The folks were very nice and accommodating. They stayed late to help me finalize my purchase and were even able to get it washed as well. Customer service is great. Never felt pressured. The only issue I had was they were so focused on the monthly payment, that I had to ask what was the total cost of the car (after fees, etc) It wasn't made apparent. It was my fault for a bit of a quick purchase as I was in a crash but make sure to focus on the total cost and what's being financed.

Not sure why this place has such terrible reviews. My guy Randy was superb. Definitely went above and beyond. Had the car I was interested in brought up and cleaned and waiting for me even though I was early to our appointment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite and professional. If you are looking for a car, go see Randy and see what he can do to help you out.

I was so pleased to work with Nathan to purchase my KIA EV9. He was so flexible and helpful to me as I evaluated trim levels, options and financing/leasing options. My vehicle arrived earlier than expected, a nice surprise. I was especially impressed with the support the team provided me to make the purchase process smooth, understandable and efficient. Finally, a special thanks to Nate and Nicole who patiently reviewed the features, and helped to setup and customize both the vehicle electronics and the associated app. Great job. I love my new car!

I have been looking for a good starter car for my kiddo and have been looking at a lot of small hatchbacks. Most have been really expensive piles of junk that need a lot of work. I didn't have a lot of expectations for the one we were see at Grand Kia, but I was wrong. Not only was this the cleanest of the used cars we looked at, it was also one of the cheapest. Matt our sales guy was ready for us to test drive the car when we arrived and we left with the car 2 hours after getting there. Everything from the finance guys to the sales guy and even the manager seemed to genuinely care and appreciated it business. Even though the dealer is no where near my house, we'll probably start with them next time we're in the market for a car.

Finding the KIA Sportage Hybrid was really difficult. I called all the dealerships in CO and even some in Wyoming and Texas. But David Vigil of Grand KIA not only found what I was looking for, he also gave the best deal. David kept me informed every step of the way. There were some minor delays when my car arrived, but he informed me and kept up excellent communication. David has also been highly responsive to my questions on how things work after I picked up the car. I highly recommend working with David Vigil at Grand KIA. And I LOVE my new KIA Sportage!

I bought my Kia carnival from them and I have to say when I thought of going into a dealership I thought it was gonna be a fight, but when we first walked on the lot we were met by Sterling who was so nice and easy to talk. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us, everyone at that dealership are amazing at making you feel comfortable about making a big purchase. I would highly suggest them over other dealerships for the best customer service and deals.

Working with the dealer and financial department was a pleasant and easy experience. They were both very helpful and friendly and the process was as quick as possible and enjoyable.Grand Kia, however will not be a place that I will be giving any more of my own business, car service, nor recommending to anyone I know. The dealership chose to charge an extra $2500 for my vehicle, just because they can. The explanation was that they are the dealership that could get me the car I wanted first, 3 weeks before other dealerships. I was in a horrible wreck, and insurance wouldn't cover rentals, so I need a car now. Grand Kia takes advantage of this situation.They also charge for license plate covers that advertise their company.These "nickle and dime" tactics evade trust and relationships. They have my money. Hope they enjoy it. I love my car. Go to ANY other Kia dealership!!

Matt and Jose were amazing, they were super patient getting me a ton of estimates and took extra time explaining everything.Plus they had to shovel quite a few cars out of the snow and didn t complain once! This dealer definitely doesn t deserve the bad reviews it s gotten and it should absolutely be on your list when you re looking for a new car!

What more can I say but GO HERE. Went to a few other dealerships before but glad I ended up here. We were instantly greeted by John who made us feel welcomed and treated us like we were family. Ended up getting more than I wanted for a price less then what I was expecting. I mean how can you beat that? What also was nice was that Joe the manager and the other sales team members chatted with us, joked around, and was super friendly while we were waiting which made the experience enjoyable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place because it didn t seem like you were just another customer to try to sell to but more like family.

My overall experience was wonderful! I was assisted by Sterling. He was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding about my needs. After my first visit I ultimately decided I was not ready and needed more time. Sterling was very gracious and understanding about it. He did continue to reach out occasionally as well as answered any questions I came up with. After this I knew that I definitely wanted to come back to Grand Kia and work with Sterling when I was ready. I m very glad I came back and was able to work with Sterling. The process was easy and very smooth. I highly recommend Grand Kia!

