O Meara is a great place to buy a vehicle. Our family had purchased cars here since 2017. Every time we visit there is always an associate willing to help us with a vehicle purchase. The process is unlike any other dealership, the process here is very smooth and seamless from start to finish.Highly recommend anyone who is in the car market to stop by and purchase their vehicle here.

Justin has been such a pleasure to work with. He s extremely personable, worked super hard to get me the deal I wanted, and even came in on his day off to make sure everything with my purchase was taken care of. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. Also shout out to Bud, he was also very nice and personable and made the financing process feel like a breeze. Y all are both amazing and I m so grateful for all of your hard work! The rest of the staff I interacted with was so kind (including their sweet dealership dog!) My experience with O Meara VW was a 10/10!

The people here are outstanding, my credit is pretty rough and my salesman Brian and the entire finance team really went above and beyond to make sure I got into a vehicle that I could afford and also fit my needs. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership hands down. From start to finish the level of professionalism and attention to detail and understanding for my situation is something I won't soon forget. So stop in make sure to ask for my man Brian and restore your faith in dealerships!

My experience with our salesperson Tyler and the sales manager Luke was nothing short of exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional and personable. My Husband I had an amazing experience buying our new car with Karson and Justin. Karsons communication with me prior to coming in was great. Justin helped us when we came in and made us feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. Also can t thank the finance manager George enough for getting us such a great deal! Would definitely recommend you all in the future and thank you for wanting to keep customers coming back with the 1 year power train warranty and 2 years of service. Bought a used car from them and the process was extremely easy, thank you for that. It was a cold and rainy day when I did this deal. So closely inspecting the vehicle wasn't an option standing out in the cold and rain. Which I know I should've done, but I trusted the vehicle didn't have any damage. Undisclosed to me there was damage to the rear quarter panel of my vehicle, minor damage, broken clips that hold the bumper to the quarter panel. I've been trying for 3+ weeks to contact someone to get this addressed and I'm being ignored. My salesman Zach won't return the numerous voice messages I've left. Mark, the Sales Manager has ignored my calls and voice messages. George the Used Car Salesman called me once and I emailed him photos. Claims his auto body "handyman" guy is out for 2 weeks and he'd show him the photos and get back to me. A week later with no response, I went to follow up to our email thread and I got a "Returned Email" stating IPBlocked! Hmmmm ok! See photo below. The CarFax I was given was clean, no reports of any damage. I took my vehicle to another dealership and their auto body manager inspected it and said this is pre-existing damaged as it's attempted to be glued back together, as you can clearly see the globs of glue! It's minor damage at this point but I can't even run my vehicle thru a car wash due to the fact the rear quarter panel could be ripped off. I don't want to further break the clips that is currently holding it on. I just want it fixed. My next step is to file a complaint with the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association. Their lack of response is leaving me no choice! I'm very disappointed.

Thank you O'Meara Team!I recently bought a VW Tiguan from this location and the experience was great. I had originally went to Larry Miller VW to purchase a vehicle and did not get a great experience like I had before.I met with Justin LaVelle, I was able to explain what I was looking for and he acknowledged my interest. The whole process went smooth and he was great to work with. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism with my family and I. Thank you for creating a great experience.Leonel Diaz had created a great experience going through all the paperwork. The individual that helped me was very good. He has always done a good job explaining everything and what is needed on my vehicle. He is never pushy to make a sale which makes me want to come back when I need services done. He explains prices very well prior to work being done which is also nice because coming to pick up the vehicle there is never a price shock. I am very impressed with his attitude and work ethic. When there we can joke and the other workers in the service area are awesome they are always kind. I have never been there to see any negative or poor behaviors on the service writers this is a very joyful environment and I will be back in the future

I believe they are dishonest here and very pushy for a deal. I am in the market for a vehicle and I test drove a bmw here. I liked the car but clearly stated I was still shopping around and this was the first car I looked at. George said he could give me a crazy deal so I decided to give him a chance but it was just him trying to lengthen my financing term for as long as possible so he could get me down to the monthly payment I was asking for and I would end up paying more interest in the long run. There was no crazy deal just a guy desperate to sell a car that s been on the lot for almost two months. What a waste of three hours.

Came in today looking for car and was lucky enough to work with Karson! He was amazing, very knowledgeable on all of their products. He got me into a car I didn t even realize I wanted. It meets all of my needs. Also worked with George, one of the managers. He was super nice and helpful and was able to get me what I needed. Overall great experience 10 out of 10 recommend!!

2 weeks ago I got a used car (2-years old) from this O Meara dealership, it was a very good experience. Justin the sales person was very accommodating of my needs (specially my hectic schedule) and helpful. The transaction went fast and smooth. This dealership has very good prices in used cars and a good selection. It was very far from my home since I leave in the opposite side of the town but it was worth to make the long trip to get this car and to go through the purchase transaction process. In addition, O Meara offers a complementary service after 1-year / 15,000 miles after purchasing a car and 2-year / 100,000 power train limited warranty.

They sold me a jeep that probably never went through their inspection process after a few days I ve done over $2,000 in repairs.You would had of been a mechanic to see what was coming. Used car dealership? More like Pot-Lot dealership. You would think with a brand like Omeara that they would be more diligent to make sure they sold cars and trucks that were top tier.I m disappointed because I ve bought cars from Omeara Ford that were excellent pre owned.Joseph Cordova

The service I received was terrible to say the least. I recently purchased my vehicle and the touch screen system has been glitchy which has affected my ability to use the vehicle. I made an appointment and was told that they would provide me with transportation back home whilst my vehicle was being fixed. When I arrived to the the location , not only was I ignored but I had to actively seek out the attention of a rep, even though they were standing around chatting. After I gave the car keys to the rep, i inquired about my transportation back home and I they asked for my address. I was immediately told that transportation could not be provided due to my location being beyond his reach. I tried explaining to the rep that I had already been told transportation would be provided but he completely ignored me. This is not the customer service I expected to receive especially since the issue was in no way my fault. Very disappointing
