TRUCKERS BE WARNEDThis company only lies to its customers saying they are coming out when according to the poor dispatcher she can't even get ahold of anyone. But she's not allowed to say no. I had to burn my clock just sitting. I was charged to sit all night to have someone finally show up in the morning to tell me they couldn't even help. All the good reviews on her are done by employees and the owner himself. Shouldn't use your own Google accounts to make reviews.

Well my personal opinion is that they are over priced and very unorganized . It took the mechanic 2.5 hrs to cut and splice 1 airline. They charged me for drive time and mileage plus parts and labor. I ve been doing this a long time and have never been bent over like this. $995.48 to fix 1 airline and 29 miles plus an hr of drive time!!!!!

Was stuck on side of the road called them they had me up and running in a reasonable amount of time staff was friendly and respectful techs gave me good advice dispatch was super friendly and helpful and answered on time

A simple 15min diesel dosser nozzle cleaning ended with damaged parts,(snapped a new bolt during reassembly) more damage to bigger parts, culminating with the owner "James" abandoning me and my truck with no advisory direction. Now forced to call his competitor to come fix the incompetentcy and damage caused by Safe Assist. The minute a job gets difficult, you will be abandoned and left worse off then when the job started. Shameful way to do business. Time and part replacement is all is needed.

Johnny the mechanic came out to assist. One of the best mechanic I ever came across. I wish every company had a Johnny. Best service ever. He actually likes what he does. Called road side service for a Starter replacement, Technician came out to look at it and stated that they could not do anything because it was getting dark and that we would have to wait until the morning. Came out next morning and worked on the started for "11 hours", Tech stated that the bolts where too tight for him and that they needed to be torched off all in all i got a $2900 bill for a $450 dollar started. NEVER AGIN WILL I USE SAFE ASSIST. I don't recommend that anyone does. Take it to the dealership and save your self a couple grand by not calling this company. Oh they put on a used tire as well I forgot to mention that. What a joke!

They were fast and efficient. My auto troubles had me in a weird bind. They came out quick and accurately helped me to get going.

Today 05/12/2021)I call them for a tire service, they told me $350 for a brand new Cooper tire including installation and I send my driver to their place, at that moment there was nobody there and when the guy came back 45 minutes later, they told to my driver that the tire price it s going to be $500.00My driver ask the price to install the spare that I have on the trailer and they told him $145.00I call back the guy who answer the phone and he just say, I m sorry.Very bad and disrespectful serviceService: Tires

I ran out of fuel and called for them to bring me some so I could get home. They said they would help. Eight hours later no one came to help. I flagged someone down the help me get some fuel and I made it home. I was in Watkins, CO at the 292 mile marker.

These guys are the best. Repaired my unit with no problems. And the price was exactly what they quoted me.
