Used the tow service today as I had broken down in Walsenburg at the Love's.. my Freightliner had developed a bad wobble in the harmonic balancer as well as a coolant leak.. I had to wait about 4 hours because they were on another tow call but once they arrived they had me hooked up in no time and towed it to the Trans West in Fountain.. no complaints other than the wait which I understand..

This tow service was excellent. They showed up on time and told me with no problems. My driver Paul was courteous and professional. If you ever break down and give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed

We used this tow company last Friday morning at 2am when our truck broke down. They were prompt and their driver was super friendly and helpful. They towed our truck and trailer we were pulling and let us know very quickly that they couldn't fix our truck. When we came to pick up our truck they helped us load it on our trailer which wasn't easy because the truck wasn't running. They were also extremely reasonable on their price for everything. Can't thank them enough for their kindness, we were 9 hours away from home and they helped make things easier for us.

I was in a bad spot and they helped me out towing my truck all the way to Colorado Springs. Very nice and professional service. I hope I don't need your service again but if I do I know who to call. Thanks

Outstanding service , very fair price. Called for service today in Des moines, they have repaired truck on spot whereas in my experience other would have towed it.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing the M&M services on few occasions. Paul and the team are always very professional and responsive. On one occasion my F350 super duty ranch and water truck required towing and new starter installed. They picked up the truck from my house within one hour and had a new starter installed within a day. Today i discovered my 40 motor home with a flat on the rear duel tire. Tire was off the bead. I called and in less than a hour Keith was on site and professionally and rapidly had the tire repaired at a very reasonable price. I am located at remote location in Del Auga Canyon but that didn t matter to the M&M team. Being a family owned business with great ties to the community makes doing business with them even better. They re always awesome customer service and support is amazing and something that is harder and harder to find these days. Highly recommend M&M for any and all your automotive repair needs. Absolute lifesavers! My transmission went out during a cross country road trip and we were stranded between Trinidad and La Junta late in the evening. M & M was there as quickly as I imagine possible and the driver was so helpful and accommodating with the situation. He waited with us while a sheriff s deputy could arrive to help transport my family and dog back into town, and he even drove the rig to a hotel before dropping it off at the repair facility so we could have all of our bags! I m a so truly great full for the assistance tonight! Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart!

This truck repair shop is one of the best and most professional place I've ever visited ,I used to get ripped off by truck repair shops but M&M was totally the opposite they were fast honest and reliable and their prices are reasonable.

The owner Paul showed up and towed my truck to his shop and replaced the broken u bolts on rear rear axle . They were very nice people to deal with and the price was very fair including tow bill. I highly recommend this business if you ever have a break down.Super nice people to work with. JR, Paul and the dude at the front desk were amazing! They had to replace most of the brakes in one hub and clean one hell of a mess because of a blown hub seal. In and out in under 3 hours! GREAT JOB FOLKS!

Last year in April my Air lines froze up on exit 34 going south bound I-25. Gave them a call if they can check out my problem, they told me if I make it in with this bad weather. So I took my tractor brakes outta adjustment and drove their. Paul if I remember right took the time to explain to me why I froze up due to an air line leak. He also showed me how to unfreeze them if it happened to me again, since I had an Air dryer with me he also replaced it. The price was reasonable. Thank you very much. Charged us 2500$ for a 1400$ part. **In reply to the response** we ended up purchasing the part directly from the dealer (where I'm sure you guys would have purchased it) so, I don't know how you could have better quality. You said you guys charge 20%, so how do you get $2,500 from $1,500?? 20% is $300!! We also paid $700 for a 5 mile tow.. so drivers, don't break down in Trinidad,Co.

M&M skillfully and carefully extracted our van out of a ditch. Upon arrival he wisely saw the fuel tank was pinned against ditch and took a precautionary step preventing a potential HASMAT disaster - Wise Move!Efficient- knew PRECISELY what to do, had a 4WD tow truck, and worked it like a surgeon's scalpel. Courteous. Friendly. Safe. In hindsight I should have called immediately, but I tried to do it myself wasting hours and even worse making it worse.

Frustrated as I've used them A LOT over the years, but lately something has changed. I've waited over a month to get a quote on repairs to my vehicle and every time I call to inquire, I get told someone is going to call me back and then I never hear back. Not going to chase someone to try and give them my money.Time to look for a new mechanic I guess. Edit to address response: I can understand being busy and spacing off a customer once, however I called literally every week for 5 weeks to inquire about the quote. Each time I was told someone would call me back and nobody ever did. Think you have more issues in your office than just being busy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you M and M Auto Service. Great service, professional, prompt, friendly, no hassle atmosphere. My truck would start but not stay running for more than a few seconds. M and M got my truck in quickly and made the repairs in a timely manner. My Ford Ranger is running perfectly now. Again thank you M and M.

