Shawn and the guys are amazing! We've had a lot of bad luck with our Pathfinder lately with lights going out sporadically, needing brakes etc. After meeting these guys, we won't take our car anywhere else! Highly highly recommend this brakes plus to everyone. You won't find a better group of guys to trust your car with. Honest, empathetic, trustworthy. I can't thank you guys enough for all you've done for us!

Very honest. I take my car to the dealership for oil changes and they said I needed front brakes but wanted to charge too much so I came to Brakes plus on 104th and they did a free inspection and turns out I do not need brakes yet. Still alot of life left in them. Love the honesty! Shout out to Patrick and the other gentleman at the front.

Had a very pleasant experience at this location! My gas tank door latch and door were broken and the guys here were able to fix it quickly and for a very fair price. Everybody I spoke to was kind and very helpful. Highly recommend having work done on your car here!

Jason was excellent and very professional. He helped me out when I had come in for a problem I had with my brakes and provided a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Came in with noisy brakes and a headache and left with perfectly good brakes and a pleasant experience we need more workers like him!!! Give him a raise!

These guys were so helpful! Needed a headlight replaced and brought in my own bulb and they were quick and efficient! Will be back for other work in the future! Shout out to Jonathan for putting it in!

Everyone I dealt with at this Brakes Plus location was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. It s so refreshing to have a repair shop that is upfront and honest about which repairs should be made and which ones can wait. Everything was explained to me in great detail so I could make a knowledgeable decision. I was always treated fairly and with respect, and was never being sold. From all of the service advisors to the mechanics I couldn t have had a better experience.

I went in for a radiator flush. That was it. My air conditioner and fans worked perfectly fine last night. Now that the radiator was flushed my ac is 'inoperable' and my fans don't kick on at all. In their words it is due to low freon in the system and the ac compressor doesn't allow them to kick on because of the low level. There were multiple customers with similar problems such as having to come back and get things re done and checked over at the cost of brakes plus because it wasn't until the customers went there that there was a problem. I do not recommend, go somewhere that won't try to make money off of you with problems that were non-existent before.

Shawn was super friendly and managed to take a look at my brakes - as a drop in - right away!The shop determined that the brakes were fine (showed me) and I was on my way in about 15-20 mins.Highly recommend this shop!

I called to see if they could ck my SUV out because I had it ck with Firestone and they were going to charge me like $2k for brakes and rotors these guys were great they did the same job Firestone was going to do but way way cheaper and I have lifetime warranty for all the work they did. Thank you so much

Called to make a brake check appointment explained my situation to the employee was scheduled to come in at 4. I called ahead of time to verify my appointment 3 hours ahead of time and was told to come in. When I got to the service center employee tells me they won t be able to get me in ? After I explained to them the car brakes were not working properly risking my self to get the car there to be told I had to leave the car overnight if I even wanted to have them look at it. Pretty pathetic and disappointing. Oh well

These guys are amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and they won t rip you off. They saved the day on our cross-country drive by fixing our muffler, which otherwise would have needed to be replaced! Can t thank them enough.

Do not go here. These people provided me with dangerous advice that nearly killed me, and are lucky I'm not suing them.Took my vehicle in for a quick inspection of the suspension, because I was hearing an awful knocking noise. I informed their techs of this.They offered to inspect the vehicle for free, and proceeded to tell me my tie rod was jiggling around slightly (while pointing to the CV axle and saying tie rod). I didn't know what was what at the time, but I distinctly remember this.I asked them if it was a safety issue or possibly going to be, and they said no. They offered to quote me a replacement on the old suspension parts as preventative maintenance because I was still skeptical of their techs statements that the horrible noise wasn't a safety issue.I continued to drive my vehicle as they said I should be able to with the same noise happening, and my wheel suddenly sheared off on the highway.$2000 and loads of personal labor and stress later, my car is finally fixed. Not thanks to these horrible pieces of work that nearly got me killed.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. EVER.

Genuinely LOVE this shop! I met Patrick a while back, he was so helpful giving me objective and honest advice when a couple shops had miss informed me. My most recent visit, I needed my suspension control arms fixed before I left for a work trip. Not only did they fix them both for me, but they also helped me with a generous discount as I had a lot of expenses when it happened. Much love to Patrick, Sean, Josh, Jan, and anyone else who assisted that I didn t met. These guys will have my business anytime I have a problem . Hopefully no time soon tho Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance

Came in to get an oil change. Thought it would take a while to get it done, but Jason got it don t much quicker than what I ve ever experienced. He was friendly and explained when I need to get an oil change since I didn t know. Thank you Jason for the help! Will be back again

The technician was friendly and very communicative. Unfortunately, we went in to get something fixed and somehow ended up with more issues than the first time we brought it in. Doesn't seem like this is a rare occurrence at this location either.

I visited for a brake issue after hearing some squeaking noise from my rear wheel. I had just had the brakes done at this location a few months ago so I was concerned that they would already be making noise. I brought the car in, and despite a bit of a wait, they were able to get it into the shop for a free inspection. After a little while longer, manager J.B. returned and explained the issue and what was causing the noise. He told me he was able to make some adjustments and that a bit of cleaning was needed but everything else looked good.I appreciate J.B.'s thoroughness on the inspection and willingness to explain everything to me about my car's operation. I will certainly return if I have any need for a brake repair in the future.

My folks at Brakes Plus are simply GOATed. Had an oil drain plug torqued down with the strength of God and they made such quick work. Fast and easy and affordable price - highly recommend these guys for brakes tires and oil needs!

I wanted to share a shout out to Shawn! I purchased a new headlight at the auto parts store next door and wasn t able to install it without help due to the placement of other parts under the hood. I went in to ask for some help and Shawn helped me right away and wouldn t accept any type of payment. I really appreciated his help as I was preparing for a road trip. Thanks Shawn!!

Caught overpricing parts from where they purchase them (Advance Auto Parts), misdiagnosed my car, and attempted to offer expensive repairs that were not needed. Neglected to check the repairs/parts that were under their warranty. Had to go to a different service center in order for them to finally adhere to said warranty. I have heard a plethora of stories from others as well to not go to Brakes Plus, regardless of location, and now I see why.

Went to this location for alignment inspection due to one of my tires wearing out quicker on one side than the others. Jason was helpful and helped me understand what was causing it and fixed it, and now my ride is smooth!

I have been using brakes plus on 104th for a couple years. They ve done all my oil changes, tire rotations, struts, shocks, control arm, brakes, rotors etc. they are easy to get in to and do great, quick service. I highly recommend them if you need your car serviced. They are all very pleasant, awesome employees and management. Thank you again
