Charged me $207 to fix one brake!! I had issues removing the bolts on the one set breaks ( I was able to change the other 3 brakes). So I took it over to them with the new break pads. The worst part is the guy said it only took him 2-3 minutes to remove.. They had the audacity to change me for disposal of the old brake pads.. To only find them in the box, I brought the new ones in!!!I definitely would not recommend. If that's what they charge for 2-3 minutes I definitely wouldn't want to see the bill for 10-20 minutes LOL!!

Unfortunately, my experience at A&C Autoworks was not the best. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly. However, I am very disappointed with the experience I have received.I went in because the heat in my car had stopped working, they had me drop my vehicle off at 8 am, which was no problem, but once it was about 30 minutes till close I called to see where the progress was. The mechanic had not diagnosed it yet so they needed to keep it overnight. In the morning they had responded that it would cost about $700. I was very disappointed to hear how much it would cost because I had shopped around and found the typical cost for this repair including labor would be under $200.After I had picked the vehicle up, I had a close friend take a look and found that the linkage on the blend door had gotten stuck, once freed everything worked normal again. No parts needed, took under 10 minutes to figure out. Upset I spent almost $200 on a diagnosis that could have been avoided.

As a former certified technician and a guy that usually does all of his own work, I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and service here. My lifted 2019 silverado has literally never been right on alignment since I bought it brand new from the dealer. I had it back to them twice and they couldn't fix it to have a straight steering wheel or the clunking in the front end. Over the last 55k miles, Ive had it to two other shops and they couldn't find anything wrong.This shop went through and spent the time to fully inspect and align my truck right for the first time since new. The wheel is straight and the problem the whole time? Loose bolts. No parts to replace, so the other shops just sent me down the road, but these guys did it right!I would recommend anyone to take their vehicles here and trust them to do you right.Thank you A&C I love my truck again!

I can't say enough good things about the owner and staff at A&C Auto Works. We recently arrived for a visit from California and noticed a rough idle and the check engine light came on. Being the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I was afraid we would have to extend our stay in order to get our vehicle repaired before traveling home. Malcolm squeezed us in and took care of the problem the next day. He was upfront and honest, not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Kylee was communicative throughout the process and Malcolm spent a good deal of time with us when we picked up the vehicle, explaining what they found, what they did to fix it, and gave us maintenance tips for the future. If I lived in CO, this would be my #1 auto repair shop!

I'm very happy with the work that Malcom, James, and the rest of the guys do. They are very knowledgeable and pay attention to the details that make good work great.Their location, at a North Line rail station, makes dropping off and picking up our vehicles very convenient.

After taking 3 of my vehicles to them. Today, I took apart a set of brakes on my truck because the peddle was all the way to the floor and discovered when they did the complete brake job on my truck, they left off the self adjuster on both sides. A somewhat important part I think!! My Denali had broken and loose parts in the right rear drum. Now I feel the need to take my Buick brakes apart and see what's missing or broken on them. Very disillusioned with A&C and suggest not letting them touch your vehicle. Just my opinion

The work that is done here is absolutely amazing. I would not take my car anywhere else for service. Any problems with my vehicle, A&C Autoworks always takes great care, diagnoses the issues correctly and efficiently, and gets the work done promptly. The girls up front are always kind and willing to take the time to help with any issues at hand. Great customer service. Brought in my 1979 Chevy short bed truck. It had not run in over 8 years. They did everything I needed to drive it over 300 miles the day I got it out. All at a great price for the work preformed. Malcolm is a great and trustworthy mechanic. Thanks for everything!

Excellent experience from start to finish. My vehicle "had a gremlin" that no one else could figure out. Malcolm had my car for 5 weeks, but he figured it out and he fixed it! Even better, they were able to get my warranty company to cover it. I will be a loyal customer to this shop going forward! A&C Auto is, by far, my favorite auto shop! It sucks not knowing a lot about cars (& being a girl) because auto places are always telling you that your car needs more. When I moved to Colorado, the Jeep dealership told me I had a ton of major fixes. I took it into Malcolm after to get an additional quote & he saved me a ton of money! Malcolm is trustworthy & tells you EXACTLY what your car needs. He has the cheapest prices around & he's a good guy. You just can't beat that.I highly recommend taking your vehicle to A&C Auto, regardless if you need a minor or major fix. He's done my oil changes & rebuilt my motor. My Jeep hasn't had any issues since. Very satisfied & forever thankful for the help on my Jeep!

