Such a terrible experience, I wish I could give 0 stars. About two months ago my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. It was then revving up when in park and wouldn't get about 45 mph when driving. I took it to Christian Brothers and they told me that the mass airflow sensor potentially needed replaced, but I should replace the battery first to see if that fixed the problem. The report from the technician said nothing about the sensor. They wanted to charge me almost $400 for a battery and "labor". I purchased and installed my own battery for around $100.Around a month later the car stalled while driving. I had the car towed back to CB to have it re-diagnosed. Greg, the condescending manager that called me and treated me like I was stupid told me that I was out of gas (I wasn't); and that they had to push the car into the bay (I had to have the car towed because it wouldn't move). He then proceeded to explain to me how a gas gauge works. It wasn't until my father talked to him that he dropped the condescending, you're just a stupid girl tone of voice. I had a retired mechanic look at it and the mass airflow sensor was so rusted he couldn't get it out. They did a "full diagnostic" and stressed the need for new wiper blades, but didn't mention the air filter that desperately needed replaced. And to top it all off, my automatic window won't work and the dome light button isn't working properly, but I WILL NOT take it back to be fixed.Would not recommend them to anyone. Ever.

I called Christian Brothers because our normal mechanic couldn t get us in for 6 days and the vehicle is a work van that we needed up and running ASAP. They were very friendly and able to get us in the next day. The price was fair, but they did have to call and revise the quote once they saw the vehicle. The increase was about $200 over the original estimates and they were willing to work with me a gave me a $50 discount considering. I took it. The vehicle is driving great now and I have no complaints.

All the crew there was very courteous, good ethics & speedy to help me with my problem. And I thank Greg for always keeping me up with the status of my vehicle. I definitely recommend this place, they are a very reputable & a honest company. A place you can trust with your vehicles care. Thanks guys

I needed an alignment done on my 2017 Mazda 3. Everything about the scheduling, giving my information, dropping off the car then picking it up was great. No issues, and for a four-wheel alignment, it's one of the best prices in the area. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any of my cars maintenance needs.

Call to see if they had time for a alignment, guy that answered the phone tried to tell me the shops that offer alignment while you wait don't complete them correctly, and there is a lot to alignments on vehicles. This may work on some people, but I did not fall for it knowing how alignment are completed. Since they are within walking distance from my home, I was really hoping they were not like some other shops I will not take my vehicles to. Hopefully some training will take place when dealing with customers wanting an alignment.

I took my car here and they just chraged me for the diagnosis and didn't charge me for a minor fix. So I thought they were good people. All they did was fix my fuel injector. Then I took my ladys car there. They took a lot of pictures and sent them to me. And they said it was going to cost me $7500 to fix her car. I was stressing because it shouldnt of costed that much for the repairs. I bought all the parts online for a couple to few hundred. I changed all of the messed up parts in a couple of hours. I do not recommend Christian Brothers to anyone. They are after your money and just as bad as dealerships.

I love everyone at this location. They are so very helpful, kind, patient and trustworthy. They truly care and go above and beyond. I am so grateful for their service. First timer here, excellent service! Came in for an oil change and assumed I was ready for new brake pads. Turns out the brake pads have plenty of life left and was recommended to hold off on replacing for now. Price was great and everyone I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and educational.

Took my 2001 jeep in to find out why my battery was draining. They gave great communication as to what the technician found. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix but told me what the problem is. I appreciate their patience in explaining and honesty.

I recently took my Hyundai Sonata in to have a broken ABS sensor cable repaired. These folks were probably the most professional and courteous people I have ever had work on a vehicle. Greg was extremely helpful and even discouraged an unnecessary repair. Highly recommend and will return!

Great experience! They were very quick (appt s same day and next day) and send me the report and cost quickly. They were very honest and did not try to upcharge me. I stopped by in person and the technicians took the time to talk to me about what they found and if it was worth it proceed with the repairs since my car is on its last leg. We will be back for all our car needs!

