This place has been by far the easiest experience I have Ever had purchasing a vehicle. Greeted by the office Mascot/dog Roman he was so friendly and welcoming to the office. Brian and Jesus were my sales persons and they both treated me with lots of respect and that I knew exactly what I wanted In a vehicle. They didn t try to put me in anything other than the vehicles I was Interested in. Also I was In a rental at the time so one of the guys AL drove with me to drop the rental off and pick me up in my new car. Paperwork process is easy and convenient total of maybe 2 and half hours to get everything squared away. Time was for sure because I was stuck between two vehicles. Try them out and you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere here is great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They worked with me on everything that I needed and it didn't take hours. They also have the cutest dog named Roman. Definitely a great place to get a new car!

5/24/21Edit: After finding out my car wasn't the (IPL) trim, I lowered my rating. Reasons why I lowered it was because they sold it at the price of one, and Jesus blamed the bank for "not doing enough research." That part kinda got me upset because why would you blame the bank for "not enough research" when you did the same when buying it from the previous owner. I also hold myself responsible for the same thing, like not looking up pics of IPL's or the vin number.I've had the car for more than a month and had started looking at IPL videos and noticed they weren't the same as mine. So that's when I looked up the vin number on Carfax and other websites. All the other websites said the car was a sport trim except for one. The website was called AutoCheck. There, it said it was an IPL, and when I purchased the vehicle, for some odd reason, Drive N-motion gave me the AutoCheck one. Basically, they robbed me because IPL sells at a higher price.Anyway, I didn't believe it, so I went to an Infiniti dealership to see if they could confirm the trim level. After some time, they told me it was a sport trim and even printed me papers stating that it was. I then went to Drive N-motion to discuss the problem. Jesus, who is one of the salesmen, said he was going to work with the bank to find a solution and that he would call me back when he does. It's been 6 days, and nothing.6/14/21All they said was if I ever wanted to sell or trade it back to them, they would take it back as an IPL, not a sport. The other option was that we would have to redo the contract, but we would have to put money down. In the end, I just went with the first option, but I would never trade it in.-At the time, I was really young and just wanted a car, and I learned my lesson.

Buyers be careful when buying your next vehicle from this company. I purchased my truck from them in October of 2022, just 2 months later the truck broke down and needed a new engine. This review has nothing to do with the sales team of the Washington location because they are actually very helpful, this is more of the conditions of the vehicles they are selling AND the service department in Greeley which has been a nightmare to deal with. I towed my truck to them on DEC 8th 2022 and i STILL have not gotten back the truck. Even though they promised me it would have been done by the end of JANUARY. hopefully this review helps you think twice about buying a car/truck here.

Great buying experienceThe whole transaction was smooth. They make it really easy to get a vehicle. Brian, Jesus, Nick, and Eddie are amazing people. They don t feed you B.S they tell you things how they are! They are looking for your best interest I had a higher interest rate but they were able to get me the best interest rate in the market.

Absolutely the best hands down. We have bought one car here about 2 years ago and just went back again today and with the help of Marcelo we were able to walk out with another vehicle, they were able to work with us and we really enjoyed the experience because as we all know some dealers can be a hassle, but they made the whole experience very smooth and we weren t there very long either. All in all I would 100% recommend Drive N Motion if you are looking for a new car!!

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE, I sat in this place for five hours to not leave with the vehicle I was so called approved for. They gave me the run around and not only that they took the plates off my trade in and had everything prepared for me to end up saying forget it and just leaving. Also the guy who was cleaning the car stole all my change out of my original vehicle lol I mean I know it s change but still he had it in his pocket before asking me did you want this ! I been up all night thinking about how terrible this was for me. I would never do business with these people. Now Bill the sales guy was nice, but other than that this caused me a serious headache that came with me there for over 5 hours was just beyond me. Don t buy here! Your time is not valued. Absolutely terrible! #EnglewoodLocation

Best dealership ever! Approved me for the car that I really wanted with a payment I was happy with. Jesus helped us with all the paperwork and treated us really well, their mascot Roman made the visit enjoyable too lol. Def recommend to all my friends and family.

They have a good assortment of quality cars and I am very happy with the car I went to see. Also happy with my interaction with the facility and sales people. The only thing that gives me pause is that once I decided to purchase the car, I was informed that I couldn t purchase without also purchasing a one-year warranty. Others have also noted that they were required to use financing rather than paying cash. I didn t have that issue because I checked if I could pay cash before I came to view the car, but I didn t think to ask about the warranty before I came. That added about $1700 to the purchase price, which was still a good deal for the car, but left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Nonetheless, people have to make a living, and I guess this is just part of the game. It s a good place to shop for a car if the listed price plus $1700 fits what you re looking for.

Update: it was time to find a vehicle for my wife, so I naturally looked to DriveNMotion. Brian took great care of us and paired us with Jesus who was phenomenal all the way through! Most importantly, my wife is thrilled about her new vehicle! #happywifeTalk about a great family place to buy a car! David is sharp, talented, and knowledgeable well beyond his years. I've encountered salesman who have been in the industry for 20-30 years who can't work magic that David can. I tell all of my friends to go see David for a great car!

