Great experience purchasing my new CR-V Hybrid. I felt truly taken care of at Auto Nation Honda without any of the typical games and sales tactics car dealers are known for. The service and attention my sales rep Matthew provided me throughout my time at the dealership was truly top-notch. He was attentive, informative, down-to-earth, responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I truly enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone. My one complaint would be the amount of time I was there, so make sure you carve out a good chunk of your day as the process is quite lengthy.

So I had recently moved back to Denver after being gone for almost 3 years and I was quite excited to return to using this dealer as my preferred service department as they were always flawless in the past. Well today flawless is not the word I would use, when I pulled into the service garage I was greeted by service advisor Crystal, and after signing some paperwork I had asked her to verify my email address because I never got an email minder about my appointment when I scheduled it by phone a week prior, she stated that we would check it out when I was on my way out today. But I did receive an automated text message from the dealer when I checked in so I figured cool they have my phone number at least. I then told Crystal I prefer to walk around the dealer lot to look at the cars while I wait. Which she then brushed over that comment and escorted me to the waiting room which of course I left and went and walked around the lot like I mentioned. 2 hours go by and I m now questioning what s taking so long as I was only in for an oil change and a tire rotation. So I call the service dept to be greeted by Crystal who had informed me my car had been done and she walked in the waiting room and said I was not there. So I walk in to retrieve my keys where she starts stating oh I was just trying to look for your phone number , which respectfully I extremely doubt that she had forgotten all about me. And then proceeds to ask me to give her excellent scores on a survey that will be sent to me by Honda as her report card if I got a free oil change thrown in too for the inconvenience and then writes on the back of one of her contact cards free oil change . Well, that would be nice, but my oil changes on my car are free for 2 years already, and, if she had ever corrected my email so the said survey I m never going to receive nor do I think Honda wants me filling it out because it would have everything stated here. But the customer service displayed today was extremely poor and only because she insisted I do this said survey, here it is. However, thank you to the technicians for doing the job on my vehicle. But dissatisfied in Crystals decision that I enjoyed sitting at Honda for 2 hours for a very basic service and ignored everything I told her.

Had some ongoing issues with my new vehicle and got my car serviced here after having it at another dealer for a month with nothing resolved. Issues were fixed within a week and car was returned to me with an incredible detail. THANK YOU Kyle, Moses, and Jeffery for taking care of me and going above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgable, great job! Will definitely be returning in the future if needed.

I had a really positive experience buying my new 2024 HR-V from Autonation Honda. Shawn was responsive via phone and email prior to me coming in to make the purchase, he was also patient as I figured out some insurance paperwork at the office. Brad was so helpful and easy to talk to, he went over a lot information with me and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend!

The service center gas lighted me about the price of a full synthetic oil change. I was advertised a very good price on this premium service, clicked on the online link to schedule (from the actual sales ad), wrote in the notes I would like to take advantage of their advertised price, went in and the service center pretended like I'm trying to take advantage of THEIR freaking sale and would not honor the price THEY advertised to me. Waste of my freakin time. Looks like from other reviews they LIKE to waste people's time SO for you sake, I would stay away from this dealership and service center. Honestly, I was asking for so little--just to do what they said they would do and they can't even do that. STAY AWAY.

My entire experience from start to finish was very smooth. Brandon made the process quick and easy for me. We discussed the cars I was interested in, test drove them and then came to an agreed upon price. I felt very well taken care of without the back and forth games normally played between the dealership sales team in order to get you to purchase. I would highly recommend going to this location, I purchased my first Honda civic there and I could not be happier leasing my new Honda Passport. I will be asking for Brandon next time as well.

My car s engine lights and brake system indicator notifications came on. I was scared to drive my car. I took it in on a Saturday and they were slammed with appointments. I was able to slide in due to an emergency. They were able to put me into a loaner and fixed my car 2 days earlier than expected. They really helped me and made getting back on the road safely a priority.

Purchasing a vehicle through AutoNation Honda was a great choice! I was able to call and make an appointment for the next day. We were helped immediately and only shown the cars we were interested in. They had a nice play area which really helped keep the kids occupied. Four stars only because once we decided to buy the paperwork took a VERY long time.

