Went in for a wheel balance and alignment. After 1.5 hours they called to say the brakes had 1mm of pad left and should be replaced. Declined service as my husband can replace those himself. Went to pick it up and they hadn't even gotten to the alignment (which was quoted at $200, 2x what the Subaru dealership charges).The next day my husband goes to replace the brake pads and they have more like 1cm of pad. They were completely fine. Be wary of them trying to sell you extra services you didn't ask for. We will not be going back.

This place earned a new customer today!! I had a low tire pressure warning come on. I went to a gas station to use the air, was $2.50, not a big issue. However, after paying I go to fill my tire and it let's air out instead of pumping it in. I went to ANOTHER gas station.....this time it said free air. I went to fill my tire. The air pump came on and was hissing so I thought it was working, no, not the case. It let MORE air out. I was now down to a tire pressure of 18. I was getting a little nervous where to go next. Pulled up at this service station.....note on door...just pull up to a door for air too off! I was so thankful that common courtesy and decency isn't dead! This place is absolutely phenomenal. Friendly staff...clean, considering it's a service shop, is amazing! I just moved here 2 weeks ago and learning my neighborhood.....this was a fantastic welcome to our new community! Thank you so much!

Wonderful service! Came in with a flat tire with a screw in it, and they were able to get me all patched up for free! Would definitely recommend if you need any tire work done!Linda was very helpful and took good car of me and my car :)

Amazing place. I went and got a couple services done on my car and preparation for a cross-country road trip. There is an unforeseen issue with one of the services, I called to get a refund. I was issued a refund with no hassle. The manager was very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience. I definitely recommend this place.I was extremely pleased with the customer service they offered me.

Had a nail in my tire that I needed patched. My husband called ahead to see if they could fix it and if they had time. Ivan met me in the parking lot and my car was in and out in 20 minutes, free of charge. You ve earned a customer with your fantastic customer service! Thank you!

Had a screw in my tire & they fixed it quickly & last minute with no charge. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, I get anxiety every time I come in to a shop and often get ripped off. I really appreciate Les Schwab s professional & honest work. Also a very clean facility!

Went in for alignment with my brand new method wheels and wanted care & quality. They covered the cost on the house and they have experience with method wheels and lug nuts. Great Job. Definitely recommend!

Super great people!!!! I went there cause my tire (which i bought somewhere else) kept going flat!!! I had a stem replaced and a hole patched prior to coming here. Scott took the tire off amd buffed up the edges for the beading TWICE! Plus he found a scew and fixed the patch and replaced the valve stem again cause it was still leaking!!! And.... they didnt even charge for it!!! My husband did give Scott a tip for all his help! I will definately get my next set of tires from here!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

Customer service was excellent, very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I purchased four new tires and got an oil change as well. I timed the service and it took just under 1 hour on a Friday morning with an appointment which is totally acceptable.

Went there for tire pressure check....Ivan was wonderful and went above and beyond. He was busy but gave 110% to all of us customers. All with a friendly smile too:)

Seth the manager was amazing, great service on his part and doing everything he could to get the job done. I had to get an emergency set of tires for my car and great service from the start. But my lug nut key was stripped because it wasn t inserted all the way by one of the tire changers. I took the tires off and on myself and didn t strip the key. When it was all said and done I drive away and the tires were low on air and the passenger rear tire was put on my backwards, and standing at the door of the shop the tire changers drove cars out with brand new tires but the tires were very low on air. The tire changers need to pay more attention to their job. Will not be coming back!!

I was expecting to need to spend $30-40 and 4-5 hours to get my tire pached. Instead, it took 2 hours and cost nothing.Definitely my new go-to for things like this!

My husband and I just spent almost 700 dollars getting our front struts replaced. Not only did we have to leave our vehicle overnight because the wrong parts were delivered, as soon as we pick our vehicle up, the temperature gauge isn t working. Everything but the struts worked before we left it there, now we have a bunch of issues, and when I called in about it, no one seemed to care that this happened.

Purchased a used car with paperwork from someone who previously had work done here. Driver side control arm was replaced at this shop by previous owner. Since I ve owned it, another shop tells me the driver side control arm is actually for the passenger side? No wonder an alignment doesn t do anything and keeps veering right. Not sure how this can even be possibly messed up. Wouldn t get a battery check here

These guys were hands down best customer service I've seen. Knew there stuff and genuinely helped me, cared more about me than my wallet. And the guy who checked me out, needs a raise. I'll be back in a month or so for a full new set hopefully.