Walked in Saturday evening looking at a car, dealt with finance on Monday, when I was told I d get a call back same day. Called Tuesday regarding my paperwork and was informed the vehicle I looked at sold. A courtesy call would have been nice. Never received a follow up call on my paperwork or notice of the vehicle being sold, bad first impression for someone interested in purchasing from this dealership.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by their friendly and polite staff, Jesus and their receptionist. Jesus their salesman immediately started taking care of me, even though I was a little hesitant and unsure about buying a new for me car., I haven't had car payments in forever. Unfortunately my old faithful finally pooped out on me, so I really didn't have a choice. I had to start somewhere and I was referred to them by a friend. Walking through their lot they had a really good selection of cars and trucks, very clean and sharp looking. Jesus was very thorough gathering all the necessary information, I'm semi-retired so I wasnt sure I'd qualify, he assured me they had many different options to get me into a car. At one point his general manager Eddie took over my loan application and he worked miracles!!! Jesus was honest with me, he kept me updated on the progress and as soon as I was approved and even though he didn't have all the details he called me right away to let me know!!! Now that's great customer service!!! I couldn't believe I actually got approved for the car I fell in love with! Their staff was as excited for me as I was. They made me feel like family. I can honestly say as I was waiting for the paperwork and just the time I spent there, I watched how they all interacted with everyone that came in and they treated everybody the same way. If you're looking for a newer vehicle, check them out first, I'm sure glad I did.

The first time buying a car from them went smooth. The second time not so much. It seems like they can't get none of my paperwork correct. I have to go in several times to re sign paperwork. Now I have to miss work multiple days because they can't get my paperwork correct the first time and the DMV doesn't have none of the paperwork so I can get my plates. I have had the car for almost 3 months now made my first payment. Not very pleased now how they do things.

Jesus, John and Jocelyn were extremely helpful and friendly and made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle worry free. I was able to see the vehicle I wanted, test drive it and purchase it with no pressure and they were able to answer all my questions. While we were filling out paperwork we were offered coffee and conversation and it was an overall great experience! I love my new truck and I highly recommend visiting and doing business with Drive N Motion, thank you!

All star Jesus was an awesome sales person. We had a brief issue but it was resolved really quickly. They were honest, informative and straightforward. Jonathan helped a ton with paperwork and understanding what we needed. Pete was incredible explaining coverage.They deserve every raise you can give them.In Ernest though, you will have a good experience here, they don't seem sketchy or like normal dealers. It's also the only dealership I never experienced a crazy amount of sexism. Will return in the future.

When on Saturday he had no problem taking one.But the people out on the main floor in the Thornton office were great

Do not do business with this company! They don't stand behind their word or service. Horrible communication from all the people that I dealt with. If no stars was possible that's what they would receive. Brought my truck in for a Transmission issue in Dec of 22 and am still dealing with an engine issue that they didn't completely fix and handed it off to another shop and it is now April of 23 and I'm still waiting on my truck to be fixed. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY.

Jesus at this location will sell you warranties that you told him you don t want will not communicate things well.. went back to fix the issue and got sent to greeleys location because nobody could help there. Stay away from dealers like this

They were very professional to work with getting my fiance and i into a good truck, they new what to ask for making sure its what we wanted and something we could afford. They were also very good salesmen to joke around with, they took a lot of the pressure off by doing so.

I can't speak poorly enough. If you do ever go be sure not to ask for Josiah. On there website the say "We never apply additional fees to your sales price" but that is in fact a bold faced lie. after getting interested in a car and discussing a purchase it was revealed to me that I'd be charged an additional 2-3 thousand dollars which I couldn't opt out of. Fortunately I'm not easily pressured so I didn't go through with it at the end of the process. Still this is the definition of scummy and woefully unapologetic. Please take your business elsewhere.

Marcelo had the truck ready to test drive for my husband and I as soon as we arrived on the lot. There was no pressure while considering our decision to buy. Also even though the car lot was busy he continued to check in with us and asking if we had any questions, while he helped other customers. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions we asked. I would highly recommend anyone who wanted to purchase a vehicle to shop here. The selection of cars, trucks and SUVs was amazing considering how small the lot was. Every vehicle we looked at was in beautiful condition. Thank you to all drive in motion staff for making our purchase of our new used Truck so enjoyable. We are extremely happy with the finance option and payments and the willingness to help see our dream of ownership come true.

After about a year of saving, Twas the season for truck shopping!! About 20 test drives later we strolled through the drive-n-motion dealership not thinking too much of it. We were welcomed by Paola and Aaron, both of which were personable and super friendly!! She let me test drive a couple vehicles (all 12/10 s; would recommend) and it was there that I had found my soul mate of a vehicle :) the two of them even made the paperwork fun and exciting!! Overall, some of the most knowledgeable and genuine sales managers I ve ever met, delivering world class engagement and customer service!