This place. Sales experience was fine however, I have taken my car to be serviced there and many mistakes have been made. I was recommended a service that had already been done prior and when I asked the technician to double check, he realized the service had already been done, but had I not said anything they would have done that same service again and charged me happily.Additionally, you will receive calls saying they are from AutoNation Honda and there s an important safety message about your vehicle. As a consumer, you re thinking all right. Could this be a recall or something that I need to hear? They go ask you questions about your vehicle and then suggest a warranty that you can purchase. When I told them I was at work and couldn t talk. They told me it was a very important message and they would have to call me back. Are they freaking kidding me? Telling someone there s an important safety message about their vehicle to hook them and then work on selling them a warranty. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle elsewhere

I bought a 2023 Honda crv with some minor cosmetic damages back in July. I was fine with this since they offered to repair and replace what was needed to make it as good as new. The only annoying aspect was that it was entirely up to me to figure out when accessories or parts were coming in. I would call and ask for updates and receive a vague answer with the promise of them letting me know when everything would be ready. For example all the accessories came in a week or so after I bought them. No one told me until I physically went in in September and asked about them. The parts worker was super helpful and got me all the items I had ordered. Every month or so after that I would call the service department and leave messages asking for updates. I never got word about anything until I finally got in contact with a manager in January and we got the repairs scheduled for February. All in all, the in person interactions are 5/5 stars. There just seems to be a lack in communication as soon as you're back home. They'd be a 5/5 star in my book if they were better at keeping their word about updating me about parts orders and accessories. The repairs they did do were fantastic and you can't even tell anything was wrong. All the workers are excellent and professional in person. Their backend communication just needs some work!

I am so happy with AutoNation on 104th Avenue. They have given me the most wonderful experience with my car and they are absolutely the best. They listen to what my concerns are and have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. I will not consider ever buying a car other than what AutoNation services because I would never want another company service my car. Great place, wonderful employees, and a top-notch company.

This is the location I purchased my 3rd Honda. I call to set an appointment for certain issues I noticed. When I got to the garage service, it took time for anyone to acknowledge you, or check you in and they were not busy at all. I was told by the manager that a diagnostic needed to be done, and that there is no one that could do it on the day of the appointment.They wanted to send me home in an Uber, from Saturday till Monday without a vehicle. I ll never go to this location again for purchase or for service. I was used to good customer service from Mile High Honda, they truly value their customers.

I took my new Honda CR-V to Autonation 104 for service a few weeks ago. The service was fine and everyone said the right things, but the experience was only fair. Employees avoided eye contact and morale seemed low. The service facilities were kind of below average and looked like they could use a coat of paint. I ll probably go elsewhere for my next service appointment.

Super friendly place. They work very hard to satisfy customers. Poor guy ran around when I came to pick up my car. The lady that helped me the morning of she was very nice and comforting. Everyone had an amazing smile and bubbly. Will be coming back to thus location

AutoNation Honda 104 made the whole experience of buying a car, incredible. They weren t the cliche car salesmen at all! Sal did an amazing job showing us the car we were interested in and answering all of our questions. For any questions we had that he didn t know he went and did research for us and came back with the answer quickly. He wasn t pushy at all and let us make the decision to get a car for ourselves. He even helped us get our stuff out of our trade in car and has been available for us to ask questions to even after the sale went through. The whole staff at Autonation made this whole process so easy and seamless. If anyone is looking for a new car I would definitely say to go to them!

My appointment was at 8:45 for an oil change, tire rotation and my radio isn t working properly. At 11:35am they came to the back to get me and said my car was finished. They couldn t do anything for my radio or charging pad at all. I just bought this car in October with the full warranty! Then I go get in my car after being there for 3 hours already and my maintenance lights are still on! I went back in and they didn t even do the oil change or tire rotation that entire time! I had to wait another hour and a half until 1 for my car! I was there until 1:10. They didn t even do 66% of the work they were supposed to do without me having to go back into the store. I had to have my daughter picked up early so she didn t miss school and then I was there so long I almost missed the time I had to leave to get to my kids school in time for pick up! This was not a good experience at all!

The service they did to the vehicle was ok. I did a walk in. When I left my vehicle it was a bit earlier than 10am. Was told wait time was about 2 to 3 hours. I wasn t informed about my vehicle being ready until 4:45pm. Also never got any updates while the service was being done to my car. I reached out through txt and calls to their service department while my car was being serviced. To which I never got an answer. Had to contact their sales department who placed me on a 20+ minute hold time until an agent on site answered. It s either extremely understaffed or poor managed. To take over 7 hours to return a vehicle that was supposed to be ready in 2 or 3. I lost my entire day of work due to your lack of honesty or management. After receiving car, I can t really say I m sure the work I took it in for actually got done. For several hours I actually thought they had done something to my vehicle and that s why they were avoiding answering my txt or calls. Over all was a not great experience.

