BOY! Did I get lucky!!! Just by shear luck, my travel trailer components starting breaking down while visiting Jackson Lake in Colorado. Furnace went out with 45 temps outside and water pump began running all night and never building enough pressure to disengage.I did the usual Google search and found Nathan s was the nearest and had OUTSTANDING reviews on Google. Not only did he show up to fix the furnace, we quickly discovered multiple issues with water damaged controllers. Nathan came out 3-times to take care of the problem and educated me throughout the whole process about my newly purchased TT. While we waited for the new control panel to arrive, Nathan loaned us a thermostat so we could still run our furnace at night and AC during the day. What a lifesaver!Nathan s has impressed me so much, I am driving back out here in 2-weeks to have him remove the outdoor kitchen and rear bunks to make room for my home office. His prices and professional services are beyond compare.I live in Houston, TX and can honestly say I would drive back to Nathan s for all of my repairs. If you are within 300-miles of Weldona, CO you NEED to let Nathan service all of your RV repairs and remodels! Schedule with him and then drive out to Lake Jackson State Park to stay for a couple of nights while your RV repairs are completed. You won t meet a more friendly and honest person than Nathan. If things had to go wrong with a newly purchased 2018 TT, I m grateful it happened here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

I'd recommend Nathan's RV Service over any other options in Northern CO. Before we went to Nathan I had even towed my Solitude 5th wheel up to Wyoming on the assumption (and hope) that a dealer would provide good service... well, that trip isn't happening again! The services we had Nathan perform were quite diverse, ranging from winterizing, repairing a cracked flex water line, re-aligning one of our largest slides and even replacing the bottom slide seal. Nathan's quote was quite reasonable and the only "issue" we had was with parts delivery which was out of his control and honestly wasn't a problem for us since we didn't have any travel plans for the winter. Nathan really impressed me though when we picked the rig up with the time he spent explaining everything that had been done and answering questions. That was also such a contrast to dealers who have just handed me the keys (after I paid of course) and then pointed to where my rig was. Oh, and I forgot to mention that Nathan took the time to pull my lead acid batteries out and store them in his shop while we waited for the parts from Grand Design. Seriously I've not had this level of customer service from any RV service shop in NoCo.

Nathan and his team are wonderful. Nathan installed my electrical system and sky light in my van last fall just in time for me to use my heater for the winter. Prices were reasonable and service was exceptional. He updated me along every step of the way and completed the project within my deadline. He gave me a comprehensive walk through when I picked up my van, and took time to answer all my questions. I couldn t believe how tidy all the electrical looked - he even installed heaters around my batteries that turn on automatically if the inside of my van drops below a certain temp. I highly recommend Nathan s to anybody looking to get work done on their van since van conversion companies are charging an arm and a leg for services with the rise of vanlife. Thanks so much Nathan!!

Nathan s came recommended by Battleborn Batteries in Utah as the local Colorado installer for Battleborn s LI Victron solar system. I had 800 watts installed in my Class B Sprinter. The install included 4 panels, 4 batteries and inverter and racks to secure the components. The install took a few weeks but the results are amazing. If I have full sun, I can run Microwave, toaster, hair dryer - even the AC!Nathan did an excellent job and the team stayed in touch with me as it went along. Well worth the wait.

Nathan was absolutely amazing with our camper claim! Communication and customer service was amazing! Unfortunately our camper was a total loss but would definitely use Nathan again in the future if we get another camper!!

While passing thru Fort Collins, had the need for an RV repair shop. The weld holding my hydraulic unit broke, letting the unit fall and it was hanging by the wiring. Nathan's repaired the weld, and added an extra brace, and made it better than new, at a very fair price. Plus, all the employees were very friendly!!

We were in a bind when our trailer needed an emergency fix due to a cracked water tank drainage valve. The friendly staff here was so generous (even when they had to work on hot asphalt on a 100 degree day), took care of us quickly and made sure our pups had fresh, cool water while we waited. So grateful for their skillful help!