I was having a problem with my heating system blowing out cold air. I had to get in touch first with Carmax, who sold us the car. They recommended Christian Brothers Aotomotive as a good choice. I contacted the office on 104th and Colorado Blvd as it is very close to me. I talked with Greg who walked me through the process. He was very thorough and helpful. I took the car in and took care of the paperwork fairly quickly! I was given a ride back to my house which was quite nice. I was called back when the problem was diagnosed and then fixed. I was given a ride back to the office and finished up the paperwork. The people in the office and the mechanics are all very friendly and helpful! I would give this store and employees 5 stars for the great work that the do! Thank you Christian Brothers for a great experience!

These people know how to treat customers with honesty, integrity , superior service and delivering peace of mind. I am a regular customer of CBA Thornton , but that place was overly booked and I needed to schedule an appointment for my vehicle, they recommended me to schedule the appointment with CBA Northglen one, which is eventually owned my same owner Corey and have some of the old technicians. They did not break my trust, again being the trusted partner to take my vehicle to. Keep up good work guys, you all are awesome.

After several trips to Christian Brother's shop, my truck is back in great shape. The staff are professional, consistent, and focused on the issues that I brought to them. They didn't insist on up selling.If you're in the market for a new shop to work with, I highly recommend that you consider this shop. My future business will be going to them.

I use to love these guys. But this time I went in for an oil change and yes I reached 3 oil changes and fourths one free so todays was free. Although I needed an air filter and cabin filter which you would think maybe $20-$30. No $100 later I got charged $40 for each filter which I could have gotten both at auto zone- for $20 each. Then I got charged $25 labor fee to do the cabin filter. I could have changed this myself. So needless to say I complained and I said they should have let me know the cost before proceeding thinking it would only cost me around $40. I feel I got taken advantage of today and not sure I will go back. I use to love these guys and had no problems until yesterday with golden air filters that cost $100. Feel I got taken for. Oh well love and learn. And since I did call nothing has been done to rectify the situation so looks like I will search out a new mechanic facility for our 3 cars.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

They forgot to put the oil cap back on. Also I just found that my air engine intake wasnt secure back in place . Service is friendly but the techs don t seem the best. My wife has also had some issues that just seem like basic mechanical etiquette.

Great service and communication! I brought my vehicle in for a shifting issue. They found the problem that day,the had to order a part and was able to return my vehicle while we waited for the part. One the part was in, I was scheduled that week and it was done by two hours before the promised time. They even gave me a ride home.Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

I had an problem bought a used vehicle that was going to be my reliable VW it broke down on the way home triple a said take it to Cristian brothers auto they diagnosed the vehicle and honestly told me what they found to be the problems and that I should take it to a VW shop I didn't expect that usually they try to baffle you or talk in a way to trick or play you to spending more and more money they said save myself some money and take it to be shop I took their advice and worked out great for me I'm sure they are too notch mechanics there but won't try to b.s. you I would recommend a company with morals and standards any day of the week

They performed my 30,000 mi service on my 2017 Tacoma according to Manufacturers recommendations without a problem. Sent pictures and texts to keep me up to date. Loved there shuttle service also. Pricing for this service was quite abit lower than dealer quote. Tu Christian Brothers.

I went for Community Service Day for the free oil change. The whole staff went above and beyond to be helpful. They had breakfast and drinks while we waited. When he came out and said I needed new front/back breaks and they would take care of it......I cried.HIGHLY, recommend! Will definitely go back.

I cannot say enough positive things about them. The communication was direct, accurate, and timely. Everyone was super friendly, especially Greg. Great guy. It s very hard to find mechanics that seem to be honest and actually know what they re doing. I ll probably start taking my truck here on out. Please keep up the great work!

Awesome experience!! This was an issue with heating/cooling in my vehicle that I had been dealing with for years. Other places told me it would be a two to three day job and very expensive. Christian Brothers got me an appointment in one day, got the work done in only one day and price was less than I anticipated. They called throughout day to update me on status. I got my vehicle back working correctly and no problems. I will definitely use them for all my vehicle needs in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance
