Matt, Frankie, and Ceasar helped with my 2000 excursion. These guys were amazing and customer service is on point! A big thanks to the guys in the back that put in the work, our family feels much safer thanks to you guys keep up the good work!

From ordering needed tires, setting up appointment, service being done, Carlos and Levi were amazing. My service dog didn't want out of the car so she got to hangout with vehicle while being serviced, and got extra pets, made her extra happy. Price, quality, and customer service is always great here, definitely a repeat customer!

I went to big O for a tie rod replacement and ended up needing a full front end service on my 2001 mercury sable, Carlos the GM was very accommodating to my needs and very cordial with his service. Matthew also helped me out when Carlos wasn't there. Something had happened with my car parts being late however it was no fault of the actual repair shop, Rome wasn't built in a day and I wasn't worried about it but Carlos gave me a free oil change for the inconvenience anyway. Wonderful service, a week later and my car drives like a dream. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.

Came in mid morning with a low trailer tire - I m on an 1800 mile trip.They got right on it and before I could finish a supply run they had me ready to go with a new tire!!!Awesome service from friendly, helpful folks.Ronnie Oldfield

After my car had a blowout descending into Trinidad over Raton Pass, my wife and I made it into Big O Tires. The manager saw our car pull into the parking lot and came to greet us to ask how he could help! That was just the start of the exceptional courtesy and professionalism we experienced.

Went online. Used THEIR tool to select tires. Went into store, confirmed order, confirmed appointment. Returned for appointment and waited. An hour later, tech comes to me, says they ordered the wrong size THREE TIMES (18" vs 17") so the tires I want aren't here. Gives me three options, cheapest of which is more than the cost of the tires I wanted. Classic bait and switch.Tech claims that he and I ordered the tires together with the wrong size. I explain that he's the one punching it in and I'm on the other side of the screen, trusting his knowledge. It's not like my car year, make and model changed.

This place is trash. Don't go there. Called to get snow tires for a front wheel drive vehicle. The worker knew we were only getting the 2 tires for now (times are hard for everyone), asked us 3 times to verify it was just the front 2, we paid the $20 deposit to get them ordered, not a big deal at all. They said they'd call when they were in and we'd schedule to put them on. This happened over a week ago called 3 times they would answer the phone, then put us on hold for 15 mins before we'd hang up. Stopped in yesterday to see if they were in which they were this whole time. Scheduled to get them put on this morning at 8:30. Show up, they then proceed to tell us that it's colorado state law that they cannot put the tires on only the front.. you had over a week and yesterday in person to tell us that you weren't going to put these damn tires on per the law. Decided this place doesnt need our money regardless and obviously they wouldn't give the deposit back. Shop local people. This place needs to get pushed out of this town already. One of your employees is for sure the worst customer service rep and should be let go asap before he causes a brawl at your shop.

Went in to get a full size spare on since my flat wasn t repairable.The rim didn t fit, so they suggested I buy 4 tires because state laws say they can t just change out 1 tire.I asked if they could just use my old rim and use my new tire in the mean time.Nope that too is against store policy.Thankfully Walmart, right around the corner, could do it for me for just $27.The lies, scamming and lack of care are unfortunate. The employees were all nice, I ll give them that, but it s obvious they train their employees to make sales and not help the customer.I presented multiple solutions that would ve worked (and they obviously worked for Walmart) but was shot down because of made up laws or made up policies.

I went into Big O in Trinidad Colorado just to get a plug in my tire. They told me it would cost $27 and some change, and it would be done within an hour. I sat there for 2 hours without anybody alerting to me as to what was happening, meanwhile, I'm seeing cars that came in behind me going directly into the shop. I finally decided that I had enough. I therefore grab my keys back and left and went next door to AutoZone and bought a tire patch kit for 9 bucks. And let me tell you, putting a plug in my tire was way easier than having to deal with it customer care at Big O Tires in Trinidad, Colorado.. I will not be back, nir will any of my family members...

Carlos is the man he changed. My mind about your big O location bought 2 set of tires in the last week. Had an appointment at 12 look like NASCAR in the shop was out of there by 1235. Thank you guys. With a front end alignment also.

Needed 4 new tires on my F250 today. Only had two sets of all-terrain tires in stock. Kinda disappointing. The gentleman in the front were very nice helpful. The problem is it took over 3 1/2 hours to complete the job. Plus I get into my vehicle and my tires are overinflated as well as not inflated evenly.