Almost seems redundant to add my 5 star rating to the huge list that are already here, but good work and good people deserve to be recognized. Our Norcold 1210 fridge, that we had replaced less than 2 years ago (at a cost of just over $5,000!!!) died on us once again in June. The manufacturer- big surprise- was absolutely zero help, with their factory warranty being a whopping ONE year. Clearly Norcold has no interest in backing their product and now I see why.But I digress. The point is that I called Nathan s and he and Savannah helped me arrange for a MUCH more reliable and cost effective repair, as opposed to just replacing the entire unit- again. (Who can afford to spend $10,000 on refrigerators in two years?!?!).Specifically, they worked with a dealer in Indiana who sells custom built cooling units for this brand of RV fridge. These units are of a far better design and quality than the factory built units and come with a standard THREE year warranty that can be extended to SIX years for a nominal cost.So- Nathan s worked diligently with the supplier to order and have the unit shipped from IN to CO. Unfortunately, this was all taking place around the 4th of July weekend, so there were a few delays in the order fulfillment and shipping process. Since we were trying to coordinate the repair with other service appointments and our travel plans (we are full time RVers) Nathan not only expedited the repair, but even drove to the FedEx distribution center himself to pickup the unit when the shipping date got pushed back several days!!Once I was at the shop, it was immediately obvious how experienced, skilled and knowledgeable Nathan was. He got to work right away and was done with a very thorough and high quality repair by the end of the day. I drove away with a fully functional fridge and the unit has been working great ever since. His pricing for both the part and the service was more than reasonable, and we ended up with a trustworthy repair at less than half the cost of another entire fridge from Norcold of VERY doubtful quality.Nathan (and Savannah) were a genuine pleasure to work with.I even got to have a lovely visit with Kelly Ann while sipping lemonade on the porch and waiting for the repair to be done.We don t reside full time in CO, but I would definitely go to Nathan s for all my repair needs if we did. WELL worth the trip to Weldona. Thanks for all you do!!

Traveling thru Fort Collins and had a serious slide issue. We were seen immediately by two great guys who quickly fixed our problem and had us back on the road in less than half an hour. Super friendly folks here, provided us with valuable info. We would and will literally drive down from Montana just to have them work on our camper.5 big stars!

A fantastic company to work with. I recommend them completely. They did several repairs for us and did quality work. We ended up taking our camper to them after we had a horrible experience with RV Doctor - who ended up causing $280 of damage to our camper during their "repair". Go to Nathan's - they are well worth doing business with.

Our first RV. Our first road trip. Our first water pump failure!!! Out with the family on our maiden RV adventure and two hours into it, our water pump dies on us! By chance it was was Nathan's RV.Cannot say enough good things about this ship. Nathan was super nice to help us out, and seemed more than thrilled to do so. During the repair, Jake (the technician) also caught a clamp was leaking, so he fixed that as well.We shows up with no appointment, and got our repair done in an hour. And everyone there was just awesome, from the front office to the technician, to the owner.Bottom Line: You will not be let down by this place, and highly recommend them!!!! Oh, and their dogs are great too!Thank You, Nate, and to the entire team at Nathan's RV!

Nathan and his staff were professional and knowledgable from the first interaction! I was looking to upgrade my batteries and inverter, Nathan and his team walked me through the process in great detail with pricing upfront. Their work was fantastic even going so far as to build a case for my batteries that allow for easy removal and storage. I have had no complaints from the work completed and have recommended several people to Nathan's. I will return in the future for additional work and service!Services: Electrical, Battery

Nathan's RV is by far the best RV repair shop I have ever encountered. Communication from Bria and Nathan was timely and informative. The work done was in a timely manner and the cost was what I expected. The entire experience was pleasant and I would not hesitate to use this business again.

