I needed a tire repaired, I had a screw stuck in it. I had scheduled an appointment at Firestone because it was closer. When I got my car there a nice woman said they could repair my tire because the profile on my tire was to low for their tire machine??? It's a 235/35. Anyway I found Discount Tire near by. No appointment, took a look at my tire, gave me options if it couldn't be repaired. Took it back and repaired it, less than an hour. And it's no charge! They will be my tire shop now. Also everyone was friendly and helpful.

I ve been putting off getting tires for about a year (oops). I finally made the call and Zach answered! Almost everyone and their mother suggested discount tire when I asked where to get nee ones. I was put at ease by Zach over phone, talked me through all of my options and gave me a price breakdown. I came in for my appointment and Joseph checked me in, also so helpful! I m excited I found a place where I can trust the team to do a great job. Highly recommend.

This discount tire is COMPLETELY dishonest. I took my car there 1/16 because my tire had a flat for the gentlemen that helped me to LIE and tell me that my tire was internally shredded and that I needed a brand new tire which would be $400 or more, though I purchased brand new tires less than a month ago. When they told me about what was supposedly going on I respectfully declined service so I could get a second opinion the guy was a jerk and rolled his eyes because I didn t give him the sale. Luckily, I got the second opinion with a different company who confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tire and was not in fact internally shredded and all that was needed was air and to be placed back on the rim, which the other place did FOR FREE! I do not recommend coming to this place unless you want to be robbed of your money and love dishonest and rude humans. 0 out of 10 customer service.

I got tire . He told me it will cost $164. After he finished. They asked me to pay 275. Because add labor-warranty-. Before He show me screen it was $164 + tax . I had different locations before They were clear with price. No extra after finishing job.

Store manager Tyler P was excellent working on my warranty & replacement. Manager Tyler E was great help. 5 tire rotation & balance in 20 minutes! And had my spare to the exact psi requested. In 4 visits this entire team, top to bottom, has been professional, precise.

I was only there to get a tire punch repaired. They didn't even charge me a penny to fix it. From the looks of compared to other tires stores this is a busy place. The service was quick and easy. Certainly a good place to bookmark to visit tire issues around Thornton.

I have mixed feelings.While my first appointment went off without a hitch, the second appointment immediately after went awry.Ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. One hour of waiting after my appointment started, I noticed my car still hadn't been pulled back into the bay for service. That's the bad part.The good part is the manager agreed it was completely unacceptable for an appointment to take that long. He figured out the reason for it and spoke with the person who had incorrectly filled out the paperwork for my vehicle.While the delay was regrettable, I do appreciate the manager getting to the bottom of the cause and speaking with the employee to make sure it doesn't happen again. Hopefully, this is the only time I experience something like this here. Tough pill to swallow after spending over $1500 on 2 cars but what can you do?

I had purchased 4 tires elsewhere a few months earlier, and brought them in to be mounted and balanced at Discount Tire. (FYI: Discount Tire might be able to match a lower price you find somewhere else.) Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Tyler, Kyle, Jesus, Heart, and others were a pleasure to do business with. They let me pull my classic Corvette into, and later out of the tire bay myself and were very conscientious about lifting it properly. The whole installation took less than an hour from the time of my appointment. I had removed the "beauty rings" from the original Chevy Rally Sport wheels so the crew would not have to struggle with them, and upon returning home, I discovered a conflict with one of the wheel weights and the retaining clips of the "beauty ring" on one wheel. Discount Tire quickly corrected the problem the next morning when I brought that wheel in. (The wheel weight was moved to the inside of the wheel.) All-in-all it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this location of Discount tires.

I blew a tire and Was quoted one price for 2 tires and told they were in stock. Next morning, once my car was towed in, they called and told they didn't have those tires, would have to order them, and it'd be up to 7 busines days until they had them.I needed my car urgently, so I gave in to the bait and switch and had the tires that were over $100 each more put on.Got the car back that night and in my rush to get out of the minus 12 degree cold, overlooked the fact that they had kept the good tires they had replaced, despite the note being to return it to use as my spare, obviously. Not only that, they had charged me for its disposal. Today, 3 days later, I noticed a crazy wobble and awful noise coming from the left front. Took it to a shop nearby and was told the left front tire was completely unbalanced. This has to be THE shadiest shop I've ever dealt with. Almost $600 for 2 tires I was expecting to pay under $400 for, and a dangerous, shoddy job done at that. Please be ware.

I been buying tires with Discount Tites for a long time but never been treated like I have today.I bought snow tires 1 day away from a month ago. I have 10lbs of air and no screws or nails on it. Yet without inspecting it they are telling me more than likely it s damaged on the walls and they won t be able to repair it and the spare is too old so then I d have to buy at a minimum 1 tire.I asked him to just inspect it first before he assumed but went on to say that s more than likely the case.I left without air or the tire being inspected.Disappointed but it is what it is.

I came to this Discount Tire to get my tire air pressure checked from the negative weather we ve had. It was super quick and the workers were very friendly and made sure I was aware of tire hazards. The service was free which is even better and by the time I left I was definitely satisfied.

I came for a simple rotate and balance. First off the tech that check my car in was asking me if we should do a balance? I was like you're the expert can't you check it? I arrived a few mins for 11 and was told I should be on the road by 12. They didn't even take my car back until almost 12. Once they got it in I had the manager come ask me if I felt any vibration driving. Then a tech came and grabbed me to show me a "hop" in my tire. Saying my rim is bent from pot holes. He stated this is his 4th one today like this. The manager Tyeler quoted me almost $800 for rims. I ended up taking my car to another tires plus and they ensured me that my rim is not bent and the little "hop" is a spot in the tire. I feel this location is trying to scam women or anyone not knowledgeable about cars and its not ok. Especially since I requested to work with the manager and he agreed to what his tech told me about my rims.