Had a blown tire on my semi. I called and got a quote on repair and service call. They said would be at least an hour but to my astonishment they arrived way sooner and completed my tire repair in a very reasonable time. The charge for the service call, tire, and repair was exactly as quoted on the phone. The service charge and repair charge was I felt extremely reasonable. Price of the tire was slightly higher than average but I would have no problem recommending this company and I will be using them again if the need ever arises.Service: Tires

I really can t say enough good about this company! From Liz, Chrissy, JR, Jordan, Mickey, to every other employee I cannot name they were extremely helpful in a stressful situation! My wife Lynette was stranded 7 hours away from home with a bad transmission, first off they came within good time to rescue her from side of road and get her safely to a motel and taking care of diagnosing car! Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, understanding, professional! JR advised us honestly on the best and safe way to get the car home! He even went so far as to cut us a deal on the purchase of a tow dolly, which he didn t have to do, because he knew we were far from home and stressed! These employees and this company should be in every town USA! Can t say enough good about them except 10 stars! Feel like we know them now and if we get that way again I would never hesitate to call! Water pump went out on new truck so I hit assist button and M&M was dispatched to come get me. Steven showed up in excellent time, even with me being 140 miles away. He was very professional and courteous he got my truck to dealer, and even offered to wait with me until my wife could pick me up so I could stay warm in tow truck. Would recommend 10/10 service

The mechanic Paul was is very rough and unrespectable. We are did wait him 08/09/22 at Russel s Truck & Travel Center. He gives estimate $700-$800 and moved our appointment to next day, 8am. Next day he arrived about 9am, and after done repair, charged $1200 for previous estimated job.?!Truckers, avoiding this company, this company practice angry pricing and not respecting customers.

Excellent service. Both the dispatcher and the tow truck driver were very friendly and helpful with getting to where we needed to go. Being from out of state, traveled 15 hours and got stuck in a snow storm 40 miles from Trinidad only to have the car pack with snow and overheat. They arrived at a very timely manner regarding the road conditions, distance and late night hours. They were also very reasonably priced, I have no complaints. Thank you M & M

Excellent service.... But here's the deal, when I talked to their dispatch I found out there was an extra charge to also tow our trailer that was behind our broken down vehicle. This additional charge wasn't a big deal, but because I was dealing with a vehicle break down I acted like a jerk on the phone when the dispatcher. She handled it very professionally, and after JR showed up to tow the vehicle I felt bad about it. JR did an outstanding job and over all we received great, timely, and professional service. I'd highly recommend M&M Towing.

Sorry to say but I always heard good things about m&m but we dropped our truck off months ago and informed them I need the truck as it is going to be my work truck . They changed out the exhaust system pretty quick but now moving to electrical progress has slowed to a screeching hault! I have called no joke 6 + times and have been told each time "i will go talk to Chris the mechanic and get more info" they NEVER call back. I had to cancel a flight to Colorado because they missed a deadline and now won't give any info .. I've been given two separate dates that it would be completed and both times have failed to meet deadline.. I really hate to leave a bad review especially since you still have my truck but hopefully we can edit this review to something more positive in the future..Services: Exhaust, Electrical

I came across M & M after my car broke down, but fortunately for me, it was in the area where this marvelous repair shop was located. My fellow passengers and I felt very comfortable waiting for the car to be looked at, and owner Cristine and Ana would make sure we were comfortable and helped up find a motel to stay at, made our reservations, and gave us phone numbers for where we could eat.Frank, the mechanic, exhausted all efforts to let me know what was wrong with the car and explained everything in full detail (to someone not too car saavy). He made sure I understood all my options and discussed what I should/could do.My car ended up staying there for two months, and I had full peace of mind knowing it was in their hands. They dealt with my pain in the rear warranty service with incredible patience, while I focused on my university work. They maintained contact regularly to update me on any new status of my vehicle.M & M might be a business, but they are a business to be proud of, because people are their first and most important priority. After my experience I consider them family and thank them incredibly for their service.

While pulling our 5th wheel camper my Gmc duramax experienced a clogged exhaust filter coming out of New Mexico on Raton Pass and put me into limp mode. We managed to reach the summit somehow and got into the campground there for the night. First thing in the morning we limped/coasted down the hill into Trinidad and to M&M. We arrived before hours and waited for someone to show up. The first lady to get into work came out and asked what was the problem and said they would help us out. She assigned us to Chris the tech and he got right on it. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly and soon had us back on the road. Our experience with M&M was first rate and we highly recommended them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I wanted to give them 5 stars, because they were very nice and the service guys were great. Unfortunately I can t do to the fact that they charged me $175 to drive 2 miles to jump my RV so I could drive it to their shop. Had I known they were going to gouge me that much I would ve called AAA. $175 to jump a vehicle that is going to your shop for $800+ in repairs is a little too greedy. The other thing I had issue with was that they wanted to charge me an additional $70 to clear the error codes on the RV that I just paid them over $800 to fix. For those who don t know, clearing error codes takes all of 5 minutes. Thank God the mechanic said something before he did it. Part of fixing the problem should be making sure the error codes are cleared so the idiot light isn t on anymore. I ll use the $70 towards buying a diagnostic scanner code reader and clear it myself. You can buy them online for $100.Overall the service was great, but they are way overpriced. I would try another place if I ever need assistance in the area again.
