Honest people and a good spot. I am usually a little hesitant going to a chain for my car repairs/ work, but these guys are knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would give them a shot if you are looking for a spot for things like tire changes, oil change, and other issues with your vehicle.

The best mechanic I ve ever dealt with.Usually everyone is fairly skeptical of mechanics, but Brian and his team are honest, straight forward, experts, and value their customers greatly, even a brand new customer off the streets like I was.I bought a used car from a local dealer in the Denver area and unexpectedly had to pull off the side of the road as the car was no longer safe to drive. The dealer had already closed for the day and I was from out of town picking up a car from a dealer to drive back to Phoenix.I looked up nearby mechanics on google maps and this Meineke location popped up and that they were closing in 30 minutes. Brian and his team were more than willing to look at my car and specifically inspect my brakes, as that was where the issue was stemming from. Their team even stayed open past business hours to accommodate me.Fast forward a few days to Monday, the first business day in the week and Brian and his staff looked at my car first thing when they opened and they documented everything that they saw and also took pictures as well. Very thorough and impressive. I spoke to Brian also on the phone and he was very detailed with me in regard to the next steps that needed to be taken to fix the car. I also asked for his expert opinion as well on other items on the car, in which he was very knowledge and easy for a non mechanic to understand like myself.Brian and his team are great and they saved my weekend.I advise Brian s manager to be sure he is fairly compensated at Meineke and also to be considered for career advancement at Meineke.

Second time I ve brought my 4Runner here. The team is very friendly and they got my vehicle up and running in a timely manner.They went out of their way to save me some money on my radiator by price shopping their vendors.I hopefully won t need to be back any time soon, but I will take it back here again.

My cars alternator gave out Wednesday evening so I was on the hunt for a place that would be able to look at it. I had been in here the past for an oil change and had a smooth experience. We called to see if they had any availability. They stated that would be able to get in the car in at 1pm on Thursday which worked perfect for us. We were able to get the car towed early to the shop around 10a.m. They called us with the diagnosis around 11:30 and quoted us for the parts and labor. My car was done around 3:30pm. Checking out was smooth and now my car rides like a charm. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you!

I trust Meineke more than any other lube shop. They have always been truthful with me and shown me as a novice what is wrong with my car and not tried to charge me with unneeded maintenance. This shop takes appointments. It was smooth, easy, they gave me some recommendations and some I can do and the others I will be back for.

$180 to run a diagnostic test? Seriously that is insane. I was told Saturday at 8am it was no problem getting me in and running the test. Well it was obviously a problem because by Tues morning they still hadn't even run the test. It wasn't until 11:30 that they finally call me with the results. I would have taken it somewhere else to begin with if i knew it wasn't even going to be looked at. Then even with 2 warranties on my engine I'm told it would probably still cost about $2000 out of pocket for the engine??? Ummm what, I called around and got my car towed somewhere else. Save yourself the time and money just go somewhere else first.

NEVER take your vehicle to this clip joint! They did my brakes and rotors a year and a half ago. They "discovered" I needed 2 new CV axels. Charged me $2,200 for this. Less than a year later, rotors were warped, they "fixed" them under warranty and the rotors still had problems. Fast forward to this last week. Brakes are seized up, (while my wife and 4 children were in the car) and the brake pads and rotors are completely shot to hell. We only use the vehicle for personal use. Never carry any weight in the vehicle besides human life! Meineke WILL NEVER touch any of my vehicles ever again! Avoid this place like the plague!

After a failed break in my cars door lock cylinder was punched in and turned the wrong way, this made the door a hassle to open and I had to explain to the technicians very specifically how to even open the door. I came in just to get an oil change and there were some other issues I couldn t afford to get fixed and the sales person did not push at all and even gave me things to look out for in the future if the issues got worse. When I got back to my car I realized the technicians had repaired the lock cylinder on my door and there was nothing on my bill for it. These guys really saved my POS car, will definitely be back for any other services I need.

