We were desperate. We were traveling east on Colorado State HWY 160 and between LA Veta and Wallsenberg with a destination of Aurora. All of a sudden we sense a slight jerk, amd no power steering in our 2008 Chev Silverado HD diesel truck! First we called Daniel's, got a flat NO! Not a note of sympathy. Those Jasmine radio commercials must be keeping them super busy. The second call was a MAYBE but we would have to leave the truck with them. Have you ever tried to find a car rental agency in Wallenberg?Our savior was Seth @ Ole Reliable. He greeted us with a smile and sympathy. After waiting for parts delivery, it took thereabouts 1.5 hours to replace the siezed pulleys and serpentine belt. Back on the road we went. Thank you Seth for saving the day!

Broke down in Walsenburg on a long drive after business hours. Ol Reliable made it easy to leave my car there, mail the car key, and handle all communication and transactions remotely. It was a big relief!

Driving through on a move and noticed a tire on our U-Haul trailer had a leak. U-Haul would take a long time to get to us.. so we just stopped and asked if they did tire patching. Seth immediately helped us out and within 15 mins we were fixed and on the road again! Super friendly, great service and recommend 100 percent!! Thank you Seth!!!

The guys at Ol Reliable Towing and Repair are awesome! Fred took on our broken work trailer even when he was fully booked. Seth fixed the hubs and helped with a few more little issues our trailer was having. We are from out of town and felt stranded but these guys helped us out and kept us on schedule for our next job. They were super knowledgeable and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. We highly recommend giving them your business.

I really can't say enough about this place. We were down in Walsenburg and had an issue with our rig while towing our camper. They were amazing, solid folks! Their hospitality and help was above and beyond! Turned a stressful event in to a breeze. I can't even find the words to express my appreciation to them. I'll think of them everytime I drive through Walsenburg now and will probably even call to say say hi .You don't find many folks like them these days. Thank you again!

These guys towed and fixed me up after a rabbit took out my radiator and AC condenser in the middle of the night outside town. Parts prices were a little high, but I'm super thankful they were able to get them delivered from Denver and installed within 24 hours regardless of the cost. The work they did lasted until my car died [for good] 2.5 years later. If you are stuck in a bind like I was, do not hesitate to give them a call!

We woke this poor man up in the middle of the night to help our niece who was stuck on the side of the road with her family. He didn't even waiver & went to pick them up!He towed them to his garage to help charge their battery & honestly cared about their safety.I wish more people were this honest and caring! Thank you!
