My Jeep had an issue that was very hard to troubleshoot. This was my third option after a friend recommended that I check to see if 4WP could figure it out. I am so glad I went in and worked with Damien. My Jeep had a bent rear axle that was causing the brake caliper to move while I was driving. It was causing a noise that sounded like it was coming from the front hub. I ended up getting this issue resolved after receiving a false diagnosis at the dealership and couldn't be happier. We also replaced the Ball Joints and Shock Absorbers my JKUR is now driving better than it has in a long time and makes no weird noises. Thanks again Damien and team for the quality communication, great repair and service.

Damien and his team at 4WP helped me with a leveling kit/ lift, airbags, rear sway bar and tires for my Toyota tundra. After picking up a new travel trailer my truck my truck was squatting quite a few inches.I called and talked to a couple other reps over the phone and finally ended up working with Damien and I can t tell you how elaborate he answered my questions-ALL of them, taking the time to really explain how everything worked and his best recommendations for what I was looking for.Highly recommend this place and their team. If you need any type of mechanic work done on a 4w vehicle, look no further. I have a well loved older Nissan Xterra. Plenty of places I've been in the past were not communicative or accommodating to what I wanted. But 4Wheel Parts, this location in particular, is incredible.Damien worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in the vehicle, and the guy has the patience of a Saint. From questions and concerns to brainstorming and problem solving, he has really been a guiding light for all the work on my vehicle. All with a welcoming and positive attitude.In fact, I literally can't think anyone there I encountered who wasn't incredibly helpful.I had picked up my vehicle when Damien was out at one point, and Aaron, as well as the entire team there, were friendly, insightful, and informative.I'm now a little over 4500miles into enjoying all the work they've helped me with and I'd send anyone here with a smile knowing they would take care of anyone walking in that door and make sure they accomplished any project thrown their way.For the record, they've done just about everything on the under side of the Xterra I have, from control arms, new brake systems, drive line, suspension, tires, you name it they absolutely have you covered. Excellent place, very reasonable, amazing people, and as long as I'm anywhere near denver, I'll never go anywhere else.Thank you, Damien, and everyone else at 4 Wheel parts for all you do. Great people! Had a warranty on one of the products I purchased there and they helped me out big time. Living almost 3 hours away they were the best at helping me get the replacement to me. Will always buy from 4 Wheel Parts! Now get one in Grand Juntion!

I had gone to plenty (5 shops) of other 4x4 shops just to be sent away with the same issue and not resolving anything. The kind reps at 4wheelparts in Westminster exceeded all my expectations. They gave me options, and helped me navigate a very unique and different build. There s no other place I d rather go at the point. They definitely have my business going further.21 Mazda CX-30

I took my truck here to get an alignment done after another shop did some work on the steering. My truck has a 6" lift and 37" tires, so I understand that the steering geometry is different than stock. The first time I got the truck back I got it home and noticed that the ends of the drag link were barely threaded into the locking collar, and because of this the locking collar was free to rotate around the long side of the drag link. This was a huge concern for me because not only is it a massive safety issue, but I had mentioned I was getting ready to do a trip to Moab, had the few threads that were holding the locking collar together failed I would have at best gotten stranded, and at worst lost control of the vehicle at freeway speeds. the guys at 4WP were willing to mention other things that they thought the truck needed, but never mentioned that they couldn't safely get the locking collar to grip with adequate thread. They could have easily sold me on the appropriate parts to correct geometry and this issue but decided to throw it together and send it out the door.I took the truck back after I personally installed the parts to correct the geometry and upon picking up the truck from the second alignment I found a decent chip in the paint on the drivers door from smacking it into a tool cart or other object, and found that the long side of the drag link was threaded in more than the short side by quite a bit, leaving the short side not fully secured by the locking sleeve but better than it was the first time.With that said, the only reason that this isn't a one star review is because of how the guys at 4WP handled the situation. When I brought the truck back for them to inspect it and called out the flawed work, they realigned it free of charge, and replaced some of the new parts for free to make sure that they weren't damaged. Additionally, they were willing to clarify some of the specs I had questions on with the alignment and call for a tech to answer questions when they didn't have the answer, which is worlds better than just guessing and trying to sound professional. I don't think that I will be bringing my truck back again. But I appreciate what the guys at 4WP were willing to do to try and make things right.

Did a Leveling kit on a 2022 Ranger with Bilstein adjustable shock and 1" block in the rear because I have a topper which makes it squat a little. Damien recommended this set up and I couldn't be happier. Truck rides so much better now without the OEM front shocks.Thanks Damien and 4 Wheel parts!