Absolutely the BEST automotive shop we've ever been too. Our tire flew off our vehicle on our way home from Denver to Montana with our 3 kids in our car. Not only were we scared we were also stranded in an unfamiliar area. Christine answered the phone and helped assist us with getting our vehicle to their shop. She had me take pictures of the car and had everything ordered before we even got there. She's even offered to give us a ride to the hotel if they werent able to get it done before they closed. After 3 hrs of waiting for our insurance to send a tow truck we didnt get to their shop till a little after 4. The owner "Malcom" and his tech "Robert" had everything pulled apart as soon as it touched the ground and stayed after their closing time to get it done. Not only did they start working on it right away they had it completed within an hr and we were ready to go. I had called 3 automotive places and they didn't even give me the time or day when I called. I wish we had an automotive place that cared this much in our town. Not only did they go out of their way they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for doing all of this work. A big shout out to Christine, Malcom, and Robert for being a God Send.

I originally got introduced to Malcom and his A&C auto team by my grandpo about 8years ago he has since then worked on All of my cars and now his team has put so much work and dedication to fixing up this old girl a 79 RV Motorhome that I have turned into a mobile barbershop!! His prices and work are the best and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking to get their vehicle fixed

I made an appointment for 7:30AM to have my breaks checked. No repairs or maintenance required. The average break check takes about 30 minutes. It's now 4:00PM and I am still waiting for my car. The price is fair but the service time is lacking. I would say the value is not worth the extra time spent waiting. If you need some routine work done I would not recommend this place.Service: Brakes

Took my truck here for the first time for a belt replacement and 4x4 check light on my f150. Dropped my truck off and less than 24 hours they call me saying my truck is ready to go. The ease of service along with the great price of repairs, I can confidently say that I extremely happy taking my truck here. Would highly recommend these guys for service. Malcom & the guys have been taking care of our cars for the last few years. I can't say enough about the wonderful service that we receive from them. The A & C crew does quality work at an affordable price. They're honest & fair. If they see something that should be addressed, they'll let you know, and include a realistic estimate. At one point, rather than suggest that we have the work done, they advised us to look for a new car, because the cost of an upcoming repair was going to cost almost as much as the car was worth. Good business. Be sure to book an appointment. Yes. They're busy. Most god awful service I have ever seen. They ruined my mothers oil pan which WE have to pay for and wont submit to the fact they ruined the drain plug. When we ask if we could get it fixed they refused to fix their mistake and still charged us. My family has gone to this same shop for years and the previous owners were fantastic. Garrison, the GM is unbelievable. Amazing guy. The entire staff was super polite and friendly. I took my 2003 Honda Civic in for an oil change and the service was super fast. This place is absolutely amazing and I will definitely return! My dad needs some mechanical work done on his Jeep and I already recommended this place to him!

I just wanted to share a great experience I had with Malcolm at A&C. It's great that they can work on all makes and models. They can do just about everything! He works on my Tundra and my daughters Subaru. He's super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great prices and great service! Thank you Malcolm!

We've been taking our cars here for about 3 years for routine service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc). Fortunately our cars have never needed much work other than that, but if they did we would trust A&C with that as well. Honest, good people with fair prices. Easy to make appointments within a short time.

A&C Auto Works, Inc was super professional, friendly and fast! We were driving through Colorado on our way to Arizona when our van s AC went out. Being from Wisconsin we did not know what to do. We tried the dealership and calling several other places but they turned us away. This auto shop was able to squeeze us in and get us going on the road. I have been using these guys for 10 years now. They are very honest, hard-working and friendly. Today I got an oil change full synthetic , tires rotated, and an air filter, total cost $100. You can t beat their prices and they re quick service. My car was having some brake issues and after asking some family, and googling the issue the consensus was the car had a Brake master cylinder issue, which is a pretty costly fix. I went onto Nextdoor and this shop had some excellent reviews. The issue was close, it ended up being the brake booster, which is much less expensive. I am very thankful for the quickness of this shop in finding this hard to find part, and for the very reasonable oil change also! I found my new auto repair shop! Thanks guys!
