These guys are just awesome. Huge shout out to Jeremy, Mike, Randall, Kevin, and the gentleman with ballcap, glasses, and dark hair/mustache (sorry I forgot your name bro, I probably just described most shop guys). I had a potential tire puncture and these guys had it assessed and fixed in no time. It turns out that the debris didn't puncture fully through, so they remounted my tire and had me back on the road within an hour.I really appreciate the leadership qualities demonstrated by this team. They owned the problem, communicated thoroughly throughout the process, and went above and beyond by offering to put my tire back on right then and there. Costco is lucky to have these guys on the team.Highly recommend this place, will never go anywhere else for tires.

It took four days, hours on the phone with supervisors, management, techs, and suppliers before having any result to install one tire that is warrantied through the Costco Tire Center. I had the displeasure of speaking with Brenda, a supervisor, who in my opinion as a manager should never work in customer service and I would be mortified to even have as an employee. Between her tone, hanging up on me, as a customer when asking for a receipt, and overall unprofessionalism I would have let her go on the spot.Nick and Randall were both of great help and knowledgeable - If you do choose to go with this center save your time and ask for either of them.

I'll give them that they beat the other folks by $100 on a set of Michelin tires, but they also took twice as long to get them installed, and I had to wait in a long line twice. Once to drop the car off and again to pick it up. They just don't have enough front line staff to take care of the customers. I doubt I'll go back, especially, as I'm a new Costco member and likely won't renew my membership.

worst customer service ever. Always too busy, no appointments within two weeks out, even for just a tire repair! Over tightened my lug nuts, when they first put on my tires. Can't ever get anyone on the phone. Never have time even for a walk in! for a flat repair! No real savings on tire cost. Never buy tires here. Been waiting with three other customers for 10min, with no front desk help. Big O Tires why did I ever buy anywhere else...

This is the first negative review I have written of a business. The Costco Tire Center in Timnath is, in its current state, just not functioning as the customer-driven center it should be.I have not been able to reach a team member by phone, for example.I also have a strong suspicion the tires installed impacted/continues to impact the drivetrain on my vehicle. Prior to this installation, there was no issue.Cars are a large investment for an individual. This means that vehicles should be treated as the investment of time and care that they are from the employees of the center.

Nick was very friendly and helpful. Because of his actions, Costco has definitely earned my future business. He deserves recognition for his stellar work. Thank you Nick!

I was getting four new tires at the tire center. They have great prices and fast friendly service! I was lucky they also had the tires in stock since I had blown a tire and I was running on a spare.

Service here is a nightmare. I've had to have service here 3 times, and in all those times, I have never received a call back, and received my car much later than needed. The communication between them is non-existent, and they don't know what's going on. It is seriously not worth it to buy tires here, please anybody reading this go elsewhere. You will be saving yourself a lot of hassle, and headaches with a more competent place.

I think the staff is overworked, but not sure. I got my car with missing wheel nut plugs, tire missing tire valve plugs. I don t think they care what deliver back to their customers. When I asked, oh they are missing, sorry. Yes, you will save some from using Costco Tire Center. But maybe go somewhere else, not the one at Timnath. They are likely busy with too many customers. Have always been happy with Costco Tire Center, until I moved yo northern CO.

First of all, I do like the standard shopping area of Costco but I would only use the Tire Center again if I had no alternatives:- The tires arrived later than I was told they would.- Actually getting checked in was unorganized and a gamble as to whether they would have time for you or not.- It was a guessing game as to when my car would be ready (original time estimation was "sometime today").- I had to call an hour before they closed to see if my car was ready. I did not receive a call, though they said they had called about a missing TPMS (if so, they left no message). They did not attempt to call once my car was ready.- When I took my car in to my regular mechanic afterward, I was told that I was not missing a TPMS but that two of them were dead (neither of which were on the tire that Costco said was missing a TPMS).- They only provide tires and installation; they do not offer ANY other services, which I did not realize until after the tires were purchased and my car was still having a bunch of issues following the installation. Their response to my car sensors still going off was essentially a shrug and a "not their problem" attitude.- - To be fair, my car was having issues prior to the installation because my tire had blown out and it caused a bunch of my sensors to go off. However, I was originally told by a Tire Center employee that the new tire installation would reset all of the malfunctioning sensors.Gave two stars instead of one because I did ultimately end up with new, functioning tires and the first gentleman I dealt with was nice (if not the most informative).

The tire service center has a lack of communication, along with being completely overbooked. The first time I went, they told me I had ordered the wrong tires. I used the website to order and it gave me only one option for my vehicle. It's obviously not the service center's fault that the website gave me the wrong tires. The guy said I could get the right size tires and he was looking at them right now, but they would cost more. I said that was fine and he said I was all set. He never mentioned having to order new tires, or that I would have to come back and make a new appointment, or that I should come pick up my vehicle. 1.5 hours later, I went to check on my vehicle, and the guy at the front desk said it had been done for a long time. He gave me my key and apologized for not calling. Then he said woops, there was a miscommunication, they had to order the tires and they weren't able to get my vehicle done at all. Apparently even the front desk was not aware that they had to order new tires and weren't able to get my vehicle done. The miscommunication there cost me over 2 hours. I made a new appointment, went back, they had the right tires, I got there 10 minutes early, and 45 minutes later they called to say they could not work on my vehicle as they could not find the wheel lock key. Altogether, I spent another hour at Costco for no reason. I had them put the tires in my car and said I would get it done somewhere else. So just beware, the website is not reliable for ordering the right size tires for your vehicle, they do not communicate clearly at the service center, and the wait times are very long. They will not even get to your car until 30-45 minutes after your appointment time. While I was there, they also turned away a number of walk-ins due to being overbooked.

