Julie and Dan are amazing people and run the store better than any other parts store you will find. They always get the parts fast and are extremely helpful and polite.

We recently moved to the area and don t have a lot of experience with snow in the mountains. I came in to the store rather clueless about tire chains and the staff here hooked me up quickly and didn t make fun of me for not knowing anything lol. Very friendly people and great store.

Kudos to NAPA in Westcliffe for service beyond self. We were camping in the area and the battery to our camper decided to "expire" after we set up camp near Music Pass. We Googled the area and found this NAPA store in Westcliffe so decided to go there to get a new RV battery. We arrived on Saturday, September 3rd just past noon but they had just Closed. I peered through the window and noticed that there was someone still inside. The gentleman (I think his name is Dan) graciously opened the door and I explained our situation. He took his own time (he was "off the clock") to restart the computer and Credit Card machine and sell us a battery. We went on our way, Happy Campers!! Well done, NAPA; well done!

Helpful staff, good selection for a small town, orders usually in by next day. Happy doing business here rather than driving down to the city and that says a lot in this town.

Wouldn't even let me use a scan tool. Any other Napa in Denver would. I'm on the road and the gentleman seemed utterly unconcerned.
