Scheduled online, check in at the store was smooth and easy, staff was very helpful. I left the car for service so they had time and they called me before I was expecting that it was completed. Pickup experience was great and painless. Zane at the counter was efficient and helpful. Have been using this location for years and over both business and personal cars.

Had a slow leak in our tire, so we drove to the nearest shop to get the tire looked at. The technician told us that he had an oil change to finish, but should be able to get the tire taken care of in about an hour. After an hour and forty five minutes, the technician handed me my keys and said, We can t help you today, but if you can come back tomorrow morning, we ll be able to help you. If he d have told us earlier, we could have aired the tire up some and tried to go to another shop. Now I am stuck with a slow leak and have work early in the morning. Poor communication and terrible service.

Audra and her staff did a fantastic job! She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what repairs needed to be done on my 1998 Toyota Camry. They were able complete the repairs sooner than expected, and I was back on the road. Thank you Audra and Team!

The staff I worked with were friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule an appointment for tires, brakes and an oil change easily without having to wait forever. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment to take my car to have a tire repaired. The website asks what vehicle ECT. I drive there, and talk to an employee and she asks what size tire. I tell it's 35, she tells me they can't work on it because their machine will damage the tire more. (?). And to go to Discount Tire, which I did and they were excellent. When I got home I looked up my tire size on the website and they sell my tire size. So how would they put them on if it would damage the tire?

Very helpful and professional. I needed my car fixed and they were able to help with the same day service and they did a really good job. It was done right. I love the way they treat the customers and I will always bring my vehicles here.

I ve had negative experiences at most mechanic shops, specifically with over charging, telling me I needed extra work done on my car that I knew I didn t, etc. Now, I only take our cars to this specific Firestone (Thornton location in Colorado) for anything needed which I have been doing for years, and have never once had a bad experience. I truly believe they have always been honest with me, never try to upcharge or add unnecessary repairs, and always answer all of my questions. There is normally a woman who checks me in and out while there (her name is escaping me at the moment unfortunately! May be Audra?) who I cannot speak more highly about. She s so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. For example, I added a break check to my routine oil change appointment. She could have easily told me I needed new brakes, rotors, etc. instead, she told me the exact thickness of the brake pads, and even guesstimated that I wouldn t need to replace them until after my next two oil changes.Highly recommend them!!

tech refused to do a alignment on my car because my brake light flashes in my dashboard, it took them over 2hrs to realize this and notify me. what a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and bypass this establishment and go to a REAL MECHANIC SHOP

They bribe their customers to give them 5 star reviews for a discount but still don't do their job right or take responsibility for things that got messed up due to their negligent work. I would take every 5 star review with a LARGE grain of salt

I made an appointment but I still had to wait 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE. They told me even though I had an appointment that doesn't mean I actually have a spot. It's first come first serve and anyone could make an appointment at any time, it's just a commitment from you that you'll come in. To add injury to insult, I went to the Honda dealership for my next oil change and they found that Firestone ruined my oil pan! "The drain plug was the wrong size for the pan causing it to cross thread and would need to replace the oil pan to fix." Honda told me to go back to Firestone to have them replace the oil pan they ruined, but Fireston said that no matter what they would not relace it for free since "it's been so long". It's been 6 months. A normal amount of time between oil changes.If you value your time and money, do not go to these incompetent liars.

Had my first experience with Firestone this week for a general inspection and oil change - I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great and extremely accommodating - specifically Audra and Zane.Will be sure to return.

Amazing staff, knowledgeable and warming. They also work very fast and efficient. I was blown away with how fast they serviced my vehicle. I would trust them with any service and will be coming back to them as my main vehicle servicing providers.

Employees were very friendly and while doing an alignment check noticed a crack in the right rear suspension knuckle making the vehicle unsafe to drive. They were quick to notify me of the issue and I am glad it was caught as it could have been a much bigger and more dangerous issue had it gone unnoticed and unaddressed.

Excellent services and amazing staff. Will be coming to them for all my vehicle services. They worked so fast and efficient and are very welcoming. I highly recommend this location and this staff s skillset to aid you in any issues or maintence one would need with a vehicle.

William & his team are awesome! I bought a used 2010 Honda CRV online from a company that sells & delivers used cars. I'm not going to say their name, but you know what company I'm talking about. Upon delivery, I took it for a test drive to make sure everything was in proper order. I noticed it was out of alignment, but that repair is covered by the warranty that came with the vehicle. As far as I knew, that was the only issue.I took it to Firestone Complete Auto Care and I'm VERY glad I did! William & his team noticed several things that if went unnoticed would have become a major issue in a very short time! The lug nuts being barely screwed on that would have come loose, possibly causing a wheel to fall off. The virtually brand new brakes slapped on top of beat out rotors.I have a young son & I'm a very over protective father. Having a vehicle that is safe is of the highest priorities. William & his team gave me that peace of mind.I would most DEFINITELY recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care for your vehicle maintenence needs!

This Firestone is the worst Firestone store I have ever been to. They installed 4 tires on my Nissan Altima and torqued the wheels over 150ft lbs of torque. I found this out when I brought it in for them to patch a tire from a nail in center of the tread. They refused to service me being this is my only vehicle. THEY WERE THE ONES TO INSTALL AND I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THEM. IT TAKES FIFTEEN MINUTES TO PATCH A TIRE! Because I couldn t drive on a tire leaking air I put on the spare. After over an hour wrestling with the worlds tightest lug nuts I decided to tell everyone who researches their store they hire lazy, stupid and terrible mechanics who don t deserve the title mechanic nor the wrench in their hands. I wouldn t recommend this store for anyone.

I am really happy with the Thornton Firestone, I highly recommend them. I had a lot of issues with the Brighton store and went to Thornton to get my brakes replaced ( that Brighton wasn't capable of). Thank you so much Thornton store

Be careful taking your car here. They tried to charge $1500 to replace 4 spark plugs and 4 ignition coils. Not only that the car actually had a blown motor. The damaged motor caused the spark plugs to actually break along with the ignition coil. But it was only cylinder 4 not all of them. They didn't paid attention to the codes showing no vacuum in cylinder 4. The manager is the rudest person on earth and we were charged $150 for the diagnostic fee.

One of the few places open on a Sunday. They were happy to get my car in right away to fix the tire leak.VERY friendly staff and customer service which is everything! The prices are also unbeatable. I highly recommend this location!Service: TiresService: Tires

Called these guys today to get a quote on having some old tires dismounted so i could get my wheels sand blasted and painted. the service advisor that answered the phone tried get me to pay a 100 bucks just to have some tires dismounted that are not even on a vehicle. that is price of a full mount and balance with them having the vehicle. these guys will rob you check out discount for fair pricing.

I have been going to Firestone for 30 years and the is the first time I got over charged the way I was this time. I will not be going back and I am telling everyone I know what happened so they won't go there any more.

After reading the reviews it all makes sense now. Well I went in because I got a flat tire, I came here because it was the closet place to where I live. The guy told me that it ll be days before I can even look at it and I was nice and said okay well let me call someone who can at least help me change my tire. I then asked if it was okay for me to leave my car while I waited. I didn t want to make the flat tire worse. Well he proceeds to tell me no because you re going to take up space , it was 8am with nobody but one other car in the lot. I came here for help and because I ve been to many other firestones and they ve always been professional in trying yo help. I got the complete opposite. I ve been a manager in customer service and this is not at all how you talk to people. Let alone potential new clients.