Scammers, I went in to put air in my tire a couple of days ago because my sensor light was on. And they wanted to take the tire off to see why my sensor is on And next thing I know. I had to buy a whole new tire.They found a nail or screw on in my tire But never showed me where the screw or no was in my tire. So they couldn't put my tire back on they had no used one so I had to buy a whole new tire and And I went in today for the sensor Light on and I asked him to put air in my tire again just in case it was because one of the tires were low, which they stayed at 1 of them was at a 15 PSI which was not because I took it somewhere else and it was at a 26 PSI my car sits on 33. PSI which was not low, my tire never looked low btw. The sensor light still on and they wanted to do the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous, I called the manager to escalate this issue. And he never called me back.This is not how you do business so. they are scammers. Don't take your car there. I will never go there again.

Have warranty on all tires. Plenty of tread. Refuse to patch a hole in middle of tire. Place is getting worse under new management. Don't care about service always trying to sell tire and disregard warranty. Stay away from this shop and discount. Not like they used to be.

We have used Discount Tire for years, at several locations, and wouldn t go elsewhere. The 104th Avenue shop in Thornton is close to our home, within walking distance.All our vehicles have the road-hazard coverage on the tires, and Discount Tire has replaced several damaged tires at no charge, including one today.The manager, Tyler, is very responsive, and our experience with the employees has always been outstanding.

As long as you're going for strictly mounting/balancing, and alignment related issues; 10/10 would recommend. wonderful place, and the people are welcoming, helpful, and nice. I was chasing around a wheel thunk since purchasing factory wheels from wrecking yard. I went in there and specifically asked them to put on different lugnuts, with a shallower taper, and wider base. All they did was rebalance the tires; which i am appreciative of, but did not solve the issue. I ordered said lugnuts on ebay, and problem solved. I figured being a wheel/tire shop specifically this would've been within their purview. I will be returning though. They have great tires, people, honor their word without question, work hard, they do good work, and don't try to upsell more than what I as a mechanic would consider to be reasonable.

Steer clear of this place, I ve been a customer of there s for over 20 years and recently all they want to do is sell you new tires. I took my moms car in for a rotation and a slow leak. They didn t even look at the leak and immediately told me we need all 4 tires. When I explained that she couldn t afford them until the 1st of the month and to put the spare on they cleaned they wouldn t do it even though I just bought that spare 3 years ago. Instead they told me to have the car towed out of there. So when I call a tow truck and pay the $100 tow fee they magically put the tire back on and now it s fine. Nothing but a rip off

System was not accurate about the tires they had in stock, they told us that in 2 hours the job would be completed but 5 minutes before the the job was supposed to be done I got a call telling me they did not have all 4 tires quoted, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Other than that, they took care of us very well. Thank you.

I went in for new tires after they quoted 113 a tire 452 + tax which would make it 517.00 when I got the receipt it was $671. There were two services that I didn t ask for and they didn t tell me! !they were both optional.! They took it upon themselves to add it on!

Brian Vigil the assistant manager, and Drew the sales rep are the only reasons for me writing this review. Drew was easy to talk to, a great salesman, sold me a set of wheel I didn t know I need but literally will save me money in the long run (switching from winter to summer tires). When I had a small issue with a lugnut (faulty lugnut), they gave me a solution and in time and without a fail. When I returned for something unrelated to their service, Brian addressed my concern without making me feel like I m one of those guys who are just picky. Brian killed it with his service and is the reason why I will continue to come to this location. Thanks gentlemen, hire more people like Brian and Drew.

They tried to steal my magbak rim covers on my Tesla Model Y and my valve stem cover for a leaky tire. Discovered this when I got home I didn't have either on my one tire. Thankfully live close enough was drive back and able to get my items back, but I believe this is my last time visiting this business. They went out of their way to get me tire 20 years ago but today I believe they used up all their goodwill. The picture is the magbak rim covers they conveniently forgot to give back.

On Monday we got new tires from Discount Tire put on my husband s car, on Wednesday, we walked into the garage to find the front driver s side tire is completely flat. Unfortunately my husband had to work so he took my car but I also had to work that afternoon, so we had to figure out a way to get this tire fixed asap. We called Discount Tire and spoke with Tyler (the manager) and explained our situation. He said to try and find a way to inflate the tire, even if it s just temporary so we can drive it into the shop. Unfortunately the air compressor we had didn t have the right valve attachment, so that wasn t going to work. To remedy the situation, Tyler drove to our house with a jack, took off the tire, brought the tire back to the shop, fixed it, drove back to our house, and put it back on the car. All of this happened in time for me to get to work. Talk about going above and beyond! We never expected this level of service but I can say for certain, now they have a customer for life!

Horrible service. They don't know the first thing about explaining what you are buying. If you are buying something that's on sale, be prepared that the tires are most likely discontinued so if you buy the warranty for the tire and it pops you'll be waiting days for it to come in if they have it.

Honestly very disappointed. We have (for years) taken all of our cars to this specific location. Even when we get a new car- we take it to get the package on it where they rotate them and when the time comes for new tires there has never been a hesitation of where to go. Today they actually told us we didn t purchase the tires there (when clearly the account showed that we did) and then told my son that he had to buy 4 new ones that the flat wasn t fixable. (It was) They even tried to talk him into a credit card! (He s 17). As soon as an adult showed up and fought for what was right they finally backed down. Absolutely the worst service. Will not go to this location EVER again. Huge disappointment. I ll drive further and get real customer service.
