Was referred to this company's Thornton shop/garage location by the word of a friend who had some work done on his vehicle. Needed a transmission fluid flush/fill and so I tried this place. Looks like they live up to the first word in their name - was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly, courteous service, service was completed as promised, and their prices are very reasonable. Clean, nice lobby and waiting area and just a great, welcoming vibe overall. Very transparent too - Drew, the service advisor, even sent me a link with images of what needed to be serviced with my vehicle. Free courtesy shuttle service for 10-mile radius. Outstanding. Will return for additional service to my other vehicles and will inform family and friends. Recommended!

Edited prior rating due to some progress made. Drove 7 hours to pick up my truck they charged me $3400 to fix. Runs worse than ever. Clutch is all the way to the floor and won t engage. Engine sounds horrible. They said they drove it.Turns out another part had failed so now after another $700 I m picking it up tomorrow. Owner agreed to reimburse my rental and hotel costs for a second trip. So we ll see. At least they somewhat are trying to make it right.

I had a great 1st time experience! Everyone was kind and so helpful! Receiving an estimate via text message was great since I work so much. The service was fast and efficient! I will definitely use Christian Brothers in the future for all of my vehicle needs including the great priced oil changes!

Recently brought my Kia Sorento in for estimate and repair. Estimate was clear/ easy to understand and seemed very fair considering the hours required for this particular repair. Scheduling was a breeze and after the initial estimate was received we were able to get my car in quickly. The courtesy shuttle was awesome as was the after hours pickup option. After the initial repairs were done my husband had a follow-up concern a few days later and they had us drop it off same day to take a second look. All of our questions and concerns were addressed/answered (photos of the seal in question were provided to us) and no further repairs were needed. I appreciate them going the extra mile to put us at ease. I don't have car problems very often (knock on wood) and my husband is pretty mechanically inclined, but there are some things that just cannot be completed from the comfort of our own home garage. We will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on. I am skeptical of most places this day and age, but I am so relived to find a new local mechanic shop that I trust. Very happy customer, will be back!

Great service, everyone was so kind. Josh was my contact. He let me know about a leak, and even though I was not going to have it serviced there, and they knew this, he was still super helpful. No charge for checking my car out. Picking me up and driving me back to my vehicle. As I am writing this, I m thinking maybe I should pay just a little bit more and have them do the work. You get what you pay for Maybe it is worth it to have such great customer service. I will write another review if I have them do all the work.

They were great. They have a shuttle service up to 10 miles. They did a transmission flush for a great price. They have a waiting area with refreshments too. If you have a Costco membership, you can go through the Costco site to get 15% off with them. Planning on going back for other car maintenance in the future.Getting my radiator replaced right now. Best price in town and I always all around.

Quoted $1000 more than my dealership for the same repair. I'm sure they're good mechanics, and they were friendly, but they seem to be excessively expensive. I'm just glad I got a second opinion before approving repairs. Had my car towed to my dealership and it will be repaired and ready to pick up for way less money and in half the time.

Since I have been bringing my car here (last year) I have had honest outstanding service! The dealership where I used to bring my vehicle to lied and said I needed brakes with rotors... that was over a year ago! I still do not need to replace my brakes! Beware of dealerships especially the GMC dealership on 104th they are liars and thieves I highly recommend Christian Brothers on 136th!

Christian Brothers at 136th were very good at communicating and explaining the issue I had with my vehicles. Why I brought my vehicles in were for an oil change and clearing the coolant line and my windshield wiper pump. All work correct now Prices I feel were reasonable. I like to try and give everyone a chance before I go and post anything about a company. But when you ignore the issue and don t call a customer back when you say you will, I have to post my experience. Had my car looked at and they could not figure out the issue. I understood and we picked it up and scheduled to have it serviced somewhere else. When we got home we looked in the back and the whole back seat was never put back together. They left our back seat off. We called and they said a manager will get back to us, but no one ever called. That is not okay with me. If you mess up at least call and try to resolve the issue.

I like taking my car to Christian brothers. The employees are polite and helpful. The coffee and snacks are a great morning pick me up. They were helpful and courteous on the phone when I was making my appointment to come in. They had availability within a day or two of me calling. They got me in and out within a day and sent me a detailed summary via text which included pictures. Answered my follow up questions via phone promptly and clearly. Explained services done and findings. The problems with the vehicle that I had explained to them seem to have been corrected. I was told if the one problem continued, what my next steps would be. They didn t make up additional repairs and I felt they were trustworthy & professional and worth the money I spent. I just wanna start this off, by saying that if you look like me, they will not judge you even if you got tattoos all over, they were honest, they did what they said they were, I was told to drop off the car in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon, very much recommended, They handled their selves, very professional The only thing is The amount it cost to fix my car, was what the car was worth itself! over 5.000$ so if you re willing to spend a lot of money, good luck here

The first time I took my Honda civic to be repaired and they did a decent job. Parts were a little pricey because I think they buy the parts for a great wholesale price and then the mark up the sale value of the part, making them a big profit on the part (I know because I worked at an auto parts store). I went ahead and had them complete the work, didn't want to deal with the repairs myself car was already at their shop. Paid for the work that was done and moved on.Took in my Honda Pilot because I bought the warranty from CarMax and Christian Brothers were one of the shops that the warranty company worked with. They left my car a mess, grease all over the center console. I had vacuumed my car before I took it in they didn't even put down the protector the put on the floor mats leaving a trail of mud. When I picked up the car from them, the car wouldn't start because the "technician" didn't unplug the battery when you replaced a part in my car, leaving the doors open and the dome lights on. They didn't put my console back together correstly and there's a whole bunch of scratches and a piece missing. We were never updated on the progress on the vehicle, we waited and waited, we had to call twice, first time were told it would be done by 5pm that day never received a call. We had to call to find out that they were going to keep it until the next morning. Morning came and no call, so we gave them until noon and called again, they said that they needed 2 more hours. I can understand making a little profit off of parts but charging $149.00 on a $30 part and at least treat by car with respect and keep it clean and the courtesy of updating me on my vehicle!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Very n8ce and helpful. However, had to take the jeep back in and have a faulty part reinstalled, but they did not charge me. Found the Company credit card in my cup holder and twinkle wrappers in the vehicle when I picked up. I didn't appreciate that and clearly driving my vehicle to pick up parts or run errands. But overall the guys were really great and took good care to fix the mistake that was made.

I was honestly super impressed with the service & speed of this CBA location. I chose a location further from home cause of the availability. I was able to get in the next day (booked after close) to get a diagnostic check for my engine light & oil change. My vehicle was inspected and ready to pick up within 3 hours of drop off! They did recommend repairs I did not choose to fix at the time but appreciate the employees not being pushy when I made this decision.

They diagnosed my vehicle on a Friday, had to order the parts for the repair, so I was able to pick up the vehicle for the weekend, brought it back that following Tuesday and they completed the repair same day, truck runs great again. I will be going to this location from now and they called with updates in a timely manner, very friendly and I highly recommend.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I got new front brakes and oil change from them. The whole experience from making an appointment, getting reminders, getting a shuttle ride home and getting picked up by the shuttle again was 100% perfect. They did inspection with pictures shared over email and transparent prices with recommendations and easy way to pick what I wanted done. I would give six stars if I could.Services: Brakes, Oil change
