We had traveled 15 hours from Texas still had a couple hours to travel but felt like we had a tire out of balance. Kindly got us squeezed in and found 3 not balanced. Truly a great crew from ladies up front to technicians, even the shop cat was friendly

I had an accident a few years ago and bent one of the wheel assemblies in the front of the car so I took it to D & W Services LLC to get it repaired and spent $800 but a few years later my car kept on drifting to the right ans survice soon light kept coming on because somebody didn't repair it correctly and now I have to spend $1800 to get it fixed correctly because someone wasn't doing their job right I Highly do not recommend this place.

People here are not friendly-3 star then the guy calls back all pissed i left a review I asked nicely I didn t understand what she was trying to say so I asked if I could bring it in today for a diagnostic test and she started rambling so I just ended the call and then he calls all pissed that I left a review they are not workable people and if he would ve called back in a workable calm tone I would ve took my review off but no not the way he called and was all pissed

Terrible terrible terrible service!! The front desk lady has the biggest attitude. Can t even ask her questions without getting yelled at. . I brought my car in for an ESTIMATE on the fuel pump I believed was going out and they worked on my car without even letting me know a price! I asked them to look at my car and let me know if it was the fuel pump or if something else was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. They fixed the issue without my knowledge. After they fixed it they called with a price and told me that I had to come pick it up. I just wanted an estimate didn t have 600 at that moment. Ask them a simple question and about why they didn t call before fixing my vehicle and she started yelling and told me I didn t have to come back if I didn t want to. She also said she didn t have the time to call and let me know a price. So they just expected me to have 600 dollars to pay for something I never wanted done. Just asked for an estimate They also fixed things I wasn t informed about cause haha no one called!! Was charged for parts I didn t even know need fixed. Should have been called about what was wrong so I could ve decided if I wanted it fixed or not. For all they knew I could ve been selling that car for parts and didn t want the fuel pump fixed. Communication is key and they did not communicate with me at all. DO NOT bring your vehicles here.Update: my car is still having the same issues as before just paid them 600 for a service and it s still not working.

D&W provide excellent customer service, fast repairs, and very reasonable pricing. My car broke down near Westcliffe and everyone in town told me that this was the shop to go to. After dropping my car off Sunday, I called around 8 am Monday and Wayne had already looked at my car - he even identified another major issue that I was otherwise unaware of (and demonstrated the issue to me that afternoon). The service was completed a day earlier than expected. Also, the shop cats are incredibly cute. I would recommend D&W to anyone passing through town.

The day before my scheduled appointment there was a severe snowstorm. I called to reschedule as I wouldn't be able to get into town and they didn't have any info whatsoever about me??? I rescheduled ( 30 point inspection, $28) and asked for an estimate along with the results. When I picked it up, there were no estimates and Dena said that Kelly had not told her. They also tried to charge almost $50 (instead of the $28) because I had said "there was a smell in the car (they said was oil, which I never smelled before or during the drive home!!???)and noise when turning" which I HADN'T and even if I had, I didn't say "go ahead and fix what's causing the smell and noise"!!??? The guy came out and said "just cut our losses" which my daughter and I took to mean, no charge at all since we didn't ok the extra expense or get the estimates, but then she tore up the inspection. I spent money and time bringing it in, and kept trying to pay so I would know what it needed as my 16 yr old would be driving it. in the beginning, before I knew the extra charges, She kept talking very fast and loud (as if she were on something), mechanic lingo , there was no way I could retain anything. The guy then yelled "I wouldn't spend 10 cents of that thing!" Maybe just say that instead of maniaclly going on and on with terminology I'm not familiar with and should be written out anyway to decide what to fix and when.

Integrity! Our truck quit working while still connected to our 5th wheel. This put us in vulnerable situation due to the remote location and put our weekend at the High Mountain Fever Bluegrass festival at risk. Wayne quickly came to our rescue. He and his staff helped us unhitch, get parts, and serviced our truck all in the same day. We are very grateful and glad to be able to share this review. --K & C Bass

Cannot recommend this mechanic enough. We were passing through Westcliffe on a road trip and were having overheating issues. Wayne was able to quickly track this down to a bad radiator cap, got the part for us, and sent us on our way. Incredibly kind and honest people working here.

The ONLY place in the valley my wife and I will take our vehicles! Absolutely love Dina and Wayne. The quality of work they do is second to none and their rates are extremely reasonable. Diagnostics are accurate and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. My husband works out of town and this is the second time I got a nail in my tire. Both times they have squeezed me in, fixed my tire and they are super helpful! I would highly recommend! Saved me a HUGE amount of money! Wilcoxson Buick GMC said I needed $1800 of work done on my front end before they could do the alignment. Since my truck is only 3 years old, I went to D&W for a second opinion. Walked out of there with a very reasonable $79 bill for the alignment and assurance there was nothing wrong with my front end! They adjusted one wheel and all was good. Blew a radiator coming into town. They were awesome!!! Had the car ready in ~24 hours!!! I highly recommend them, as did everyone I talked to in the town. If they weren t 750 miles from my house I would use them for all my autos. Thanks guys.

Our daughter is going to school in Colorado. She had a mishap with her car but since we live in another part of the country, we were unable to assist her. We called D & W Services and they provided us with the contact number of a towing service that could transport our daughter s car to them. The car was assessed and we were called prior to any work being done to the car. Once we learned the extent of the damage to the car,we were able to make a decision on the next course of action. Communication was outstanding. Deanna (not sure if I spelled this correctly) and Wayne were extremely helpful and congenial and their assistance in this inconvenience was much appreciated.

Went to them today with my Nissan Frontier stuck in 4x4 low after a trip up Hermit pass. They diagnosed and fixed the issues in no time flat. They are extremely honest, since I was stuck between a rock and a hard place with a broken truck 2 hours from home. Unbelievably reasonable rates. Would highly recommend them if you need any auto repair in Westcliffe.

Wanted to say thank you so much for everyone's help on 9/18/19. I'm from DFW, TX and was far from home. I had a wheel fall off my trailer and messed up my axle. D & W Services tried everything to get me back on the road. They exceeded their help in my situation. I wanted personally thank and recommend this company. Two reasons: competent and capable servicing a variety of vehicles in a small mountain community in Colorado. 2: They are community and public service supportive. They do service and repair on the Custer County Search and Rescue team vehicles. They prioritize getting team vehicles back in service.

Finding a good mechanic is not easy , finding one that can get it done on time and not break the bank even better. I've been having work done on my vehicle's for several years can't say enough good things about D&W, you couldn't find a better honest repair shop, and they save on another of commuting to get it done.
