We used to stop off here in the semi. They had a shuttle from the travel center to the hotel, casino and restaurant. Sadly we were informed there is no longer a shuttle. We enjoyed the restaurant and ability to park a truck here. We may still use it as a rest stop however without the shuttle it's a no deal on spending in the restaurant or casino. We will make other arrangements for a decent meal, perhaps even completely bypass stopping in all together. Good luck with your decision to stop shuttle service.

I'm just a traveler passing through to start this. I was greeted repeatedly by anyone passing by from the moment I entered. Stopped into the peak cafe for some sit down lunch, Angel was my greeter and cook all in one. I ordered a number of items to see what they have to offer. Nachos, smoothie, pizza, and a meatball sub was my order. Id say everything came out perfectly timed and fresh to the taste. No body better to have made my order. I'll be back.Food & drinks: Food is freshly made nothing old or sitting to rott perfect personal foodNoteworthy details: Clean, smoke free, no wild children. Rather cheap table games.

If you wanted to waste your money anywhere else, this would be the place to do it, quick. My aunt and I cruised here for fun. And to predictably lose $40 ($20 of hers, and $20 of mine.) That was to be expected. But as we were decidedly disappointed, we went to the cafe to grab some pudding (1 chocolate, 1 vanilla.) We were standing in line to hear another customers' annoyance. She got a salad? And was astutely refused CRACKERS! So, when the puddings were understandably thick, I asked for a cup of WATER, and in a line of verbiage, was DENIED. I immaturity? walked away VERY annoyed. I GUESS? I shouldn't have been surprised. Because, why would ANYONE in their RIGHT mind, want effing WATER? When there were more "spirited" beverages to 'cleanse their palate?' Screw this place. Bottom line. All they're interested in is, taking advantage of the people who can't see that they ARE being TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Take your money literally anywhere else. First time visit and will never return. The second my boyfriend and I got there, we went to cashiers cage to turn smaller bills into $100 s as it s much easier to gamble with larger bills. We thanked and tipped the cashier and as we were walking away she loudly made a remark insinuating our tip was not good enough. I couldn t believe she said that and so loud, as if almost on purpose so we would hear it. My boyfriend turned around and handed her $20 and she laughed at him. I wish we had taken it all back since she clearly didn t appreciate it. Never been treated so terribly in an establishment before. Safe to say we didn t go back up to the cage for any service after that. There was nothing but bad experiences since we walked in their doors, not to mention spending a couple thousand and never hitting anything.. take my advice and drive a bit farther to Sky Ute Casino Resort in Ignacio, CO. You ll be treated much better by staff and will feel better about who you give your money to.

Tried to check in at 3pm but was told room wasn't ready yet and to try again in 20 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and was told room still wasn't ready. I asked the front desk staff to find out if there was a problem or if the cleaning staff was just running behind. She left for about 5 minutes and returned saying the room was now ready. Upon entry the double-queen room was spacious and clean. The next day the 9am housekeeping knock on the door was annoying, but I guess that was my fault for not putting the sign on the door. Restaurant was just 'ok'. Steak was cooked as it should be. Roasted red potatoes tasted foul like they were about a month past their prime. Dinner for 3 w/ 1 appetizer came to $100 w/ tip. The pool was clean. The casino was decent with friendly and personable dealers, and they offer many slot games that unfortunately weren't very loose for me.

Had a really lovely visit here. Came out to visit Mesa Verde and decided to do the whole casino experience for a few days. Very clean, great service. Restaurant is good. Husband really enjoyed the Native night buffet on Thursday with roast mutton and mutton stew and I liked the seafood buffet on Friday night. It's a smaller casino so it was a really relaxing, easy stay. Won some money too. Would like to come back for a visit soon. Beautiful area as well.

Haven't tried the rooms, but no complaints yet as far as the gaming goes. I just wish I could be a more responsible gambler.Nearby activities: Texas hold'em poker is my favorite!!

Room very comfortable, mattress and pillows great but could have one more soft pillow. There is a small convenience store on site and a truck stop in the parking lot for small food items. There is an indoor pool in hotel we did not know about but looked very nice.Nearby activities: Very close to mesa Verde Park and trail of ancients. There are horse trails and hiking trails. We made a quick trip to 4 corners which is about 30 min. Town of cortez is close and has shops and restraunts

The casino sucks every time I come here. Plan on spending money and not winning a dime back. This place is a joke. You might as well give them your money at the door and walk back out lol. Restaurant service was just as bad.Very expensive and they act like your not even there. Not a good attitude Will not be returning.

My husband and I parked at the truck stop. Woman's restrooms were clean. 2nd time we've stopped here and decided to check out the casino. BAD MOVE ! Played for a bit and then the EYES !!! Locales just eye balling ya. Then security or casino attendant (young lady) stood 10 feet away and watched us for a while. CRAZY & UNCOMFORTABLE. NEVER AGAIN. WEIRD. But thanks for the free soda waters.