If you care about integrity, quality, professionalism, and fair prices this is the company and location to go to. I have been going here for years and they have never let me down. They truly care about their customers. Just ask for Seth, Justin or Angel, they are all great guys.

The people at this store are beyond exceptional. I had some issues with Discount Tires' technicians causing imbalance to my wheels and damaging some of my studs. Cat and Seth want above and beyond to help me fix the problems and they refused to let me pay them for the work. Their expertise, quality of work and generosity are the reason I'll be a permanent customer from now on.

Absolutely friendly and helpful! I was on my way to an appointment but my tire has been flat like every other day. I purchased my tires from them about a yr ago and was in a pickle this week with having a flat every other day. I did my part, check the treads, look for wires, nails, whatever, and I couldn't see anything. I called this morning on my way to my Dr appointment panicking about my tire and Mr. Justin was super friendly on educating me about my tire and how I should take it easy trying to get to my appointment then to Les Schwab. I showed up to Les Schwab with 2 kids, they got me in, and about 30 mins later a young gentleman was super friendly and told me about a nail that I had in my tire!!! Who knew!?! I'm a school bus driver, that's not around construction areas. Anyways, the young man patched my tire, and I was on my way out the door. If you want a friendly tire shop, these gents and ladies are the one to go to! Thank yall so much!!!

Not great customer service. I like my new tires but when I went to get the tires I wanted to also have an alignment done. They told me my bolts were seized and quoted me for the new bolts. It ended up being about 300$ for a alignment with the new bolts (bolts were out of stock). I went to Subaru of Loveland, they told me they had no issues with the bolts and it was 79.00$. Idk if they take advantage of people but I'm so glad I did not get an alignment here and saved some money.

I was helped today by Brandon and Alex for a simple flat tire repair and was treated with respect and courtesy. The issue was promptly addressed and promptly handled. Despite coming in in the last hour of them being open they were just as ready to go as if they had just opened. I am very impressed with their work and work ethic. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly.

Good for tires but that's about it. They quoted my husband $1,000 for repairs that supposedly needed to be done immediately or else. Thankfully I grew up working on cars with my truck driver father and older brother who now works as a mechanic for Mercedes. All my car needed was $60 breaks and lugnuts, and we could do those ourselves. Everything else they swore had to be done right then is just fine.

Never have I seen such poor customer service! I got my tires here I love this company. However I came in on a Thursdays it wasn t that busy the bays were empty. All I needed was a leaky tire repaired. I asked upfront what the wait time was going to be (because I had to get back to work in a reasonable amount of time) the lady told me we can get you in immediately shouldn t be long. Literally 45 minutes later after I asked again how long the wait was going to be. The lady goes well the person in the Bay now had an appointment but they should be getting your car in anytime. I m not trying to be entitled or rude or impatient I was trying to be patient and reasonable even though I still had to get back to work. All I ask is please be upfront if you can t get someone in in a reasonable amount of time. There was technicians standing around talking and all I needed was quick tire patch repair nothing hard or complex about it. 15 min later they had it out of the bay and ready to go for me. This whole process took Literally well over an hour to plug a tire. There is no reason that should ve took that long!

Alex and Brandon were awesome! We got a flat tire in the Walmart parking lot right next to the Le Schwab here in Timnath and they even found another nail in our rear tire! These guys fixed it for free! Such a blessing! 5 stars all the way!

We were coming home from Greeley after purchasing a truck. My husband was following me home and noticed the front wheel was wobbly. We stopped at Les Schwab to see if they could pinpoint the issue. It was just after closing time for them but they looked at it any way and did not charge us. We had an over balanced tire and loose lug nuts. Everyone was great and seemed very willing to help despite it being after hours. Alan was our technician, he fixed our problem and double checked the other wheels as well. Cannot thank you enough!!

These people are just amazing. They fill up my tires and refuse to let me pay them. They scrutinize my tires every time - once sent me to get a part fixed before aligning they could ve just taken my money - I wouldn t have known. Trust me - they are trustworthy!
