreciate you guys contacting me and for cleaning up my seat with no charge! Thanks again Frank!

Great experience with Frank! Hard to find someone to replace a Tesla windshield, but they got me in the next day and did a great job! Mine was tinted and they worked with Mike at The Man Cave (a couple doors down) to have the replacement window tinted and installed for me all at the same time. Quick, easy, super polite- highly recommend!!!

Brought my FJ Cruiser in today for a window replacement. They fit me in day of, had a great price, and got the job done in less than an hour while I worked on my laptop in their waiting area. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who needs window replacement or any other glass services for their vehicle.

Great experience! They did a great job on the windshield and charged me $300 less than Safelight. I had an issue with one my car features and came back and they took care of that too! Highly recommended!

My car was broken into on a Saturday morning.I thought there was simply no way I could have it repaired on a weekend; the stress of my vehicle being unsecured over night with snow forecasted had me googling like a mad woman.I called around until I found these guys and let me tell you: they had the most affordable price, were well worth the drive, so polite, and the service only took an hour and a half. They even went so far as to vacuum the broken glass out of my back seat.The new window was perfect, it made this morning feel as if it had never happened. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life! I went there June of 23' and had my windshield replaced which seemed good until I noticed they got all the sealant on my paint surrounding the windshield. Frank apologized and said he would take care of it well after trying multiple times and replacing the windshield again I believe 3 more times because in order to clean the sealant the windshield had to come out. Well, the last time he had someone try and touch-up paint the mess they couldn't get off (which looked like garbage) and to top it off now the Calibration for the windshield wouldn't take. He tried multiple times and so did others. It is now at Ford and they pretty much replaced everything from modules, cables, camera etc and nothing is working. Not sure what Bright Auto did but all that was working before and after they messed with it 900 different times he completely messed up my new truck. It's now January and still at Ford once again to try and figure out the problem. I would honestly avoid this place at all cost or you might have a simple windshield replacement turn into a 7 month nightmare that still isn't over!

Called them right before they closed yesterday, said to bring in my car at 9 am the next day. I had to get a new windshield and they got me in and everything done by noon that next day. One of the best experiences I ve had with car services. Would definitely recommend bright auto glass!

Bright got me in the same day to fix a crack across half my windshield, and beat the price of Safelite/other competitors by $30-40. The appointment was easy to schedule, they checked my VIN ahead of time to make sure I had an accurate quote, and I was in and out within 90 minutes. We'll definitely be back (although hopefully not soon!).

I was able to get in quickly. They provided excellent service in replacing the sunroof glass and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them for any auto glass work.

Thankyou very much for fixing my window, I called them got an appointment really fast the part was super quick and they got me in the same day to fix it which they said 1 and a half hours and had I'd done in a hour great service and pricing the job wasn't easy and I'm very greatful these guys got it done so quick great service and great place thanku guys your the best!!!!

I ve come here twice for chip repairs to my windshield. The second time, they were very honest and told me the chips were too small to cause any problems, any other shop might have just taken my money. Very grateful for their honesty and will be coming back for any future work!

Affordable and fast service! I got my front windshield replaced and it looks great. I received quotes from a few companies and this place was the cheapest. The quote I received was a flat rate.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was phenomenal and every one I had contact with were very polite. The lobby was clean and comfortable.It is hard to find companies that I can trust. I can say that I trust this company and I would do business with them again. A rock hit my windshield, I wanted to get it done as fast as possible and this place accepts walk ins. I was told the price before hand and they went to work quickly.I was in and out in no time and am satisfied with repair. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good glass work.

I used Bright Auto Glass a few months ago to replace my windshield and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, a plastic siding piece came off recently. When I went in, they took care of it for free to fix it in less than 10 minutes. I am genuinely shocked at the quality of customer service when most places would probably not have been so helpful!

This may be one of the best in the city.Great service, quick and easy plus they left my car better. Best thing was price, saved several hundred $$ over the one State Farm agent suggested. People were super nice, explaining the full process. Plus free coffee. YEA! Oh yes, did i mention I saved $$. I would recommend this business.