The only thing this store does good Is fixing its mistakes on its customers dime. This is the third time they have charged me for services that they did not perform. I'm not sure if this post will get seen. Franky, or Freddie seems like he cares, but Matt doesn't care. I managed that store and two others. You're web page sucks so I can't see what I'm typing with my phone anymore.

Way to go Big O. We had a confirmed appointment with the Trinidad store today. To make our 9AM appointment, we left our home at 7:30 since we are 80 miles away. When we got there, we had to wait 15 minutes only to find out that the store had not ordered our tires. The manager tried to sell us an inferior tire but only had two, which would have necessitated another 160 mile round trip. We ve been loyal Big O customers over the years but no more. Hello Discount Tire!

I want to thank Frank, Carlos, Matt and Jim for helping me get my Jeep fixed. Car troubles when you are 10 hours from home are no fun. EVERYONE at Big O Trinidad was friendly, empathetic, helpful and professional. The team helped me find parts, helped me by receiving the parts from Santa Fe and expertly and with much care got me back on the road. I am in your debt. THANK YOU! Customer service is not dead; at least not in Trinidad, Colorado and certainly not at Big O tire.

Customer service here is better than aNy other tire shop I ve been to in this life the employees are courteous, Honest, & work with you hand over foot if any problems arise, whatsoever.Highly recommend

It was all very good and so are the Michelin defenders. Carlos is very good at customer service skills. He worked very hard to see that the lady in front of us was satisfied. It was very reassuring when he then helped us. You need to take care of people like that.

The best place ever, professional business, generous pricing, stupendous service. We are on a cross country RV (travel trailer) trip from NC, this morning we crossed into Colorado and when we stopped to take a picture of Welcome to Colorado sign, we noticed that one of our trailer tires was low. First we wanted to just put air in it but the air compressor at the Shell station in Trinidad was not working, we proceeded to Walmart Supercenter Automotive Service where we were informed that we would need to take the tire off the trailer because they do not do that; they would look at the tire if we hand it to them. I am traveling with my 84 year old dad and frankly neither he nor I are eager to do so. We proceeded just a little further to Big O Tires and what a god send! We were greeted by two super friendly ladies who reassured us that the shop will certainly take care of us. A mechanic took the defected wheel off and tested it, the tire was good but the rim was cracked. He replaced the wheel with the spare and one of the ladies called around to find a replacement rim for us. She drove across the city to collect the rim and brought it back. The mechanic placed our old tire on the new rim and bolted it to the spare wheel location. Less then two hours later we were ready to move and the charge was so fair that it was pleasantly surprising, I would pay much more for for such a wonderful service!

Carlos was an amazing customer service rep i had the pleasure of working with today. My wife's tire on her work vehicle was cut at work and we had to have the vehicle towed over. My wife and i were stuck at work and Carlos handled everything for us over the phone. He also worked it out so we could do an alignment for an extra $2. To top it all off Carlos delivered the keys to my daughter to ensure we got the vehicle back today. This young man was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products he offered. In this small town big o is the only auto shop & tire place open on saturdays, with service like this we will definitely be back soon. Thanks again Carlos, you really saved our a**es today myfriend! He definitely has management in his future if he so chooses, in my honest opinion.

We received great service from this place. We were traveling from Utah to Texas and my husbands El caminos break need some repair. They ordered some parts for my husbands car and won't be delivered the next day. It was Friday when we brought the car in and they are usually close on Saturday, but they opened on Saturday so they could fix my husbands break. They were really nice and helpful.

Matt & Frankie need a raise. These guys go above and beyond EVERYTIME we come to Big O Trinidad. My husband and I have had multiple vehicles serviced here, and they always offer the best customer service.Updated 9/18 for another visit. We were in and out with a flat tire repair in about 15min. Charlie was fast at his job, and polite. Keep up the good work guys!

The front desk was very kind and helpful and they did get me back on the road right before closing time and I appreciate that. Beware them pressuring you to buy new tires unnecessarily.

Made an appointment for 4:00 and was told my oil change would take 30 minutes. By 5:00 they hadn t even taken my car inside the garage yet. Not sure the point of making an appointment. I will not return.

I came in late in the day with a tire issue and they were able to fit me in. They have always been tops for customer service and getting things done right.