These guys are the best. Damian sold us a lift and tires about a year ago and I bring the Jeep in for rotations and such regularly. Damian always asks about the family, what we ve been up to, knows my name and face and genuinely cares about how things are going with the vehicle. They always get me in in a pinch if needed, and take great care of me and my ride. They re fair and professional. Worth noting too that I haven t spent a dime on any services since purchasing the lift and tires - they speak the truth when they tell you they ll take care of you once you invest in their products.

I've always been told to never get work done at a 4wd parts and I've always followed that advice. But I went against my better judgement and decided to order parts from them. Not much to mess up right. Well...... leave it to 4wd parts. I called when my parts arrived to double check that everything was there and ready for pick up and I was told yes, everything is here and ready to be picked up. I called the shop that was doing the install and told them that they could head over to grab the parts. Once they got the parts back to the shop they realized major components were missing and they could not complete the install. I had to drive across town to pick up the part and take it back for a refund which inconvenienced the shop that had the entire day slotted for my install. It also cost me alot of money because I had to purchase the part from another shop and reschedule the install which means I had to extend my stay here in a hotel. This was the first and last time every trying to do busy with any 4wd parts.

Never had a issue with 4 wheel parts before until alignment completed and after one of the bolts in my passanger A-armcame out causing my wheel and tire to butterfly out. I then returned to them to have it fixed, they said they inspected it, replace the bolt and realigned and nothing else was wrong. I then drove for 900 miles, my tires were squeaking when turning, still pulling very hard to passenger side so I took it back for them only to tell me my steering stabilizer has been broken and that my idler arm and pitman arm needed to be replaced before they can realign the truck. My question to them was why didn't they find all this the first time I took it back and now refusing to repair any and all damage that was done due to their fault.

Be careful, with this branch, I booked an appointment 1 week in advanced for 4 PM, which was advice is the last one they can take for alignment. I called mid morning the day of the appointment to check if there were earlier slots available, the answer was no , the person was very kind and helpful (I believe his name was Jason), and they confirmed it was all good for the 4 PM original schedule. This shop is 30 away from my place and I decided to go earlier just in case. I showed up 20 earlier, the welcome when I introduce myself was you are late your appointment was at 3PM . The person that talked to me earlier on the phone interjected and said yes he is right the appointment is at 4 PM, I spoke with Alex the Manager and he confirmed , the guy that was originally talking to me, was rude to I him and dismissed him.He said: Sorry, nothing I can do, we don t take waiting s after 3PM . And didn t even attempt to solve their mistake. Don t recall his name, but he is tall, and has a long beard, and his station is the first one on the left of the counter. So, think it twice before you go to this branch of 4WP.

Love this place! The only place I ll take the Jeep for any upgrades. They installed LED headlights on my Jeep a couple months ago and then they just recently installed a 2.5 inch lift kit while adding 35 inch tires to my JL couldn t be more thrilled! Loving my Jeep even more, thank you guys!!! Huge shout out to Nathan- you my friend are the best!

Only place I go for 4x4 accessories! Got my lift, my front bumper with winch (looks Badas$) Got tires on Friday! Great bunch of guys working there!(Johnathan is the Man!) I will be back for....Update:Still great service and products. Birdie is the Man also! Told you I'd be back! Hehehe

There were some hiccups in receiving parts in time, and these guys took care of a portion of the part costs to reimburse the inconvenience. They know how to handle a situation when things go wrong! 10/10 recommend going through them

I've been to 4Wheel Parts a few times now. Damian (and Ryan) have helped me with just about everything under the sun at this point- rims, tires, a whole new front end, lift kit ... you name it. They've been so patient and attentive regardless of how busy they are and regardless of me being indecisive during the rim selection process. They're slowly helping me turn my 1st Gen Sequoia into my offroading dream vehicle, and I couldn't be more excited to continue working with them in the future! Thanks for everything guys.

Had my rear brakes done a few weeks ago and the service was on spot..also the price was right vs the local repair shops up here in Frederick Colorado that I felt like they were trying to rip me off just for OEM replacements vs the much better stuff 4WP sold me .

These guys don't do any work for frist gen or second gen dodge Dakota.why their ain't really any after market parts for our trucks.i went here looking for a differential drop.and nope can't do it.i mean come on if u are a real 4x4 shop.not everything fits rite..so u have to fabricate it your self..how hard is it to measure some stuff cut the brackets out and install it come on..these guys are fake in my opinion..

Don t know why I go back to these places every time is a bad experience. The store off Peoria was not getting it done right so I try this store on federal and they just seem to b the same as well. Poor service!!!
