I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved Nissan 370z roadster to Automotive Specialists for a critical repair to the convertible top. I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.Mike and Bill agreed to take on this project after I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They took the time to work the problem and thoroughly inspect my Z. They studied the paperwork I provided to them to assist with repairs. Mike and Bill provided weekly updates every step of the way. Their attention to detail instilled a sense of trust and confidence in their abilities.The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress throughout the entire process. What truly impressed me was the precision and care with which they handled my car. It s evident that they take great pride in their work and commitment to completing the job. Everyone at Automotive Specialists was very helpful from the moment I called to see if they were able to help me with my issue and throughout the process of them fixing my car. They showed me exactly what was wrong and what options I had to address the issues. They were honest and showed a genuine interest in taking care of me, which I really appreciate. At the end of the day I know that they went above and beyond to make sure different issues with my car were takin care of and that they did a good job and that they communicated well with me throughout the process. I will definitely be coming back.

Automotive Specialists is a family run business. We loved the Golden Retriever, with whom I played tug of war. As a woman, having been scammed and lied to by other auto shops, I felt respected by Automotive Specialists. Their inspection was thorough, and they were very communicative. They spoke with both me and my husband openly. I ll be going back for my next maintenance.

It's so nice to have them so close to my house. They take the BEST care of my Fiat from the tires up. Mike and Devon are so nice, Tucker is a sweet bonus and the waiting room is unbelievable!!

This group had big shoes to fill when the original owner left, and they are up to the task. Always willing to help - both planned and emergency repairs/maintenance - reliable and honest. Thanks to these guys, my cars last 200K+ miles.

I found a new home. My old mechanic retired and I was looking for a new place. I had a radiator and tailpipe issue. Needed a new radiator as I suspected but Automotive Specialists also suggested I have a couple other repairs done. I knew about one of them and thought I would take care of them myself but.... They were there and I did not want to crawl under my vehicle in the cold and had them fix it. They were upfront, not pushy, i felt they were very honest in the suggestions and in the quotes that they gave. I will go back for my repairs and recommend them to my family and friends. Great job (AS) and thanks for the follow up call making sure I was totally satisfied.

We declined $190 charge just to "look" at our car, which wasn't even the problem. It was when the lady hollered out, as we were leaving, "don't go getting stranded" that sounded condescending and down right rude.

This shop is full of kind people. They did their do diligence to make the adjustment in the alignment. Made efforts you don t see with many places. Unfortunately I don t feel that it is an honest business. I needed an alignment and this business had sent out coupons for the service I needed. I made an appointment, brought my car to their shop. Picked up my car that day and the alignment wasn t better it was worse. I have in writing that they were only able to make one adjustment to the drivers side camber for the alignment because the passenger side was damaged and no adjustment was possible. I called them back the same day and they set up arrangements to take another look at it. Again this business was very accommodating. They returned my car and advised me that I would need to have the struts replaced. Their cost was 1200$. I did so much research about the signs of needing struts. My car simply didn t have any of the signs. Maybe it was a fluke. I have never used this business before.Service: Wheel alignment

Sabrina was super kind and willing to help my catalytic converter theft situation immediately. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Ultimately I didn t go here for unseen circumstances but her kindness was a light in otherwise v dark situation (including unfortunate interactions with other car places) if I lived near by I would use them for everything

My new go-to place. I am always hesitant with mechanics, but I was referred by a friend. I had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk woman was friendly and knowledge. She sent me over my quote via text and they made it very easy to view the details and accept the quote. I was also able to pay through that same method, which was very convenient. They did my timing belt and water pump and an inspection. Lastly, i was unable to get my license plate off the front of my new (old) vehicle. They did that for me as a courtesy, which i thought was very nice. All and all, highly recommend as a rare, trustworthy mechanic.

This was the best experience I've ever had at any auto shop. I have a very old imported military vehicle that nobody else was willing to work on but Mike and Daniel were happy to take on the task. Daniel is an automotive genius, and he personally did all the work on my vehicle. He installed a turbocharger on my old naturally aspirated, mechanically injected diesel and now I can finally use it up here at this altitude and up and down the divide. It runs like a champ and feels like it has twice the horsepower. Pricing was good and customer service was outstanding thanks to Sabrina. Anytime I had a question, she was happy to pick up the phone and walk me through it. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody and I can't speak highly enough about Daniel, Mike and Sabrina. I plan to go back for some other upgrades in the near future. Outstanding experience. Thank you.

Not only fast, friendly service they also came in under original estimate. Super helpful to me because they showed understanding and empathy for my need of a vehicle to get to and from work.I showed up at their shop by mistake but very quickly realized it was no mistake. Very professional and helpful. My car was overheating for reasons I couldn't figure out so I called to schedule an appointment. They had me in the very next morning and after running a diagnostic they fixed the problem and had my car back to me within hours of it being dropped off. The prices were reasonable and the bill broke down what was labor and what parts costs. I will definitely be using them again if something else ever goes wrong with my car

I've been here three times and it's always been a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The 2nd time I was greeted by a sweet dog. I pet him the entire time I waited for my oil change, it was great. ^^ Will be coming back for all my car maintenance issues.

My initial experience was immediately intimidating. Sabrina did not waste time to let me know that she ran a tight ship. Those were her wordsI .I was there for a quote for service. I asked for an individual mechanic. She said I could talk to him but that I needed to make an appointment. I will not conduct business with anyone that treats new customers like that.

I have never been one to refer or recommend service providers, but if one is looking for a mechanic, there is no better call you can make than Automotive Specialists. Service is prompt, estimates are honest and accurate. There is no up selling, or extraneous service recommendations. The mechanics are top notch and they stand behind their work. Mike, Sabrina, Bill, and all the staff are caring, considerate professionals who get the job done right, at the right price.

I take all of my vehicles to Automotive Specialist. They have always courteous, professional, and prompt. They add value to their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicles to be serviced properly. Also, I always love to see my old friend, Tucker.

While waiting for my oil change they provided me a private office to sit in per COVID safety and even offered me plastic-wrapped cookies. They were kind and quick.
