Had the recent pleasurable experience working with Zack from service street. Just passing through town and needed the transmission to be looked at just to make sure we weren't having any issues. They are able to smoothly get us in right away take a look at everything

Manager was very helpful and the inspection confirmed I did not need $8000 worth like another service shop told me. Being a women I felt so respected. Just picked up my car after $5k worth of service work done and couldn't be happier. You can trust the great team here, true car enthusiasts, who have a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. Avoid at all costs! My Fianc� Craig, took his Jeep Cherokee there for years and trusted their reasonably priced, quality work completely. At his recommendation I also had my cars serviced there. That was until the new ownership/management took over! Now they are nothing but rip off Artists! They sell you a bill of goods every time you walk in the door, do shoddy work, and use recalled parts, so you have to keep coming back for the same problem over and over again!

Andrew was amazing! He got my car in, checked out and fixed for a price I could afford. The original estimate With several hundred dollars over my budget. He pulled some strings and got it to where I needed it to be. Best customer service I ve experienced in a very long time!

We were absolutely robbed for a lug nut and wheel stud. $800 which included two and a half hours of labor. Totally our fault for not asking up front, we came from a state where they are supposed to quote you before they even start work. Big lesson learned. If you have deep pockets then no worries, otherwise beware.

My dad of 76 years old took his truck in for an alignment. $423 later his truck was aligned. The average alignment in this area at any given shop is around $150. I feel that this shop took full advantage of an elder man in their lobby and lost the trust in the community they serve. As a previous customer of this auto shop, my family and I will NEVER bring another vehicle here ever again.

Customer service is top notch. Stopped in to get estimates for new shocks.. turned out I didn't need them. Just had loose bolts. They went ahead and tightened everything up at no charge. No more rattles. They will be getting all of my business from now on. Excellent company!!!!

Despite calling to make an appointment for a second opinion and an alignment check, when I arrived on time to my appointment, I was told they couldn't check my vehicle today. I explained that all I needed was an alignment check and a side mirror replaced or fixed and was told they wouldn't be able to do this. This is my closest auto repair shop and with such good reviews, I thought I'd give them a shot. This was such a bad experience that I will never be returning

Visited to have a nail in my tire plugged. Zach helped check me in he was prompt and courteous. Service was so fast I didn't even have enough time to connect to the wifi. Lounge area was very clean and the large leather chairs are a great touch.

Service street has now done service on two of my vehicles and both times I received excellent service, they are fair an honest on pricing and take real good care of you the customer.The Gm Curtis is very reasonable and treats you like a friend rather then a sale I definitely recommend this place ask for Curtis.

Zach was awesome and took care of my oil change super quick and they even got me a rear wiper which I've needed for too long. He didn't haggle me on the stuff that I should get done, and made an itemized list instead. Best experience with these guys this time.

I dropped off a car that didn't have a check engine light on. I got back a car that had a check engine light on. Something happened while the car was in their care and the error code has nothing to do with the repair. Another customer in the lobby complained about the same outcome with their vehicle. I absolutely do not feel comfortable having any further diagnostics or repairs done here.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is by far the worst place I have ever been to. Avoid this shop!!!! Not sure where to start. I took my truck in because it was leaking coolant. They gave me an estimate of $1500 to get the repairs done. I asked if they could check with my warranty company and immediately the employee gave me attitude and said that no warranty company covers a water pump, but you can call if you want. So I did and shocker the warranty company did cover it. So I told them they just need to call them. So, they came back and told me that I would need to pay around $900. I was kind of happy, but surprised because I thought it would be lower. I asked how much the warranty company is paying and they said around $800. So the price went up to $1700 after speaking to the warranty company. I asked why and the employee said they have different labor pricing for warranty companies then the public. Not sure how this works, but seems a little dishonest to me. I then called my warranty company and they explained that Service Street was saying it would take 4.1 hours to do the repairs instead of the warranty estimated time of 2.3 hours. The warranty company also said they were up charging their parts. Again, not sure how all this works, but seems dishonest.I was told that I would need to wait for the warranty company to make payment before I got my truck back and was told it could take 1-2 days. I called my warranty company and explained that I really needed my truck back and they said they could expedite the payment and it would be there with in an hour and I just needed to be at the shop. So I called Service Street and they sounded like I was completely out of line for asking them to speed up the process of getting my truck back. When I arrived at Service Street, after riding my bike there, I got more attitude about needing to let them do their job and not interfere with getting payment. I explained that the warranty company offered the expediting service and they said that I needed to let them do it their way. After waiting for about 30 minutes I called my warranty company and they said payment was sent 20 minutes ago and they should have it. I asked the employee and they said it has not come through yet. Now another worker chimed in saying that if you would like to check the inbox I could otherwise I could have a seat and wait. I again called my warranty company and they looked into it again and said it was sent. This time going to ask Service Street employee about this with my warranty company on the line and miraculously they have it now. The pricing and customer service at Service Street is extremely bad.