Can't EVER get a hold of them over the phone. I bought tires and I need to make an appointment within 14days otherwise tires will be sent back to where ever they get them. I have called multiple times in 8 days and nothing. Ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER go through costco again ,price good bit not worth the headache.

The tire service center feels like an afterthought. Nowhere near the level of customer service that you would expect from Costco. Far too busy as well. Got a puncture in your new tire? You have to wait almost a month for the next available appointment time if you want to use the Road Hazard Warranty. Hope you like driving under 50 mph on a little donut spare!

Here's the deal. Due to the popularity of this location, you would be best served to get your tires from somewhere else. They are so busy that it will take you days if not weeks to get an appointment. Just went in for a simple tire repair and was told as a walk-in it would be 2.5-3 hours. Fair enough. However, you cannot take your car and come back. I can't spend 3 hours just waiting in a Costco. When I asked if I could set up an appointment, the first available date was A WEEK AWAY!On another occasion, I set up an appointment for a tire rotation. I was told it would take 45 minutes. I know rotating tires does not take that long. However, I waited for an hour and a half before they were done. This was the first and last time I buy tires from Costco. I guess they are a victim of their own success. I will buy my tires from a local shop where I know I can get in sooner rather than later.

Great initial price but you'll be unhappy if you need service. We did 2 sets and one tire has been problematic since Jan (TPMS going off every 2 months, consistently low). Costco acted like they were doing us a HUGE favor to even look at it, ended up redoing the bead seal and said "We're only going to do this ONCE" and "on older cars that have rusty rims like yours this can happen". The car is garage parked with 24k miles on it. Will likely never buy from here again due to making us feel like they were doing us a huge favor to honor their warranty 6 months after install.

My tires are less than a year old. After bringing my car in to get them rotated and balanced, I had a slow leak in one tire which I brought back in, turned out to be a pinhole and they denied doing anything, still charged me for a patch. Shady. They didn t rotate the TPMS with the tires the first time either. Depending on who you get, your front desk experience won t be pleasant.

Save your self the headaches and just buy your tires elsewhere. In the event that you need to have a tire repaired under warranty you will wait hours if not days even if you take the tire off of the vehicle and bring it in to them. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location on my tires and never been treated so poorly and dismissed so often. They won t even answer the phone

Update: I took my car to tire discounters the next day, first thing in the morning. Actually slept in the parking lot because I wasn't sure I could safely drive to and from the mandatory evac zone I live in an hour away. There were several road hazards in my driver front tire, including a nail. Costco tire dept said nothing wrong with my tired. Not only BS but it should have been covered under warranty. A few days later, we went to mandatory evacuation. Luckily Tire Discounters helped me so I could safely evacuate. The assistant manager of Costco has my phone number. He should definitely call to apologize for his treatment of me and the tire center owes me $53 for not replacing THEIR tires that were under warranty, not to mention the time lost, the additional stress and mental anguish. A call to corporate is in the near future.Edit 2: I called back and talked to the tire center supervisor who was very nice and apologetic. He explained that the policy had changed and that the 1st guy should have informed me. He said a Costco manager would call to make amends. The assistant store manager called me and went into a long explanation of MY situation. When he was done, I attempted to explain my situation because he had gotten it wrong. He then tells me that I'm not under evacuation orders. Yes, I am, I'm under voluntary evacuation as is the co-owner of the car. The co-owner lives and works at a place under voluntary evacuation 3 miles from the fire and because of his responsibilities and the fluid nature of the situation, he can not leave. I am 7 miles from the fire under voluntary evacuation and therefore feel slightly more comfortable coming and going. If the orders change back to mandatory, which we have been warned could be any day now, then we won't be allowed back up to our homes. Also, once mandatory happens again, he has responsibilities at work to shut it down and help people be out safe. I'm not sure what any of that has to do with him making amends for wasting my time. When I attempted to explain this, the assistant manager began talking over me. I said talking over me will not help him understand the situation that he obviously does not understand and it is not helpful. The manager then hung up on me. Way to make a bad situation worse, Costco. Please hire managers that have more empathy. Thankfully I am not a member, which has not been an issue before nor was it ever stated that it was an issue with the 3 tire center employees I talked to, but apparently it is an issue for the assistant manager. Well now I'll never be a member after the needless upset that has been caused during the most traumatic experience of my life. Really appreciated. Why bother calling me back? What was the point? Insensitive and hurtful. The member who is a joint owner of the car is aware of how if this treatment and will be canceling their membership. Great repair job guys!Edit: I took the car in to get the same exact thing done as before, i broutht my own tires, asked them to change them out. After being told they would I waited hours to find out they didn't and wouldn't because they couldn't because they arent Costco tires. I don't know where they were bought the previous owner bought them. But y'all did it before. And now that I'm evacuated from my house because of a wildfire and need my car to be more reliable than ever, now you can't. Thanks a lot.It took over an hour to get a new tire put on a rim. We had the tire and the rim. Didn't even need to take it off or put it back on the car. It was their tire that we bought a year ago and complained about leaking several times over the last year. At one point, they said they fixed it but all they did was rotate it. Then we got charged $36 after it finally goes flat. Needs better customer service and better honoring of their warranty. .