I have had both really positive experience and unfortunately I m in the middle of a negative experienceI m hoping I can change this review to a positive by the end of this! But I took my car in with a engine code p1326 knock engine sensor 12 hours after picking up my car 3 engine codes and and a message saying my car parts came in I dropped my car of for the parts to be replaced under a recall and an engine code that is part of class action suit they are trying to charge me saying it was a broken part

Just had the best auto service experience. I appreciate the care, professionalism and kindness from the worker who complimented me on my hat and to the African American man ( I didn t catch his name) who helped me today.That was my second time there and the auto service has always be pleasant for me. I bought my third kia today, and Randy was the dealer I worked with. Randy is very knowledgeable and kind. Randy is not pushy, and he makes sure to take his time, and he makes sure the customer is always taken care of. Besides Randy, Eli in finance was great, and he also was very patient and kind.

Purchased a Sorento Hybrid from this dealership just after Thanksgiving in 2023. Our sales guy, John Lee, was great: he was responsive, pleasant, and honest. The dealership, however, had this policy that ALL cars had to have the flashing brake lights installed, which means we were forced to pay an unexpected extra $299 at delivery. Since the purchase, our brake light has never flashed, and so I looked at the paperwork that came with the car to see if I could troubleshoot it. This is when things got weird: the website listed on my purchase paperwork for the product DOES NOT EXIST, and the product support phone number is actually for a men's beard care company. Confused and irritated, I recently called the dealership to ask for a refund on what is clearly a complete sham of a product. I was told that, though they are under new management that is trying to phase out this forced purchase, there was nothing they could do besides offer a service appointment to fix it. So now my only option is to spend half a day going to the dealership so that they can fix a part on my brand new car that I never wanted in the first place and was forced to buy. Oh, and they tried to convince me that I will save on my insurance with this device, which is also a scam - my agent told me that there is no such discount and they hear frequently that dealers justify the upsell to people with this line. It's really too bad - this has ruined what could have been a pretty pleasant car-buying experience.

This dealership is great! Went last Tuesday to look at a car, but unfortunately it sold before I got there. So, while I was there Bryan helped me find the same one that very day. He drove all the way to Colorado Springs to get it. Everyone was friendly, caring, and was very knowledgeable about the cars they sold. Buying the car was pretty quick too, just took an hour! Highly recommend this dealership!

Dell and the whole service team are incredible.When my engine failed, they not only worked with the manufacturer to get me a full replacement, but got me set up with a rental and helped me through the whole process.Seriously an amazing team. If you have a Kia and you're in the area, I don't know why you'd go anywhere else.

The new sales management at Grand Kia is TERRIBLE! I've been a loyal customer for over 17 years (purchasing 3 cars, getting all my service done there, and referring business to them over the years), but I won't be returning after my last experience.I recently ordered a custom Kia Sportage, and so far, I LOVE it. However, closing the deal was an awful experience. It started when they offered me $2300 for my trade-in, despite the fact that I had offers for $4000 and $4700 from other dealers. I countered that I would take $3300 just to get the deal done and the sales manager said no. Not "no, but we'll give you $2700." Just no. So I took the car two blocks down to CarMax and sold it to them for $4700.The delay in selling my old car caused us to close the deal on the new car a day later (on March 1). That morning I get a text begging me to come in before 2 PM so that they can put the deal on their February books. Already upset about the trade-in, I said I'd be happy to accommodate them if they'd comp me the cargo mat I had on order. Nope - they won't throw in a $150 cargo mat on a $45000 car.This deal was all about Grand Kia's bottom line and screwing a loyal customer. In case you're wondering, I'm giving them 2 stars because I liked the salesman, Randy Pewtress. Otherwise, I'd only be giving them 1.

I had a great experience today at grand Kia to get service on my 2018 Kia Sorento. I had an appointment at 9 AM and they took care of the oil change and the transmission fluid exchange and it only took an hour. Dell, one of the service advisors explained all the details to me and helped check me out quickly for my next appointment. Their prices are very competitive with any service shop around town. I will be taking my car there from now on. Thanks again.

This Kia has treated our car and my wife like trash. 8 months ago we had an issue with our automatic middle seats in our 2022 Kia Telluride. Brought it in and got the diagnosis. It wasn t a priority so we waited until today to bring it in and get it fixed. My wife then spent all day on the phone having to explain and argue with the technician Del about what needed fixed. After it was finally fixed and we were told to come in and get it, we found the seats were not completely put back together. The response my wife got after bringing up the fact that they didn t finish the work they spent ALL DAY ON, was my manager had to take it over because he knew you d be one of those women who would have a problem, and he s not here anymore. We are never coming back.
