We bought a car from Brandon at phil long. It was a great experience. We did most of the paperwork online and they delivered the vehicle to us. This is the 2ed vehicle we have bought. I would 100% recommend.

The staff was fantastic. My sales person was Brandon and he made sure all my questions were answered and was very friendly. Also Dan, Mark, Mike, Joel and whoever else I may be forgetting were all very helpful. I would recommend going to this dealer ship for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They were not high pressure otherwise I would have walked out. They treat you the way that we should be treated. I felt relieved when I left there. I have gotten several phone calls from them since I left thedealership. They were all terrific. I would go back to them again.

After waiting almost a month for a mass air flow sensor to arrive, I drove to NM. To get the part myself. Which was in stock at Auto Zone. I Installed the part myself and went to get a refund on the on order part from Phil Long, only to be told that the part had just arrived . A miracle, seeing it arrived today, after multiple requests for a status update with no response for almost a month!!! Since it was special ordered I was told it could not be refunded. This is after I paid for the part which I was told would be in in a couple of days, on Jan 17th. Today is February the 14th. And supposedly it just arrived at the dealership this morning before 9:30So if anyone needs a remanufactured mass airflow sensor for the same price you can get a new one at AutoZone with a lifetime warranty, please let me knowTo top it all off my previous negative review seems to have been deleted. Thanks for the outstandingly poor customer service. .

What can I say about the customer service I received at Phil Long Ford on Trinidad.. I'm a Pueblo residentSophia was so amazing sweet and very helpful showing each car that we wanted to see. When it can time to financing the car Joel was so good at answering all the questions and giving me the best deal he could and promising to fix some things on the new vehicle at a later time..Mike who was so helpful with setting up my new cars features and guiding us through it all. Dishonest and shady sales practices! Lied during sales process and will say anything to get a sale. I purchased from here and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.I would not buy from them again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.FIVE MONTHS after sale, they came back and asked for an additional $4k above the already $20k agreed to with sales and finance manager there and paid at the time of sale.BUYER BEWARE.

Took my Jeep in for a free tire rotation. Has 19,000 miles. I paid for balancing while there as I ask for them to balance. My Jeep is a diesel so I run 37 psi in front and 35 psi in the rear tires. After I got home and headed on a trip the next day I went into the dash monitor to check tire pressure and it was reversed. That tells me they never checked the tire pressure. I was told while the Jeep was there they check all fluids and brakes. I even told the nice lady at the service desk we were headed out of state the next day. I can t believe that asking to pay extra for balancing and they never checked the tire pressure.Unfortunate as I planned on using them to do all my work. I also ask about a leveling kit and they said the service manager would call me the next day with a quote, never received a call. I will take to another dealer to have the kit installed.

I had an inductive clean out done on my vehicle, and it appears they did a good job. The service center personnel We're very professional, and friendly. My vehicle is a 1999 Mercury Mystic and will take it a few days to iron out the problems a future blockage. Thank you very much

I was very pleased, the way I was treated. I went to Trinidad Sunday, it rained, I did not have a good wiper on the driver's side, very dangerous, I purchased them today, I paid 52.00 . This should not of been over looked.

I ve Had nothing but outstanding Service. What I like most about their service is the smiles when I m greeted. Also before any work is done they show me things that are missing. And should be replaced.immediately. They give me the options to replace it now or later. No other dealer does that. Keep up the good work! And thank you! DEMI, ANTHONY. And the MOPAR Mechanic that worked on my JEEP. I will get his name next time I m there. ! Oh by the way my Jeep has More Power and RUNS smooth. Thanks again!

Michael and the manager are the biggest liars! The day after I bought my 2019 Dodge Journey in April 2022 I took it back to this dealership because I found out that one of my struts was leaking hydraulic fluid. The Manager said they would replace it if I leave an awesome review on google! They needed to order the part and would call when it was there. I really tried giving them time, I waited and waited then called In September 2022 and talked to Michael about it, his words were wow really they never called you? I said no one has and he said I ll call you back I m going to try to see what happened. A week went by and I called again asking if Michael was available to talk to and the person said yes I ll transfer you to his line. It went to Voicemail so I left a message. Still nothing! It s now February 2023 almost 1 year later and because I waited I ended up with all 4 struts blown out and had to get a credit card for emergency repairs! Costing me 2500 to fix everything! They will tell you whatever they can just to get you out the door!!!! Thank you so much for screwing me over!!!!!! So here s the awesome review I said I would leave!

As a first time buyer it was a nerve wrecking process however, Angelica is a wonderful sales woman and she has excellent costumer service. she was able to get my Family into a nice, comfortable, reliable vehicle that fit my budget as well as my preferences.

The service manager (I believe his name is Wayne) and the service advisor Demi were able to diagnosis the problem quickly, order the part, have it overnighted for the next day and get me in the road by noon the following day. Kudos to the team!

I was passing through the area with my F450 and RV on the way to S. Dakota. They were nice enough to work my truck in for a diesel oil change and a safety "look over." Thanks for the quick service!

Oil change took over 2.5 hours with appointment. Also had tires rotated and ask for 80psi in the rear tire pressure was 70psi front and rear. I bought 2 2.5 gal of def I ask for them to be put in the back of truck parts guy said he would put it in. Well when I finally picked up truck they wanted to charge me $10 I looked in the back of the truck for unused def, not there when I ask they said it took all of it. Well the def was only down half and would not take 5 gal.service manager gave me a half of gal. I should of put it in myself. Overall I just felt Phil was trying to get over. I have bought 3 vehicles from Phil long and have my service done at Phil long. Bottom line you lost a customer, was it worth it.

ON 7/10/23 My 2018 3500 had issues, CALLED AND TALKED WITH A OUTSTANDING YOUNG LADY NAMED DEMMI, THERE WAS NO HESITATION ,SHE CALLED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY,MADE ME A APPOINTMENT QUICKLY, ON MY APPOINTMENT I WAS HANDLE VERY POLITELY AND COUREOUSLY AND QUICK, AND I'M FROM OUT OF STATE, PHIL LONG YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF DEMMI AND ALL THE CREW THAT WAS WORKING THAT DAY, THEY REALLY MADE THE DEALERSHIP LOOK OUTSTANDING ANYBODY TRAVELING THRU TRINIDAD COLORADO AND HAS A PROBLEM,DONT HESITATE.A SPECIAL THANKS TO DEMMI AND THE CREW.

Gives one price changes price at signing added 3000+now they say in their response that the initial offer did not include taxes but it did the price was out the door I did buy the same car at Pueblo jeep for the same price they thought that I would accept the increase but salesman agreed they went up at closing of deal