Bought my tires here this winter and they have been so helpful ever since! I had low pressure in a tire and they fixed it for free. My dealership forgot to rotate my tires during the oil change so I called Costco tire center and they were happy to do it free of charge. Thanks for the great customer service!

Good tires at a good price. Wasn't impressed with the communication. Ordered tires online and the emails did not communicate what the next steps would be and did not give an estimated date for their arrival. My wife called to check on the status, and the guy at the tire shop responded flippantly that they hadn't arrived, and all the info she needed was in the emails. The tires apparently arrived on Tuesday, but they didn't call us to let us know until Thursday afternoon. If you're in a hurry, don't go here.

There was an accident between me and my usual Costco, so I called this Costco to see if they did walk in tire rotation. They said they'd take walk ins up to 6:30pm. I got there before 6:30pm, it was a 45 min drive so I tried hard and made sure, and I walked up and said I needed my tires rotated. Guy asked if I had an appointment. I said no, but I called and they said get there by 6:30 for drop offs and said that if I got there they'd take me. He says hang on a second and walks away. He comes back and says they are booked and that they took someone literally just 5 minutes before me (which I know isn't true, I had my ID printed and waited more than 5 minutes and they never had anyone) and that they were full for the night. I said they had told me they'd take me. He said they no longer do drop ins and 95% of it is appointments, but he could make me one for next week. I reminded him I didn't live around here and drove up because they said they'd take me, and needed a rotation soon for my warranty on their own tires. He said he couldn't do anything but I should call first next time. I reminded him that I did call and so it was terrible to make me drive up after confirming me only to tell me that they wouldn't take me anymore. As someone said, communication here is poor, as is management. Don't go unless you book a week in advance, and if they are rude, ask for a manager. I feel now I should have instead of leaving.Edit: A manager called and said they were so sorry and would reschedule me to the weekend. I showed up at the time requested and was told that they didn't have an appointment for me. I explained a manager had called me directly and made it themselves. They made me come back before opening the next day because they were booked out for a week.I would give 0 stars if possible

Excellent. Best value, best service, best price period. It will take some time to get your appointment, the tire center here is the busiest tire shop I have ever seen, but it is worth it.

You may get a good price, but the follow up care for your tires is terrible. Don't plan on stopping in to get your tires rotated without making an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Also, they fill your tires with Nitrogen; this doesn't allow you to stop anywhere and just fill with air. 99% of other shops don't have Nitrogen.

Unless you hate yourself, go somewhere else!In prep for winter we ordered new tires for our two cars. One install took two hours. The other install took two and a half hours. Note that this was on two different days. The person at the counter was super friendly but said that they are constantly understaffed.

During a tire rotation at Costco of tires purchased from them, the technician damaged the stem. Within 10 miles the tire was completely flat. When we called Costco they said you must have driven on a nail. We paid for a tow truck to get the vehicle back to Costco and there was NOT a nail, it was the damage caused by the technician, the valve literally broke off. Costco refused to reimburse us for towing even though it was their technician. They didn't apologize for the damage, we don't feel taken care of at all by them. Don't buy your tires from Costco!!!!

I have bought 6-7 sets of tires from this location and every time they have been nothing but courteous. We regularly get our tires swapped out here and while if you don t make an appointment it can sometimes take a few hours; we ve never had an issue with the work.

Great service at terrific prices. They also carry a wide selection of tire pressure sensors and can diagnose/replace defective ones quickly. If you purchase tires there you get lifetime rotation/rebalancing snd you csn stop by for a quick pressure check at no charge.Plus they use nitrogen to inflate tires. It's much more stable as its much less sensitive to temperature changes.

I drive a Jeep with fairly common sized tires. I tried to call this tire center and the phone just rang and rang. I stopped by and a small crowd of us waited at the tire desk for service. One person eventually showed up and started helping us. Only one set of tires in stock for my Jeep and Costco wanted $50 per tire more than the local shop just up the road. I love Costco but tire shopping here was a huge disappointment and a colossal waste of my time.

Went shopping while my new tires where being put on. Was told it would take 1 hour and they would call me. I went to counter after waiting 17 minutes pass my hour wait only to find out my car had been finished over 40 mins , no call. My low tire light went on while I was driving home. How I will need to take it back in .

Ray quoted me $450 out the door for a full set of BFGOODRICH tires. When I arrived to pay Jake said it was $590 and that that's what they'd be charging. Disappointed in their professionalism and lack of honoring the quoted price.