They did a great job, except for one issue the inside trim as you stepped into your vehicle had Grease and Or oil on it other than that they did a great job They communicated with me well

Zeke helped me with my car, which had multiple issues. I had lots of questions and he was very professional, courteous, and explained everything to me. My car's brakes work well and I'm happy about the national warranty. Thank you Zeke.

Stay far away away from this place. Every time I go here to fix an issue a brand new issue arises. Somehow my check engine light is on after a repair they did and they were trying to charge me for diagnosing a problem they created. They also prod their customers after anything minor has been done for reviews so I would not trust all the good reviews.

Very friendly staff and did some much needed maintenance on my car. My car hasn t felt this smooth in a few years. I was worried I may have burned my clutch or messed up my transmission. These guys were honest and did an adjustment and it s like butter again. I felt like it was a bit pricey but I can t complain. They fixed my issues that I have been having for a few years when others were not sure. Shout out to the new guy that started there a couple weeks ago, I forgot his name :( . Probably wouldn t have scheduled a follow up appointment if he wasn t so personable, friendly, honest feeling, and knowledgeable. Being a woman and going into an auto shop can be a little daunting but they were all welcoming. Also shout out to Zeke, also very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Brian was able to squeeze me in last minute and personally took care of me himself the same day service. I was so grateful for his authenticity and honesty and patience as well! These are the times when it matters because i have no clue suv it comes to cars and i really appreciated the way he went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you so much Brian! you are such an asset to Meineke!!

First Meineke confirmed my appointment. When I got there the MANAGER told me he made a mistake and told me he made a mistake and told me my appointment was with the Meineke on 120th Avenue. At 120th Avenue the MANAGER asked me "why did they send you here? We don't do hertz, they don't like to pay us." I took my car to tires plus. Excellent service. I wouldn't trust ether Meineke for honest service.

Strongly advise you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My 19yo daughter was about leave on cross country trip to go to college. Her car started making a whistling noise the Saturday morning she planned to leave. Meineke was able to get us in. Great. They diagnosed it as a valve cover leak and replaced the valve cover and gasket. $1800 later she drove her car across country and the car was acting funny the whole way. Stalling, check engine light and other warnings coming on, hard starts etc. She made it to the east coast and we told her to take in somewhere immediately. The place she brought it to diagnosed it as (Surprise!) a valve cover leak. I was furious and asked them to fix it.They found:1. One of the valve cover bolts was missing2. The threads on the "new" valve cover were were stripped from over tightening and so it needed to be replaced again.3. They never replaced the gasket they charged me for.Another $2100 later, the car is running great with a new valve cover and gasket.When i called Meineke, (I had video, photos, offered to provide them the parts) rather than refund my money they said they had to send it to corporate.Long story short, after a couple weeks of haggling with "corporate" they agreed to refund half the cost. Half. And said i should be glad i got that bc they didn't have to give me anything! Yes, really! He said that.So even though they negligently failed to do the job i payed them to do, they also failed to replace the parts i paid them for and damaged the ones they did replace, and finally, they also failed to stand by their work when they were clearly at fault and basically said take it or leave it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Big thanks! I had an absolute great experience With my car. Went here a few times already Since my vehicle was giving me some troubles. Awesome techs. I think his name started with a K? Konrad or Konstantine. These people!! I was flabbergasted at what transpired. This man didn't even ask me.the make and model of my car and quoted me a price of $500 for brake pads. Even after I Explained we am not from here and we are traveling through from Texas. He asked for my number - then sent me a link to have the cost financed!! WHAT!!! Nope! Went directly across the street and was taken very good care of. The establishment was called Big Awesome place , would highly recommend them instead!

Simple brake job turned bad by braking a bolt. I was mad and rude but they removed the bolt and told me that the other shop(who did my tires) should cover it and they did. No charge on time spent. Great customer service!Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

The oil change was cheap and they did a pretty good job but the coolent cap and washer fluid cap where left open. The guys up front where friendly and helpful.

I brought the Ford Fusion in. They told me that it would be an hour and a half to do the inspection and change oil. They met that obligation. However to actually do the work it took another 5 hours! I m glad I had the capability to leave or I would have been extremely frustrated.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair
