Zoe (aka "Ellie" on the phone) and Mark where amazing and very helpful. My car was hit and they both patiently listened to my explanation of the situation (which I'm sure they have heard a million times before) and replied with helpful suggestions moving forward. They found an alignment issue (not related to my accident) and were able to fix it immediately with a straightforward cost and no hidden fee or service charges. Highly recommend, very nice and communicative customer service. Will definitely be going back for basic maintenance check-ups in the future.

Mark (GM) and his team impressed me SO much! They are one of the most honest, transparent, and informative auto service locations I have ever encountered. Mark and Zoe were extremely helpful! Mark called me every step of the way while we were trying to figure out if my starter was going bad. With his fantastic advice and Zoe s fantastic customer service I am back on the road! Would highly recommend their service for anything!

Service was impeccable! Mark and Kory were extremely kind and professional. Had me in an out in a little over an hour, while being short staffed. Free coffee and WiFi they had Top Gun Maverick playing in the lobby to boot! Will definitely be a returning customer. Great job guys

Thank you Mark and Cory for being so honest. I took my car into Nissan dealership and spent 1.5 hours for them to tell me it s not my brake lights they said it was some kind of wiring issue, that i need to bring my car back and leave it all day. Mark showed me my light bulbs and they were burnt out. Thanks for being honest,quick and very professional I will continue to use their services Samantha V

Mark took care of us the same day. Had to get new brake pads and rotors and since only vehicle, made sure our wait was comfortable and worked quickly to get us on our way. Great customer service!

Brought our car in for an alignment, after the work was done it was still pulling. They were able to find a whole different issue with the car and worked quickly to order the part needed and have our car up and running. Owen was great, going above and beyond with communication and customer service. Will definitely go back to this establishment and will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for being so efficient and friendly!

Excellent service dropped it off at 830 am for an estimate they called me quickly to tell me about the work needed it was done shortly after 4 the same day. I believe Carlos was my technician that did the work. Water pump, thermostat and radiator cap. So far so good!!! I'll definitely return for service

Excellent customer service, treated me respectfully and explained everything they were doing and showed me the things they were going to fix before going ahead and doing it. Very honest staff, very personable, and so far the repairs on my car have been great and I ve had no issues

My experience is that this shop is run really well. From the techs to management to the front desk they all do their best and explain what's going on. While brake work may be expensive, these guys are honest and straightforward; they only recommend work if it's needed. And, they stand behind their warranty. I had brought in a car that was a week away from the end of the warranty period (but ~100 miles over the warranty mileage) and they could have played hard ball. Instead, they warrantied out the necessary work. No questions. While I've been going to this shop for years (~20) and I've never had any need for a warranty claim, parts fail and things happen - which is why warranties exist. If you ever need it, their warranty is good. Their goal is to make sure your car is safe and do what's right - and their prices are fair. Simple as that.

What an awesome experience! Start to finish was fantastic. The main thing I look for in any maintenance or repair service is communication. What is the problem? What are multiple solutions to fix it? How long does it take? What are my different options for cost? They answered all of these questions without me even asking and were prompt and accurate about it. When they ran into an issue, they called back and gave me a detailed rundown of the issue, and a couple of solutions to let me decide how to move forward. I would very much recommend this brakes Plus for any services or just advice well outside of just brake pads. It seems like they are knowledgeable about almost anything car maintenance related and can point you in the right direction if they are unable to do it themselves. Five stars!

I had an appointment to get my brakes checked and changed and was just in town for 36 hours. They were so kind and easy to work with. I lost track of time at the end of the day and they stayed 15 min late to help me! Trustworthy and informative. Recommend!

Carlos was great at making sure my SUV could get everything done that it needed in the time frame that I needed. I have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. They are always helpful and friendly. Zoe is the perfect person to have up front as well, she is bubbly and personable.

I had absolutely the best experience at the Westminster, CO Meadow Pointe location. Mark was very understanding and patient with my service. He was able to ask all the right questions and help me feel at ease with my repairs. The repairs done were completed in a great amount of time. He was able to explain to my teen driver all instructions for maintenance, clearly and thoroughly. Highly recommend this location.