We tried to purchase this same vehicle closer to home and found their demeanor to be very nonchalant, they made us feel we were not important and no follow through to questions pertaining to leasing the vehicle. After a few calls, we found AutoNation Honda on 104th to be a better suite for our needs in leasing a vehicle. They made us feel important, listened to our needs, and matched us with the vehicle we were looking for. Not only would we purchase another vehicle from this location, they beat the price on same vehicle closer to home.

Mixed feeling, I ended up with what I wanted but more work than I wanted. Not the dealerships fault. I wanted a certified pre-owned vehicle. We ran up against a recall and back ordered parts. They said mid next month before it could be sold. Two days later they had the part and I was able to come get it. When I came in to get my down payment I did feel like my business didn't matter to them. I do feel like they prioritized my repair so they could sale my car.

We did not like our experience at this AutoNation. Filling out a credit application and applying for financing was like applying for a national security clearance. When we provided the information they needed (including the names of four relatives and friends), it still wasn t enough and they insisted on even more information. We were grilled with all sorts of questions.When we test drove a vehicle, the windshield was fine. After we agreed to buy the vehicle (plus a windshield protection plan!! and over $4000 of extra service plans ), the salesman took it for a quick drive to have it washed and to apply a windshield protective coating. Later that night when we drove it home, we noticed two new chips in the windshield that weren t there before. We took it back a couple days later and showed the salesman AND his manager the chips. Instead of recognizing the issue and offering to resolve it, they both dismissed it completely. Oh, c mon that s nothing! You can t even see them! Or There is nothing we can do. After my wife asked to see another manager and pushed to have it fixed, they finally relented and had someone fix the chips. That dismissal and not taking any responsibility left us with a bad impression, and we will never go back. Once they have your money, that s all they care about.

Well I bought my 2022 Civic Hatchback from them. And it was good. But when it comes to Service at AutoNation, absolutely sucks. Had an appointment on February 30 @3. For a diagnostic on my car cause check engine light came on. Got off work to do so. I live in Aurora. Crystal Gallegos, service writer immediately told me oh no we are sorry we can t do the diag today. Gave me some lame excuse and then told me they ll need to take it. So I had to figure out how to get home.. the whole time the lack of communication was nonexistent. Literally had to bug Crystal to give me answers which they were very vague. Turns out the problem was a warranty issue within the gas tank, causing it to through a code for possible emissions issue. They ve had my car for over a week now. Called them 6 times yesterday finally someone actually answering, Crystal didn t even tell me herself that my car was done. I m just so upset. I ll never take my car there again. After this whole mess, it s defiantly put a bad taste in my mouth. I m going somewhere else that they actually communicate with the customer, and are straight forward and tell me what s wrong with my car. Instead of me trying to fish for what exactly they ve kept my car for over a week and waiting on a part. At least meet me halfway and follow-up.

I came in today due to two issues with my car I recently purchased. I was petrified thinking I would be completely out of luck but thankfully Crystal and Alex did an AMAAAAZZZING job of taking care of the issue. Crystal was extremely helpful and informative the entire process. At first I thought I would be out of a car for a couple of days but Crystal and Alex worked MAGIC and had me riding back in my car. You guys are superb!!!! They even paid for my Uber back home when I had to leave my vehicle for the day!! They are the best. Shout out to Crystal, Alex and Moses

Luis and management were all super friendly and worked with me to get a great deal. In particular, I was impressed with how thorough and knowledgable Luis is about the cars & features. He answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!). Had a back-office snafu with my tax payment but they made up for the inconvenience with a tank of gas & a cargo cover. They do seem to really care about customer service! Overall, a good experience.

I took my car in for a repair last week. I was able to get the issue resolved. At first I received an invoice with the charge but because I was under warranty I was able to get the issue resolved and was not charged. Special shout-out to Trevyon and Crystal for their help in the process.

I was a little hesitant to bring my Honda here as I noticed some previous reviews that weren't great. However, I decided to bring my car here because the location was really convenient, and I'm really glad I did. My experience was great across the board with every individual who I spoke with, the work was completed as described and on time, and I definitely plan to bring my car back in the future.