I had only 1 AC unit in a travel trailer that was large enough that 2 were required to cool properly in very hot climates. I talked to Nate and he gave me the options to fix this issue. I went with the option to convert from 30 amp to 50 amp in order to add a second AC unit. I knew this was a very involved process but totally trusted Nate based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. Nate did an outstanding job in a very timely manner and the price was definitely worth it. Although I live 70 miles from his business I will continue to use his services without hesitation. If you want quality work at a fair price then I highly recommend Nathan s RV Service & Repair.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Two weeks into a six-week road trip and I ripped my roof and caused other damage. Nathan s was the closest service, so we gave it a try. Bria and Nathan worked us in and got us back on the road the same day. They were kind, accommodating and also gave us ideas on how to kill time while waiting for the trailer work to get done. These people are ROCK STARS in my opinion. Thanks!

Bria in the front office and Nathan the owner are absolutely the best. I have had my class A motor home into them many times for different repairs. The quality of work is always excellent and the pricing fair. We are very fortunate to have them here in Ft. Collins. I will never bring my RV to anyone else.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We were from out of state and Nathan's was able to get us in and out in one day. They were able to quickly fix an electrical cord that was pinched which caused our lights on the trailer to not operate. Nathan himself came out to help us. He also helped my husband figure out that he blew a fuse in the truck and which one needed to be replaced. We were able to get our trailer back same day to have somewhere to sleep and were able to be on our way safely to our next destination.Service: Electrical

I was recommended to Nathan's RV Service by BattleBorn Batteries. I brought my Airstream Sprinter Van for a complete Lithium and Solar upgrade so we can go off grid. Bria, provided exceptional communication and Nathan designed the system. Bria ordered all the parts and systems needed for the install. She actually provided a photo of the pallet when it arrived. I never had to reach out as I was always updated. Truly amazing service. Nathan performed an elegant and beautiful install. Providing 400Amp Hours of Lithium and 400W's of solar power. This changed the way we camp. What a difference. When I had problem with the batteries failing to charge from the alternator, Nathan quickly solved the problem and provided an easy fix that I should have caught. He did it with a smile, patience and didn't charge me for the visit. I can not recommend Nathan and his staff enough.Services: Electrical, Battery

Nathan and his staff have worked on my RV 4 times during the past 2 years. Each time I have brought my RV in, they have been very helpful and professional. They always diagnose the problem quickly and I have never had an issue with their repairs. Their timelines have been great for my schedule and their prices have always been very reasonable and fair. Other places I have brought my RV to, I always felt like I was being taken advantage of. I have never felt this way at Nathans. I HIGHLY recommend Nathans for any RV issues. He is very friendly, fair and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for!

Wow did I hit the jackpot with Nathan s RV! I bought a used vintage camper and had no clue what to do next. I called Nathan s and I knew after talking on the phone that they enjoyed what they do. I had a thorough inspection of my travel trailer and they documented everything that could be improved or fixed on it. The estimate was broken down by material and labor. I had the choice to pick and choose what definitely needed repaired and what was important to me. I chose to have the whole list done and feel like I have an awesome new used camper. The quality of work that they did and seeing the final result made me extremely happy! Jack was very good at communicating to me what was going on with the repairs and I was invited to stop by anytime to see the progress. They even went to the extra effort of surprising me with a graphic on the rock shield of the camper that had busted out. When I did pick it up they spent as much time as I needed to go over all the wonderful work they did and even explain to me (a novice) how things worked. With going blindly into my new camping/trailer venture I feel so fortunate to know I have Nathan s RV to help me out with anything I may need! Like I said, I hit the jackpot with this caring and professional RV business!!