Mechanical and customer service was great. From scheduling appointment to picking up the vehicle. The car repair was great and did exactly what they said they would do. Zoe at the desk was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Mark, the owner manager what ever has no idea how to talk to women and is willing to up charge women for things. I have never meet a more mean man in my life he didn t even know who car it belonged to. He kept trying to talk to my friend and not me the owner from what I saw he over books and makes it the customers problem and when they are not satisfied he yells at them and treats them like yeah I hope he loses his job or gets his verbal but handed to him because who treats women like that? You don t take your job seriously and that apparent. Oh when I call for the Coprate number. He made it his mission to make it as hard as possible I hope your life gets better sit because you are not a good person

I was able to easily schedule my oil change online. When I arrived just before my appointment time, Zoe greeted me with a smile, and that instantly made me feel comfortable. Then, she was not only helpful but knowledgeable about the services that would be performed on my Jeep. The auto technicians got my Jeep into the bay right at my appointment time, and within an hour, I was done and back in the road. Thank you! :-)

The front desk staff was super friendly and communicative. The service was fast and affordable. However, after getting the tire rotation and alignment and driving home, our car was rumbling/vibrating noticeably. I called the shop and asked if this was something we should be concerned about and can we bring it back to have them look at it. The gentleman that answered the phone, Carlos, who I assume was the mechanic, was rude and unhelpful. He did not give a clear answer and was not good at communicating. I asked if we could bring the car back and he said he didn t have time to look at it. I understand that the job of a mechanic can be challenging and busy, but it doesn t take a lot to be kind and have good customer service. Basically it was all our fault and not their problem anymore.EDIT 1/5- Mark from Brakes Plus called us and helped resolved the issue. He got us in right away and helped us fix the issue pretty quick. We are very appreciative of them helping us out. Now our car is not rumbling! Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service and repairs! Zoe was very helpful throughout the entire process and made accommodations around my schedule to get the repair done. Mark was very knowledgable and guided me through the repair to make everything seamless. Overall my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend to family and friends.

This is my go to spot. I've interacted with the manager and several other staff. Overall they always have treated me well and explained things in a patient way, even when I've been stressed out or impatient about my car's problems. They seem to be running an honest and trustworthy operation

We are so appreciative to brakes plus-Westminster for their professional attitude and work on our 2015 Nissan Murano. We did not have a good experience at one location, and when we reached out to this one, the manager, Mark, took great care of us. Corrected the issues we had from the previous location at reduced cost, and with full explanation of what was happening.We also had to have costly alternator repair done, and Carlos gave us a detailed explanation, estimate and cost. When they called us to tell us it was completed the cost quoted was the cost paid. No surprises, no gotcha. Also want to give a shout out to Corey for his professional attitude when we called him to check on the vehicle and pick it up. Carlos and Corey provide the standard set by Mark, their manager. My wife and I are very happy and grateful for these guys and the work of the mechanics in the shop as the repairs have worked out excellently. Cheers!

Carlos the technician was extremely helpful and got right on our repair. We ve been coming here for two years now and we always have a good experience. Carlos was able to get us better pricing and we very much appreciated it. I can t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend!

My daughter and I are and will continue to be customers here because the entire process of getting our brakes fixed was handled promptly, courteously, and with professionalism and integrity from scheduling to having the work completed in a timely fashion. We were provided options with explanations and never pressured into additional services we did not want or need. I have another daughter whom I will be sending there, knowing with total confidence that we can entrust them with the same high standards of car care and outstanding customer service!

Mark and crew were awesome. I came in last minute for a brake job on the front of my truck. They didn t have the parts but ordered them and got me back on the road within a few hours.Also, they didn t try to push any sales on me and gave me the options and told me you don t need anything but I can fix this for you IF you want it fixed.I will forever be a part of brakes plus for all my future vehicle needs/wants!Thank you!!!

I dropped my truck off after getting new tires for an oil change and alignment. Carlos let me know that an alignment would be a waste of money because my truck actually needed much more work to keep my tires from wearing out too fast and keep me and my family safe. Obviously, I was not planning on spending that much money so Carlos and Mark were able to crunch some numbers and get the price down with a lifetime warranty on the parts. When I came in to pick up my truck Mark walked me through exactly how bad the problem was, which I just attributed to being a pickup truck. Well, after driving up and down pothole ridden Wadsworth, I can tell you my truck rides like a Cadillac with what they did. Worth every single penny.

The manager at the time was Zoe, being trained by Mark. This place is absolutely fantastic. I have been exclusively taking all of my vehicles and my family's vehicles here for the past 16 years and they have never been anything short of absolutely stellar!I hope they stay in business forever because if I'm not able to come here with my vehicles, then I'm not sure who else I would trust enough to work on them!Absolutely A++ shop!

This place is the best! They are honest about what I need done to my car, and I can trust that they ll do good work. I appreciate their friendliness, as well. I come here for all my car needs, and they can get me in quickly. I highly recommend this place.