Google reviews only goes up to 5 stars but I will give this place 10+ stars for their professional attitude and quick full service shop. My check engine light came on and I called many auto shops but no one had the time to take a look so I found Service Street and called in. David immediately picked up the phone and said to bring the car down for an inspection. Same day they found issues that needed to be addressed. By the end of the day he called back saying that the car was still being worked on. I didn t expect my car to be done same day so it was ok by me. So he called the next day saying it was ready for pick up. Also this place provides Lyft ride-share services so you don t have to sit around waiting for your car which makes it very convenient so that you can go on with your day. A lot of auto shops don t have this type of service. So I had other issues after my car was returned so I called them back and Zach answered my call. He said that it wasn t any trouble for me to bring it back so that he can take a look at it. He fixed the maintenance required light that came on and also replaced a new brake light bulb and helped me replace my windshield wiper. Talk about great service!!! These guys are LEGIT!!! Highly recommend this place.

I came in when it opened (7am) and was going to wait assuming an hour and maybe 1.5 hours they told me it would be 3+ hours and I should make an appointment for later in the day.My appointment was set for 1pm that same day. I got here and 12:50 and was told the wait is going to be about 2 hours because of the walk in people they accepted to do work with caused my appointment to get pushed back. Never received any text or call about this delay so my entire afternoon is now wasted. I never received any updates throughout my wait either. My car didn t get done until 3:30! Yes! 2.5 hour wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT!I will not be coming back here as this is not the first time this has happened. It was my fault for thinking things have changed.My advice is go to another place unless you like waiting and being lied to.

One simple request, tire rotation and change the location of the tires, so when the vehicle registers low tire, it shows in the correct position. My tires were not rotated nor did they adjust the sensors.I will not return to this location. Now, I will spend my $ where they complete the items you pay them to complete.

Im a full time Uber driver for 8 yrs. This location has always been helpful. I trust their work and what they tell me. The oil change packages are great and won't find a better deal anywhere.

I have needed to use this shop three separate times in the past few months, and I have been beyond impressed each time. The staff has always been very friendly and open, they tell me what needs to happen and how much it will cost before they start any work. The first time I called them, I was having battery issues. My car "reset" while I was driving down I-76, like my battery had gone completely dead. Yes, it was as scary as it sounds! I had just gotten the battery replaced by a different company about a month previously, and the company that replaced it refused to do any service on it. That's when I called these guys. They were very sweet, got me in the same day, had the fix done super fast. They never "Man-splained" anything to me, and they treated me with respect. There's a clean and comfortable waiting room to use while they work. I was so impressed that I went back for my regular oil change a few weeks later, five star service again. A couple of weeks after that, one of my headlights burned out. I called and spoke to Zach, who told me to bring it on in. He took a look at my car, told me that they could absolutely replace the headlight, but I could either pay their prices (and as anyone who works in any business knows, all businesses have to upcharge in order to make any sort of profit) or I could walk next door to Auto Zone and get my own light bulb and bring it back so they could replace it. I'll choose cheap, thanks! Zach made sure I had the right model number, I went and got the bulb, brought it back to him, and my car was done in no time! I appreciate their open, honest communication, and greatly appreciate that I, as a woman, feel comfortable and respected in their shop. That is far from the case with most repair places. Highly recommend, especially to women who want to be able to get work done on their cars solo.Thanks for being an amazing company, gentlemen!

My wife's aunt visited the store yesterday to ask about getting a battery installed in a 2020 Kia Sportage. They quoted her $500 with battery. She then asked why so expensive? They immediately said "well we can do it for $400" just from her asking that question. She politely told them no went next door to AutoZone and bought a battery for $200 and had it installed by a family member for free. This is a 15-minute job. There was nothing crazy about this battery install or removal. Everything I hear about this establishment seems to be true. Do your research before committing to any work done by this company. I do not understand why car repair establishments try to get the most out of every person walking thru the doors anymore.

Had them do an engine replacement for me. Absolutely fantastic job! All the wires were clipped back up. Everything was clean underneath the hood. It looked like it was the original factory motor in the car! Thumbs up from me! Absolute professionals!!! Thanks guys!!

The skid shield on the front of my car fell off and Service Street Auto was able to get me in same-day to fix it. The appointment was quick (<20min) and the mechanics were friendly! Solid service overall.

I would ve rate them with a ZERO I took my truck because it was shaking and wasn t accelerating, they made a diagnostic and they said that it had a bad engine and a bad pcm. Next morning I took to a real mechanic who made it work by changing the pcm relay. So service street doesn t have real mechanics or they re just lazy.

I took a car here I was looking to buy and they took me back and showed me everything that was wrong with it. I liked how they gave you a visual example instead of just printing out a paper with everything that was wrong. Felt like more of a one on one service. Happy to say I didn't end up buying the car after I saw all that work!

Poor experience. Appointment was made through our service provider but they denied they had it despite proof, waited an extra hour and a half for them to take the vehicle back. Services performed were different than what was requested, prices suddenly changed between estimate provided and the final charge. Prices for some of the services they suggested but that I declined like a simple coolant change were outrageous.