These people are AMAZING! They are fair, a good value, and honest. And when I say honest, they are honest...Nathan told me straight up, If you want to off road the way you do, sell this and get something else or you are going to destroy it . I appreciate that level of honesty. They are super accommodating when I want to pick up the RV and use it while we are still waiting for parts. Bria has wonderful customer service skills! I will ONLY use Nathan s to repair my RV as I continue to off-road :-)Service: Body & Trim

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! We were promised a brand new camper once they were done fixing everything that had been broke after the tip over of our camper. Our camper welds are breaking on the frame, walls are leaking, tail lights are still broken, dents everywhere along the side it was tipped over on, cabinets are still uneven and falling through and the cracks in our ceiling and floors are still very noticeable. They gave us an estimate to have everything redone at the best quality they could provide. They failed to deliver that promise! Nathans RV Service & Repair put our family at risk with poor quality work. They sent us down the road with a camper that was as dangerous as it was when we first delivered it to them, to be restored and fixed properly. On top of the thousands of dollars we gave them upfront to fix it all, they want to charge us again to fix the problems that should have already been fixed. For the sake of your sanity and safety of your loved ones DO NOT bring any of your belongs that need fixed to this corporation.

We brought our RV to Nathan s after being given the run around with another, bigger chain, RV repair shop. Nathan gave us an honest opinion and was very patient with us when dealing with both our manufacturer and insurance company. Nathan s is truly a 5-Star shop with wonderful customer service and perfect craftsmanship. Thank you Nathan! His secretary Allison was also very pleasant to work with and always had a smile on her face.

STOP! Do not go anywhere else but here for your service! I had an EXCELLENT experience with Nathan's. I stopped in at 4pm on a Thursday just to see if they could take a look at my brakes. They dropped everything and had my trailer in to fix two electric brake magnets the next day. Work was done perfectly and at an affordable and fair rate. Great family business that does not mess around and takes your safety seriously. Thanks A BUNCH for being good people!

My wife and I had a fender bender with our RV over our summer vacation around the 4th ofJuly, and our fresh water connection had been ripped off of the side, and we were faced with having no fresh water during the remainder of our trip for showers, etc. We called Nathan from Cheyenne, and rather than leaving for the day like most RV services, they waited till we could get there, then promptly replaced the connection! He and his wife were friendly, kind, professional, and charged a reasonable rate! I highly recommend their services, wether traveling, or in the Ft. Collins area!

We have used Nathan's RV Repair Service on several occasions and each time it has been easy and fast. If you have had an RV or camper for any amount of time, then you know how hard it is to get any place to get your rig in quickly and with reasonable costs. The best thing about Nathan is that he is always up front with you, if he can't get it done quickly, he will let you know, if he can't do something, he will let you know. I wish he also had an auto shop, because just like a good trust worthy mechanic, a good RV repair shop is worth it's weight in gold...and Nathan's shop is 24 karat.

I brought my RV to Nathan's primarily to have it winterized, but I also wanted to discuss a water leak within the vehicle. I knew Nathan was busy, so I did not expect that he would have time to troubleshoot the leaks. Nathan not only serviced the vehicle, but identified multiple leaks within my fresh water system. Nathan made time to repair my RV and within two days he had received all of the necessary parts, repaired the leaks, and I was on my way. Beside the fact Nathan serviced my vehicle so quickly, I was amazed with his craftsmanship. There was little evidence that he even worked on the vehicle let alone dismantled part of the wall. Nathan is now my first choice in RV service and repair.

We had a great experience this spring for a tune up and then had a perfect 3 week trip. At the start of the next trip we discovered electrical problems as we were leaving! We called Nathan and he took us right in and troubleshooted our problem so that we were on the road good as new in an hour. We were very impressed with Nathan's all around knowledge and Allison in the office was so wonderful. Thank you so much!!

We had a tire tread separation on our travel trailer which broke a propane fitting. Nathan got us taken care of quickly and efficiently, working us in to his busy schedule. We were back on the road home in no time. They were so nice and helpful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their RV serviced.

Nathan s RV just saved my vacation and possibly a lot more. I am traveling across the US on an extended trip with my new trailer. The place I originally bought it from set me up with a hitch system that was not heavy enough for my unit. I was swaying side to side very badly. I stopped in to Nathan s RV and explained my plight. As busy as they were, they were very gracious to find time for me, as they really were concerned about us. Once they fixed us up, we were able to continue on our journey, safely this time. They are truly the best in the West!