One of the worst places to stay. The staff has no interest in hospitality. They cater to those whom they chose. You pay a high price and are treated like an inconvenience. Will never stay at this hotel ever again. Maintenance issues throughout. Bed sheets missing or unwashed. If you request a new sheet/blanket they will show when it s convenient. Lights flicker due to low value LED replacement bulbs. Housekeeping knocks on your door and comes into your room at 9am to let you know checkout time is at 11am.

Always clean an well lighten for walking. Good food. Shuttle van for the truck drivers. Friendly and nice.Safety: Watch out for big dogs that wonder the truck area if you walking your own pet. They will chase you. Just be careful after dark down at the truck parking areas.

A trucker who came here for the truck parking. A great place for trucks. We went to eat at the CASINO restaurant. The atmosphere was great. Though they could of have better lighting. I hate when restaurant dim their lights. Make it hard for me to see. We showed up and they seated us right away. Our waitress was very friendly. Even though she was busy she made sure to take care of us. She constantly came back and made sure my coffee was always filled to the top.The food was on the higher side a little bit. We came here for breakfast. Breaends at 11am. I got the steak and eggs it was 22$ for the plate. They ask you to cut into your steak to make sure you like it before eating it. We had to return it back and it came back perfect. Great placeGreat atmosphere. Waitress who Maka sure you are taken care of. Would come again.

Hotel was amazing, we waited a long time to be served dinner. First we were given a buzzer and told it was an hour wait when seated we waited another 45 minutes to get our meal. Seemed like they were short staffed. The food was good.The rooms are clean and we had a balcony which was super nice.

Stopped on my 10 and thought since they offer free parking I'd go in and check out the casino. I was not Disappointed I won $2000 and after I went into the buffet. Everyone i spoke with as far as employees were very nice. The casino was clean and well kept security was on point doing their job and a lot of them. The buffet was great and i was seated right away. $28 for one person can't beat that. Only one complaint and that's you cannot smoke in the casino but you can go out front too. Will be back.Safety: Security is on point I watched them scan the area and deal with situations fast. Great job.Food & drinks: Great buffet seafood on a friday one person was $28.00

Called on Sunday and reserved 3 rooms for Monday. 2 kings and a double Queen. We gave 3 different credit cards over the phone to hold the rooms. Due to the long drive we would be arriving late so we called on Monday and let them know it would be about 10:30 or 11pm before we got there. The lady on the phone allegedly pulled up our reservations and left a note saying that as long as we arrived before midnight we would be fine.We got in at 10:37pm and upon attempting to check in the manager on duty advised us that he had just cancelled our reservations because there was no card info and I start cancelling reservations without a card on file at 10pm . I went over that I not only DID provide 3 credit cards but also called and was advised a note would be left on our reservations. He did not care and was extremely unhelpful. We finally got him to un-cancel our reservation only to find out that apparently only 2 reservations were made originally and we were missing the 2nd King room. Luckily they had one additional double Queen available but it was still an incredibly stressful experience and the attitude did not help the situation.As for the rooms, they were clean. The beds were not great. There is apparently no drinking on the property which was weird for a casino.Upon leaving we were meant to feel more unwelcome as we packed our vehicles and 3 security guards stood outside the entrance and watched us.Overall, we spent less than 12 hours there and will never be going back due to how uncomfortable the experience was.

The casino is a refreshing change from most other casinos. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is the lack of smoke that normally greats you at most casinos. It is a very clean, friendly place! The casino floor was quite large for a tribal casino. They had all the usual slots and some that I have not seen at other smaller casinos. There were a few table games. Most people were busy playing the slots and while we walked the floor we witnessed a few winners! The people working are very attentive and they are always working (like if you move a chair out, and then you go over to another game, a worker is right there to put it back into place). We signed up for the player's club and was given a total of $20.00 each to play with. This lasted for about an hour before we decided to head over to the restaurant (my wife is somewhat lucky these days)! Here you will be seated quickly. The server was quick to take our orders and continued to check in on us throughout the meal. Overall, the food was just ok. A little on the pricy side for what you get ($19.00 for a French dip sandwich with fries)! We did not stay in the hotel but did stay at the RV park next door. It was a good place to use the full hook ups to get the tanks dumped, fresh water full and the laundry caught up. Only down side was the pool was closed due to construction, and the sites are closer than we would have liked. All-in-all the place is a good stop over that is under $50 a night and has a really nice casino.

Always like the rooms. Large rooms, clean, nice decor, balcony access, great view. Beds comfortable, restrooms all have walk-in showers. Restaurant okay. The several times we stayed, restaurant staff attitude will be either nice or grouchy. Food is okays. Casino area is nice. My favorite place to stay when it comes to the rooms.
